- Joana (10/5): Great experience. - The apartment was very clean and cozy. The furniture and all the details in the apartment looked new and very calming and neutral colors. It has all you need even if you decide to cook. The apartment was near the road but still had a small yard enough to stay an enjoy a drink or a snack in the evening. Near the apartment you can find coffees , super markets , bakeries just by walking. The nearest beach is only 5 min walking. The cleaning lady didn't speak English but still we manage to communicate and she was very polite. In fact there is nothing I didn't like. I would only write this as recommendation, adding a small washing machine in the apartment would add a great value to the apartment and would be a great help especially for families that travel with small kids like us.

- Αργυρης (10/5): - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ προσεγμένο και πάρα πολύ όμορφο. Η τοποθεσία ήταν απίστευτη στο κέντρο της Πάργας και επίσης είχε και πάρκινγκ εκεί που ήταν τα δωμάτια.

- Tsvetomira (6/5): Cool for 1-2 nights, but we won’t be coming back. - It was very clean and overall a cosy and good room. The location is great. Room was cleaned and tidied every day. Right across the street there is a great coffee shop and next door is an awesome bakery for breakfast. It was a very noisy room. It’s right on the street and we were on a ground level, with no fence (just a rope) around the property. We had chairs and a table in front of the room but it felt like you are sitting on the sidewalk. Motorbikes went by even after midnight and the noise was very loud; and since there were other rooms at ground level, their tables and chairs in front were pretty close to our door - so we could hear loud companies talked and laughed every night up until 1-2 am. (Not blaming the people who wanted to have fun, just saying that we xouldn’t sleep).

- Ann (10/5): Unbeatable location, very modern and clean, would stay again! - Very centrally located, nothing is more than a 3-5 min walk (must try Brazilian cup coffee across street and breakfast at Green Bakery next door), dedicated parking area for the apartments, the unit felt brand new, modern and was meticulously clean, very friendly housekeeping staff. We would 100% recommend and stay again, There was nothing we did not like.

Ended up leaving earlier to another hotel as we had to deal with multiple cockroaches middle of the night. The hotel wasn’t clean. I have no idea how it got the reviews.

Nets on all windows again mosqitoes. Because of the central location it was very noisy all night, but it should be expected.

- Alexander (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect place to stay in Parga. Brand new furniture, room was cleaned regularly. Very communicative location, on a main street, close to the harbour and Krionery beach and just 15 minutes walk to Valtos beach. The host was very helpful. As we arrived early in the morning, he arranged the room to be prepared for earlier check-in. Great asset to this property is the private parking in view to the scarcity of parking opportunities in the narrow streets of the town during the high season. The kitchenette is well equipped with most necessary, just the stove absorber wasn't installed, but generally you won't be needing it - there are so many possibilities to eat and drink in the town and in the immediate neighborhood. Don't miss the breakfast at the Green Bakery, enjoy perfect salads and burgers at Brasilian Cup, there's also a decent family restaurant around the corner. Should you still want to prepare your food in the room, 50 m away there's a shop with everything necessary. The rooms on the pictures look larger than they actually are. Good photographer :)
