xavier (6/5): bien mais bruyant... - Les propriétaires étaient aimables, serviables, prompts à répondre à nos besoins. L'appartement était parfait, il manque juste un micro-onde. Le seul gros bémol à notre séjour a été le voisinage ( maison juste à coté). cette maison est aussi en location et nous sommes tombés sur des gens qui faisaient du bruit jour et nuit, cris d'enfants, musique jusqu'à tard dans la nuit.
Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful, well maintained apartment. Has everything you need (including washing machine, iron, ironing board and hairdryer) and is super clean. The hosts are exceptional and cannot do enough for you. We were welcomed by Simone and then introduced to Nicola, his brother, who lives next door and who was on hand if required. Due to the location in rural Tuscany, the hamlet did not have cashpoint facilities and most shops/cafes dealt with cash. Nicola very kindly resolved this problem for us. The local community make you feel so welcome. There are two very small local shops, two café bars and a takeaway pizza restaurant and a hardware shop (where you also buy bus tickets). A car is beneficial. We used buses (there were three per day but none on a Sunday and also the local NCC taxi service, where we were chauffeur driven to and from a nearby rural restaurant. We will DEFINITELY be back. We love it:) There is nothing negative. Fabbrica is idyllic. However, if you want to explore further afield, eg PECCIOLE VOLTERRA etc you need to hire a car.
