Magnifiquement placee. - - L’emplacement, l’esthétique du lieu ( toutes les chambres donnent sur une très jolie terrasse, vue mer et stromboli). - la gentillesse de l’accueil et leur réactivité - la chambre: grande . et salle de bain grande et moderne - petit dejeuner dans le café à côté ( un café et une brioche ! pour le prix de cette chambre, ce n’est pas au niveau (mais la responsable m’a dit qu’ils allaient changer). - la douche parfois chaude parfois froide. Mais on est dans une île donc je peux le comprendre. - pas de cafetière, ni de bouilloire de courtoisie. Pour le prix de la chambre cela devrait être systématique.

- federica (10/5): - Posizione perfetta a due passi dal porto di Panarea e vicinissima a ristoranti e bar. Camere molto belle, letti molto comodi e vista mare. Host gentilissima e disponibile. La colazione, prevista in un bar convenzionato, è stata sotto le aspettative.

- Teresa (8/5): - La struttura si trova in una posizione comodissima. Le camere sono nuove, comode e pulite. Lo spazio all'esterno, sebbene non separato da quello degli altri ospiti offre la possibilità di rilassarsi comodamente all'aria aperta. Il personale è disponibile e cordiale Sebbene in generale l'isola sia costosa, il prezzo per camera, rispetto all'effettivo servizio offerto, è eccessivo. Non è presente un servizio di reception, la colazione si fa in bar bruttino ed è davvero estremamente scarsa. Un pò rumoroso nelle prime ore notturne per via della musica di locali nei paraggi ma nulla di esagerato.

Camere nuove e arredate con gusto Qualche giorno prima del nostro arrivo, tramite chat Booking, ci hanno offerto assistenza con i bagagli dal porto alla struttura. Dopo aver confermato che ne avessimo bisogno, c’è stato un silenzio radio di un paio di giorni. Arrivati a Panarea, dopo aver tentato più volte di contattare la struttura invano (tramite Booking e chiamate varie), nessuno era in porto ad attenderci e ho dovuto portare tutti i bagagli da solo. La struttura non è lontana ma comunque non è agevole portare kg e kg di bagagli col caldo. Non apprezzatissimo che dopo la passeggiata al sole con i bagagli, appena messo piede in struttura, ci sia stato chiesto subito di saldare l’intera permanenza - fra l’altro senza scusarsi per non averci aiutato con i bagagli. In generale, sarebbe consigliabile maggiore reattività nel rispondere al telefono.
