• Ghazi (10/5): - كانت إقامتي رائعة جداً. طاقم العمل كان ودوداً للغاية ومتعاوناً في جميع الأوقات، مما جعلني أشعر بالترحيب منذ لحظة الوصول. الإفطار كان لذيذاً ومتنوّعاً، والسرير مريح جداً ويوفر نوماً هادئاً وممتعاً. الفندق أنيق ونظيف، وحجمه الصغير أضفى عليه طابعاً هادئاً ومريحاً. كما أن موقعه ممتاز ومناسب للوصول إلى العديد من الأماكن بسهولة. أشكر جميع العاملين على حسن الاستقبال والخدمة المميزة، وأوصي بالإقامة فيه بكل تأكيد.

• Mariia (10/5): - Küçük bir otel ama çok Instagramlık, ferah ve çok güzel bir atmosfere sahip. Kahvaltısı çok güzeldi, her şeyden memnun kaldık. Personel inanılmaz derecede güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Çıkış yapacağımız sabah kendimi çok kötü hissediyordum ve onlar, daha iyi hissedene kadar odada kalmama izin verdiler. Eğer bunu yapmasalardı ne yapardım gerçekten bilmiyorum. Harika insanlar, çok misafirperver bir ekip, güzel odalar ve lezzetli bir kahvaltı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim!

• Φοίβος (10/5): An excellent stay for surfers - We liked very much the room and the cleanliness of the hotel. It is very close to the Alacati Marina & Surf Clubs. The breakfast was very delicious and traditional turkish. The breakfast time was a little bit too late from 09:00-11:00 only.

Wifi connection was very good too. At first we were at a room where the shower had issues and we had to be moved. The second room was much better, but the beds were not very comfortable, especially the sofa bed.

Camere spaziose, pulite e ben arredate. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Molto carino il cortile interno in cui viene servita la colazione, tipicamente turca e con uova preparate al momento. Parcheggio facile da trovare proprio davanti alla struttura. Nulla, ci siamo trovati molto bene

• Sokayna (10/5): Amazing adress - I am so satisfied with my stay in Kotraba hotel. It is a Villa owned by a very nice couple, super friendly, and helpful. The place is well decorated and it gives a chill and peaceful vibe. Each room has a name, and inside the room you have all you need, great luminosity, enough plugs, toilet paper soap, towels … We visited in low season so the whole village was kind of empty, but still zen and pleasant. We visited in Ramadan, they were so nice to serve us Suhoor and Iftar. Breakfast was super delicious and diverse It is located in a calm and safe neighborhood, 8mn from bus station, 2mn to a market, may cafés the alley behind, and 10 mn to the center of Alaçati Nothing, everything was good

• Diego (2/5): AVOID IN WINTER - The price may seem “cheap” at first, but honestly, there are much better options around for a similar cost. This place is a very bad option for staying in winter. Very cold room, a lot of humidity. The beds are comfortable, but they don’t provide proper sheets. They say they have heating, but it’s just an AC that blows "hot" air. The room is poorly insulated and it gets extremely cold at night. Our room was right next to reception, and the noise of people coming in and out made it impossible to rest. Bathroom smelled terrible. The drainage and pipes had a constant bad smell. No attention or atmosphere at all. Maybe in summer it’s different, but in winter the hotel felt dead. No breakfast, no services, nothing available. Staff doesn’t speak English and only communicates with a translation app. They do NOT have parking. One of the reasons we chose it was because they claimed to offer parking, but that’s not true. You just leave the car on the street outside. This is not a “boutique hotel.” There are far better options around the area. Avoid this area in winter. It’s safe, but everything is closed and there’s basically nothing around. The interesting places are several kilometers away.

• Denise (4/5): My experience at this hotel was not a good one. I ended up checking out a day early - There was a lot of parking on the street. The woman who checked us in was very kind. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name but she was very sweet. She only spoke Turkish which was a little frustrating but we did our best to communicate with a translation app. The room was very small and it was very difficult to get around the room, especially from the far side of the bed. I expected to have a king bed because that is what I booked on the website. The bed was only a queen and was very low to the floor. If I had known I was getting a queen, I never would have booked this hotel. The pillows were not good. One was too thin, the other was too fat. I ended up sleeping without a pillow.

• Ezgi (10/5): Best hospitality in Alacati, beautiful hotel and exceptional services provided. - Firstly the hotel did not disappoint - the information and photos on Booking.com is entirely accurate. The location is also great - close enough to all the action in Alacati but also calm and peaceful at night. You wake up feeling refreshed and the hotel's delicious breakfast is waiting for you. But most importantly, the highlight of our stay was the hospitality Furkan and his colleagues provided. Honestly they made us feel at home at all times. Furkan and his colleagues are always (honestly 7/24) ready to go above and beyond expectations. They provide excellent recommendations and seek feedback at every opportunity to ensure your stay is as seamless as possible. Overall we enjoyed every single aspect of the hotel and the services provided. Furkan even came to see us off which we thought was very thoughtful. Honestly we cannot think of anything. The service, the hotel itself, the location - everything was just fabulous.

The staff is very kind and helpful! We have initially booked 1 standard & 1 deluxe room but were pleasantly surprised upon arrival that they have upgraded 1 of our rooms for free due to slow season, which was very kind of them to do! Rooms were modern, clean & nice, and the BREAKFAST - honestly, probably the best breakfast we've had in Turkey during our stay.

We booked 2 Triple Executive rooms, 25 square meters and we' ve got 2 rooms, Drama and Kivali, at 19 square meters, including bathroom, after a discution in contradiction with the owner. Our stay was ok but the rooms were very small, in winter you have more luggage and this was the reason why we have booked tripple rooms instead of double. Also, the shower drain was not ok and in the last 2 days (of 7) it was a bad smell too.
