• GIANCARLA (8/5): Consigliata - La casa è carina, pulita, in un ottima posizione. È molto accessoriata e non manca nulla. La persona che gestiva la casa era molto disponibile Il WiFi non funzionava bene, abbiamo dovuto sempre usare i cellulari. Purtroppo in bagno la presa non consentiva di usare phon o piastre.

Próximo de tudo, mas numa rua muito sossegada e com excelentes acessos. único ponto menos positivo é que não tem elevador e com uma bebé de 1 ano, foi menos fácil. Mas não é foi de todo um problema.
• Shay (10/5): What a wonderful stay! - When you first arrive at Residenza al Colosseo you are in a small narrow street but you don't realize that just around the building stand the Forum and the Colosseum in all its glory. Just a very short walk. The apartment is surrounded by tourist trap restaurants so be aware. Residenza al Colosseo is on the second floor. Big bulky and sturdy door. When you enter you realize that you have selected right. What a lovely place. The owner spared no expense. You have everything you need and it's all either new or well maintained. The main room has a big bed with an excellent mattress, great memory pillows and Ikea sheets. 2 big windows, an armchair, room for luggage, clothes hanger and a TV. The kitchen has a dinning table and comfy chairs, a fancy couch and all the amenities you'd expect from a kitchen. There's a mini fridge but it works well. The freezer too. An oven, a microwave and a stove. If you intend on cooking, you have it all. The inner room has a comfy single bed and a tv, toys for kids and a closet. The shower is a bit narrow but works well. Hot water available all day. The owner is lovely, friendly and very helpful. Readily available and answers to msgs almost instantly. There's an Elite supermarket within a walking distance for all your grocery needs. Next door there's an Irish pub (no noise though) and generally you're within walking distance to everywhere. I love this place, I love the owner and I'm without a doubt coming back! It's over too soon

• Erica (10/5): Enjoyed our stay at this well appointed apartment. Has everything you need. - Great cafe's near by, right next to the Coloseum. Loved having the suitcase valets, a nice convenient addition. Worked great for our family of 4, beds were very comfortable. Not quite as central as I was hoping but in a great spot, we felt safe. Having to power off the entire unit when leaving made it difficult to keep the apartment cool, but understandable.
• Nathalie (9/5): Very nice appartment in quiet street at 5 minutes walk from Ancient Rome - Excellent location, very close to the Colosseum but very quiet street. All you needed in the appartement. Superfriendly host. For tall people, the beds are short.
• Charlaine (10/5): - Un emplacement d'exception, à deux pas du Colisée. Nous étions en famille avec 2 enfants et nous avons visité presque toute la ville à pied. Notre hôte, Eliana, était à nos petits soins, toujours de bons conseils pour des visites ou des restaurants. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cet appartement si vous devez visiter Rome.

• Marina (10/5): 5/5👍 - The apartment is located right in the heart of the historic center of Rome, on a small street just 300 meters from the Colosseum. It is well equipped with everything you might need. The host was always in touch with us. The only negative point was that the toilet flush button got stuck, but the host came the next day and fixed the issue.

• Julia (9/5): Amazing location, comfortable apartment and amazing host. Would definitely stay again! - Communication with the host was excellent! The shower flooded on our first night, but the host fixed it right away the next day. Other than that our stay was perfect!

Restaurants and small supermarktets close by. Good beds. We had to put out own waste in the containers at the street, which was fine. But the containers had a recycling system for glass, plastic, organic which was not clear in the appartment (one bin).
• Jill (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely apartment, very comfortable and clean , and in an amazing location, lots of nice restaurants around the property and the colosseum is a very short walk around the corner , turn left at the property door and you will see the view from the below photo , the owner also stayed in touch to make sure everything was all ok

• Nadya (5/5): Not my place - Be careful when making the reservation. Kids more than 2 years are charges as adults. We didn't pay attention to this and was charged additionally. Keys are only one pair. They are locked and it is not possible to remain air-condition or heating. Considering that the place is for 4 people, at least two keys are needed. Heating - it was cold, I ask her how to switch it on at the first night, she did it in the second evening remotely - increased the temperature with 1 degrees ( from 20 to 21) for few hours. At the morning it was again 19 degrees. Also we didn't like the insistence to throw our garbage. Great location, clean , but bad customer service and hospitality.

The bathroom is situated through the second bedroom. We woke up our daughter every time we went through. The apartment is very open plan.

• Ramez (9/5): very pleasant stay. enjoyed it very much. owner was very helpful - good space good location near the metro station 15 mins walk from train station. very clean. there were all the facilities even the small details. the wifi was not consistent but the technician came and it was going to be fielded in a week there was no iron (but this is a luxury)
