• Igor (8/5): Замечательная квартира со всем необходимым и даже немного больше! - Квартира была чистая. Вы должны понимать,что при бронировании вы сами оплачиваете уборку,через сторонний сервис. на 3 дня проживания при двухместном размещении цена была в районе 30 евро. Хозяин позаботился обо всем,что нужно и даже немного больше. В квартире было все,включая стиральную машину,небольшие комплименты в виде закусок,немного напитков,в том числе кофе. Хозяин оказался очень культурным и общительным человеком,который во всем проявлял свое милое участие. район довольно тихий,очень подходит для сна. В душе,как в хорошей гостинице вы найдете все что вам нужно: чистые полотенца,мыло,шампунь,фен. На кухне есть плита,микроволновка,холодильник. Приятно было сварить при приезде чашечку кофе,не нужно было никуда срочно бежать,искать.покупать. Вся мебель в прекрасном состоянии. Телевизор мы правда не включили ни разу,хотя он был! Вообще квартира довольная милая,в ней много вещей типа ИКЕЯ,поэтому она была еще и довольно удобной в использовании. Рядом с квартирой в районе 200м несколько кафе,пиццерия и пара магазинчиков. До Трастевере и центра рекомендую использовать трамвай. В итоге для 3-4 дневного пребывания и использования общественного транспорта в виде трамвая под номером 8 вы не будете испытывать практически никаких неудобств. От Площади Венеции до остановки в районе вашего дома(пешком от остановки примерно 250м. до дверей квартиры) вы будете добираться в любой день за 20-25 минут. Расположение соответствует цене! Самый неудобный тип транспорта-это автобус,который не ходит вовремя,из за довольно напряженного трафика во всем городе.Хотя ближайшая остановка автобуса от дома находится в 100 метрах,но нам на него так и не удалось ни разу попасть. В воскресные дни рядом находящимися остановка не рекомендую пользоваться. На линии из 3 автобусов был всего 1 и нам пришлось после часа ожидания просто выбрать другой маршрут. К самой квартире,владельцам и местности это не имеет никакого отношения !!!! Тут скорее проблема системная и вопросы возникают только к транспортной структуре Рима. От центральной станции Stazione di Roma Termini на автобусе придется добираться в районе 1 часа и потом еще минут 8-10 пешком идти с чемоданами к дому. Поэтому рекомендую добираться сначала до Stazione di Roma Trastevere,а от туда на регулярно ходит трамвай под номером 8. Ну или конечно пользоваться довольно дорогим такси!
• Lima (9/5): Really good stay - We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Rome. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Although it’s not very close to the main tourist attractions, transportation was easy and convenient, so getting around was not a problem. The host Giordano was extremely attentive, provided us with all the information and directions we needed, and even checked in to make sure we were comfortable and well settled. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this accommodation.
• Juez (9/5): Casa Fabiola perfecto - El apartamento está en una zona menos turística pero bien comunicado con el centro. Con el autobús 44 llegas al centro, con el h al tren y con la linea roja al vaticano. Además giordano es un anfitrión de 10! La cama no fue del todo cómoda.

• morena (10/5): - Appartamento molto pulito in uno stabile silenzioso e comodo per girare Roma!! Il gestore mi ha fatto trovare bottiglie di acqua in frigo e dolcetti di benvenuto! Nel caso avessi avuto necessità Giordano era pronto a raggiungermi ma non c è stato bisogno! Non mancava nulla e tutto ha funzionato senza imprevisti!! Prenoterò nuovamente in questa struttura!!

Cocina equipada, baño con todo lo necesario y habitación también, muy cómoda!. Mi chico y yo nos sentimos como en casa. Para el calor agobiante que hacía, agradecimos un montón que el apartamento tuviese aire acondicionado. Aunque está un poco alejado del centro, está súper bien comunicado, hay autobuses cerca y tranvía que te llevan a dónde sea que quieras ir. Estamos muy contentos y agradecidos con Giordano, su atención fue espléndida y siempre estaba a disposición para cualquier cosa. Muchas gracias por el detalle de bienvenida! 🫶🏻. Si volvemos, sin duda nos hospedaremos con Giordano!

La posizione è ottima considerando che è in uno dei quartieri più conosciuti e centrali di Roma. Mezzi di trasporto discretamente vicini alla struttura. Un quartiere pieno di scale, salite e discese, non per tutti. La scoperta del pagamento delle pulizie al momento del check-in non è stata di mio gradimento. Specificare meglio nell'inserzione oppure includerlo nel prezzo a questo punto.

• Vera (9/5): Great apartment, if you don’t mind taking a bus to go to the center. - Great apartment! Spacious and beautiful. Has everything you might need. The owner left a bottle of prosecco as a compliment, which was very nice. It’s a bit far from the center, you have to take a bus to get there. However, the bus stops are close to both go to the center and to the airport. The water in shower wouldn’t go down the drain straight away.
