• Αλεξια (7/5): - Το μπαλκονι του ηταν οντως φοβερο.Το δωματιο καθαρο απλα μας φανηκε λιγο μικρο. Δεν ειχε ασανσερ πραγμα που μας ζορισε παρα πολυ καθως οι σκαλες για να ανεβουμε ηταν και πολυ στενες.

• Maud (9/5): - L’appartement est moderne, très bien décoré, parfaitement équipé. Il est idéalement situé, à quelques minutes à pieds du centre d’Heraklion. Le petit plus : une bouteille de vin et des petits gâteaux nous ont été offerts à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons cette location sans aucune hésitation. Nous avons tout apprécié.
• Gargiulo (6/5): Deludente - La zona era perfetta, eri ad una scalinata dal centro di Heraklion. Il terrazzo era enorme e ben accogliente. La dimensione della camera (la più costosa) non era come mi aspettavo, il bagno era minuscolo e a pochi cm dal letto. Spesso fuoriusciva un brutto odore dal bagno. La TV era messa in una posizione tale che dal letto era impossibile vederla, quindi alquanto inutile. In ultimo, anche se questo si sapeva già, l'assenza di un posto auto dedicato è una grande pecca vista la zona, passerete anche 1 ora per trovare posto in quanto molti parcheggi per strada sono riservati ai residenti dei condomini.

• Maria (7/5): - Central location, nice and clean apartment, air-conditioning, easy self check-in. We stayed at the ground floor apartment and it was extremely noisy every time someone would get in and out of the building at odd hours of the night - their voices would echo throughout the apartment as if they were inside. The shower has no screen door and the whole bathroom would flood every time someone had a shower (not ideal).

• Hema (9/5): Would recommend this Airbnb for your stay! - Location was great, walking distance to transportation , main shopping area and restaurants. Apartment was modern and clean. Host was gracious and very helpful. The only negative part which the host cannot control is the church bells going off at 8 am in the morning.

• Matt (10/5): Clean, comfortable and well maintained in perfect location - Location excellent. Quite central and next to a park with local music performances that set a really lovely atmosphere. Clean and modern with a boutique feel. Using the shower made the whole bathroom wet due to the minimal screening. It dried really quickly so only a very slight issue.

Appartment is in the quiet neighborhood, very calm and nice, however you can walk to every central location and area of interest and you will be there in 5-10 minutes. The owner is real gem. Did everything to make our stay helpful, emphatic, friendly, responsive.

• Michela (9/5): We definitely come back! - Perfect location very close to the center, you can walk easily there! Is also ideal if you rent a car, there are a few parking areas near the property. The room was really nice, super cozy, clean and silent; we had the room on the 4th floor with the terrace. The view was amazing and perfect to spend some time to relax enjoying the sunset. We definitely come back! The bathroom is a bit small, but fine if you stay for couple of days.

• Lance (8/5): Very good - Location.Beachfront.Easy access to Old Town. Nice Cafe 2 mins walk from apartment.Great for breakfast ,Lunch and snacks.And morning coffee. Good to have a washing machine and the staff happily gave us complimentary washing tablets. After leaving the beach there are showers right at the lounge area to rinse off before heading to your room. We had a great apartment on the ground floor.It would have been nice if the patio area was not glassed in, and maybe had a gate for easy access to the lounge area/beach.
• Viktorija (10/5): Exceptional - It is a beautiful apartment! I couldn’t imagine a single bad thing about this place. The apartment was clean, bright, we got snacks and wine, the views are spectacular and location is excellent! The terrace on the roof was also amazing!
• Sandraost (9/5): Superb - The 4th floor apartment is very beautiful with stunning views to the mountains and the ocean. The apartment is newly renovated and I loved the details they put in such as room fragrance and decorations. There was a washing machine and a big plus was that they provided laundry detergent. There were a lot of other useful things such as kitchen towels, first aid kit, iron, etc. Also a big plus for the welcome wine bottle. The location was convenient, between the port and the city centre. Since there was a self check in I had to contact the host a few times but she was very responsive and everything worked out well. During our 3 night stay there was no cleaning so there could have been instructions on how to take out the trash. The bed was a bit narrow.
• Priya (10/5): Very comfortable stay, close to grocery store and bus station - Very plush towels and bed was super comfortable. The complimentary wine and snacks were much appreciated and enjoyed. Loved the hot shower and the host was very prompt in her responses. She kindly arranged transportation for me as well. There is a grocery store close by and just 8 mins from central Bus station which was important to me. Very nice hot shower and Kids loved the English TV options The bathroom has a design flaw which has the water flowing outside the shower stall. What would have made this more fantastic is some instructions in English for the stove, the lights and washing machine which took me some time to figure out ( although the host was super prompt in her replies). We were on the 3 rd floor and although well informed about the elevator be prepared to climb up 3 floors which although arduous is achievable!
• Julija (10/5): Lovely stay with beautiful view - I loved staying at Fontem Central Living! We stayed on the top floor and the view and terrace were amazing! The owners also left some complimentary wine upon arrival, we loved it. The communication was superb, and the place in the city was also very good, there was a bus stop right next to the apartment going to the airport and the beach of Amoudara, very convenient. The shower could close better, everything else was amazing!

• Lasse (9/5): Apartment with high quality standards - Clean, safe, modern and cozy. Communication with the owner was easy. Nice location next to a small, peaceful agora. From our 2nd floor balcony we could follow everyday life of the locals, which we considered a big plus. There's a small church next to the apartments, so you can here brief ringing of the bells earliest around 7 am. Apartment is close to city center, port and major bus lines to airport, Knossos and beaches. We will definitely choose Fontem Central Living next time we visit Heraklion!
• Janice (10/5): Surpassed our expectations, fantastic property and service. - Confortable, súper clean, beautiful yet modern decoration. Location is fantastic. Just less than a minute walk to the very center of Heraklio. Communication with the owner was flawless.

• Ben (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely balcony for food and drink. Very comfortable beds and nice shower. Loads of kitchen equipment plus a washing machine which was very handy. The location is great, town is only 5 minutes walk and bus stops are very close by, but there are also some lovely local restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood.

• Mirela (10/5): Great modern apartment, close to everything - The apartments are very close to the center and also the port. This is useful if you want to visit other islands. Is was pretty close to the airport too - 15 min by car (15 euro). But because of the plane’s noises and the temperature is would be difficult to sleep with the windows opened. Fortunately, there is air conditioning in every room. The beds are comfortable and all windows have curtains, so we could really rest overnight. The host is very nice, we really felt welcomed. And if we return to Crete, we’ll probably stay here again. Sometimes it’s a bit difficult to find a parking place in the area.

• M.gh. (10/5): Great, modern apartament - The apartment is modern, well equipped, located in a quiet area near the center of the city at 10 minutes by foot. The beds are comfortable. The owner was helpful and provided fruits and wine at our arrival.
