Ahmie (1/5): Horrible horrible stay and staff service was unbelievable incompetent. The pools were disgustingly filthy (water’s color - Nothing. It was an unpleasant stay. Very bad entrance for guests because the tower has no proper lobby. It’s my first time to go to a staycation like this where you have to use a service/utility entryway to get to your unit. Badly designed. The worst part was dealing with the property staff. She was clueless about my booking. I booked 2 units and was initially just giving me one unit. She had to search for another unit at the last minute.

Ruby (10/5): Value for the money and beyond - The hosts were gracious and attentive, the place is immaculately clean and serves its purpose, We had a good sleep, we'll come back soon to finish all the board games for kids. The lobby of the building isn't finished yet, hopefully when we come back all will be set as the other lobbies
