- Phenyo (6/5): - The staff availability. Staff is friendly. The gate is always locked There wasn't tea staff until Wednesday. Parking isn't enough and is very small. My room didn't lock. Put full cutlery in the room (No plate, spoon, or knives). Poor wifi connection.

- Marisca (2/5): - The property was a building site with mattresses standing outside against walls. The kitchen barely had any cutlery and crockery. Only one coffee mug and no other mugs or glasses. I will not recommend this property at all.

The dust on it was disgusting The curtains were torn and not enough to close the sliding doors. The 2 mugs and frying pan were left out on the drying rack and was oily. No tea spoons. Quarter roll of toilet paper. No curtains in the bathroom. Bad brown stains on the bedding. Wifi password not available. This place will never see us again. The pictures are very deceiving .

- Mr (4/5): Unpleasant I didn't enjoy. - The place is not ready to host guests for now it's still require staff training, furnisher, appliances etc. They must get professional managers to run that place. Lack of hot bath, no electrical appliances, we had to ask for microwave service, tea, boiled water. The place is cold and not quite as everyone is moving up and down, packing is also poor.

- Chantelle (1/5): Unfortunately not the best - Friendly service Were do I start I booked s room that wasn't the room I got no remote for TV one towl only shower was broken so someone had to come fix it well I was laying in bed very uncomfortable the gate has to be opened buy staff witch was not ideal as they took long to open I offerd to pay more for a better room the one I paid for but was no possible as they were fully booked really didn't enjoy my experience left in the afternoon didn't sleep there went and booked another accommodation.... Definitely a hit a miss for me

- Pullette (6/5): Pleasant - For the money, its what you pay for. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Room could do with its own kettle. The garden could use a mow and a clean but not too bad all considering. To go to the kitchen we were told to walk through a room, on day 3 there was a gentleman getting dressed and they changed the access to the kitchen to the back door without informing us. I had a 9 year old little girl with me. Not nice. But except that, a very pleasant and quiet place.

Had to use Lucky sticks to dampen the smell. The bedding is not up to standard. The place needs serious attention. The dish cloth is like a floor cleaner. Hai guys you can do better. The yard is dirty.

- Russell (5/5): Please replace the bedding. - The location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bedding needs to be replaced. It was washed but full of dirty marks. The towels were so hard we couldn't use them. They needed staysoft.
