• Clarisa (5/5): You get what you pay for! - The caretaker, Santa is always there for whatever you need during your stay! She's very kind & accomodating😘 The whole place needs some serious renovations and upgrades!

• Katarzhena (1/5): It should have been a great place however the water from the drainage in the toilet suddenly overflo - The facilities are great. It makes you comfortable. The room could accommodate a big size family It all turned out to be a disaster when the water from the drainage started to overflow.

• Marinela (10/5): Exceptional - Complete amenities, we can cook, it's a complete house with garage. It's just if going outside without a car, hard to walk like a hill. No store along the area so you need to go outside to buy food.
• Tess (6/5): Not bad inspite of the bad condition of the house. - The house has enough space for 8 pax. Kitchen utensils, sink in the kitchen and the bathrooms are dirty. Its really needs a general cleaning to make the property charming.

• Rochelle (7/5): Good - The location is okay. Not too far central Baguio, and not too near. Just one ride away from the city center. There is privacy as it is a private house. Water heater in the bathroom. wifi access. Located near near small stores, a bank/atm, restaurant, and laundry shop. Too little kitchen utensils, but you can request for some additional. The electric kettle broke. There are molds in the ceiling, hope you can clean the ceilings. It can be a health hazard if you have asthma. It was indicated that there is a griller, however, it was not available during our stay. The owner was hard to reach through emails and phonecalls. And please, when asking about the address, tell the complete address, not just the street where the house is located. Taxis don't know that, you should give the name of the subdivision too.
