• Raul (9/5): This recently renovated apartment located about five blocks from the beach is a gem. - This property was recently nicely updated and provided all the comforts needed for a one-week stay. Our hostess, Verónica, was superb! She made us feel welcome and was very thorough explaining everything. She was very easy to communicate with and replied almost instantly each time. This unit is located on the 3rd. floor and out of its balcony we had a partial view of the Mediterranean sea which was approximately four hundred plus yards from this building to the beach. The apartment was easily accessible via elevator and for guests with mobility issues there were ramps (some fairly steep) to access all the amenities. The rear of the building was extremely spacious (as large as a small park) and it featured a very nice size pool. Anyone could sun bathe near the pool which was surrounded by well manicured nature, without having to compete for space. We enjoyed all the features within the apartment and felt that the kitchen was fully stocked. Everything in the apartment was practically brand new. I’m sure that this was a temporary negative during our stay and at some point in the future this comment will be irrelevant. To is it was extremely annoying to have to hear all the loud hammering and concrete drilling (only during the day) from 9:00 am ‘till about 6:00 pm coming from the remodeling of the apartment located directly above. We just had to be out of there during those hours and forget about taking a nap. This second point has no reflection on this property per say, but it’s rather mentioned as a heads-up to persons with mobility impairments - It has to do with the substantial degree of street inclination when returning from the beaches area. We were literally winded as we walked up-hill for 4 or 5 blocks and we have no mobility impediments, it’s a very, very tough incline, so be aware.
• Lisa (8/5): Lovely apartment and stay - Lovely modern Apartment, spacious and clean, air con in living room was excellent , wifi excellent , all facilities catered for, lovely views from the balcony. Location up a hill but near to the beach and marina . The host Veronica was very accommodating and helpful. No air con in bedroom but a fan which was okay but middle of August would be nice for air con. We were not fussed on Swimming pool area , mostly residents and felt unwelcome.

Highly recommend it. - Very nice apartment, restaurants, supermarkets , terraces and beach are within walking distance, apartment is just reformed, very well equipped, AC, fan in living room and bedroom. Our hostess Verónica was very helpful, gave us all information we required.
