- Gianluca (10/5): Vivere Napoli - Host super
Posto centralissimo Tutto ok
- Filomena (7/5): - Ottima posizione
- yu (1/5): - This B&B has numerous serious shortcomings.
During my stay it was impossible to use the heating, as the remote control was nowhere to be found. The toilet had a broken flush, no seat, and the only soap available in the entire apartment was a basic supermarket shower gel. To top it all off, the so-called "Italian breakfast" consisted of a pack of TUC crackers and an already-opened pack of snack cakes — hardly the ideal comfort for a late-March holiday. The building's common areas had broken floor tiles that guests were forced to navigate, as the building has no lift.
The most troubling aspect of the stay was dealing with the check-in host, Massimo. For adding one extra guest — a friend who joined after the booking was made, and who had been notified the day before — Massimo demanded €30 on top of the €47 already paid. When my Italian friend politely asked for a discount, Massimo became visibly agitated and raised his voice, challenging us to find cheaper accommodation in Naples. He addressed us in an aggressive and offensive manner, making my friend feel deeply uncomfortable. He ultimately lowered his request first to €25, then accepted €20, without checking our documents and without issuing any receipt for the tourist tax — dismissing us with a parting "don't ever come back." There was also only one towel available in the entire apartment.
Mr. Massimo does not speak English, so my friend had to translate even the check-out instructions on my behalf. I regret having to leave such a negative review, but I feel it is important to warn other travellers. I strongly advise avoiding this B&B and choosing one of the many far more professional and welcoming hosts in the beautiful city of Naples.
- Federica (10/5): Soggiorno molto piacevole!! - Soggiorno davvero piacevole!

- Antonia (1/5): Delusione, tutto sporco - Nulla Tutto

- Cavaleri (6/5): - Ottima posizione.. quartiere tranquillo Scarsa igiene
- Salvatore (10/5): -
- Antonio (9/5): Superb -
- Stefan (4/5): Disappointing - The location is great, the house has charm and it's right in the middle of everything. The apartment is ok, location and apartment shape/size are great. What is a pity that it could be so much better with a small investment. The kitchen is unusable without inventory (there is 2 cups and one spoon), the lower beds are too soft (like really soft), the toilet is cracked and the missing lid on top of the flush water tank means the whole bathroom gets sprinkled in water when flushing. There is no furniture in the living room (apart of a two seater). The photos do not match the inventory found (e.g.no coffee machine).
- Tiziano (3/5): Poor - Location Old and dirty, either some basics missing.
- Kt (1/5): Bad - There was no hotel by this name. The hotwl does not exist. I qas xontacted a strange person and he asked me ro a strangw housw for the night. I refuswed and I got no help from booking.com.
It was really bad and I will not use booking.com again.

- Alexander (8/5): Very good - The location is great. Massimo is very cool man. There are not enough plates and pots, no washing machine, for a longer stay.
- Dimitar (9/5): Superb -
- Goran (4/5): Disappointing - Appartment is located in smal street near to.main street in city centar
Good conection with public transportation We waited on appartment owner to open appartment more than 3 hours.
We was conected through watsup and he newer said that he is out of city and that his return will take 3 hour or more. He told us to wait him on squere near to appartment, and we was there 3 hours.
In our communication ower watsup he constamtly wrot that he need 10 to 15 min...and repeated this 3 or 4 times. In case that we know that his arival will take more than 3 hours we will go around , visit city centar, eat something etc not stay on squer 3 hours.
This was very unprofesional from his side.
