• Servius (9/5): - Ce que nous avons aimé : Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel proche de l’aéroport de Miami. La chambre était magnifique, très propre, et la literie était excellente, ultra confortable. Tout le nécessaire était disponible dans la chambre, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons aussi été agréablement surpris par la très bonne insonorisation par rapport aux avions qui passent juste au-dessus de l’hôtel : une fois dans la chambre, on les entend à peine. Même si la piscine de l’hôtel était fermée durant notre séjour, nous avions accès à celle de l’hôtel voisin du même groupe, ce qui était très appréciable. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et bon, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. Ce que nous avons moins aimé : Le seul petit point négatif concerne les murs des chambres, qui sont un peu fins. Les sons provenant de la salle de bain peuvent facilement être entendus depuis le couloir lorsque l’on prend sa douche.

El Desayuno podria mejorar un poco, como por ejemplo poner los quesos en un lugar donde sea tranparente para ver lo que hay adentro, la tostadora de pan requeria 3 pasadas para que el pan se tostara, deben de ajustarla.

• D'Andrea (2/5): Rapporto qualità prezzo sconveniente - La posizione era ottima per le nostre esigenze, la navetta h24 da e per l'aeroporto é buona, nonostante noi non ne avessimo necessità, l'angolo vicino la reception offre la possibilità di comprare acqua e snack h24 Pulizia scadente, il primo giorno non ci é stata pulita la camera ne tantomeno cambiata la biancheria del bagno, per essere un hotel 4 stelle, mi aspettavo un servizio almeno di base. 25$ al giorno per usufruire del parcheggio é esagerato. Al momento del checkout mi sono stati addebitati 29$ per motivi a me sconosciuti, nonostante avessi già pagato in precedenza 40$ di differenza per poter effettuare il checkout alle 6 PM invece che alle 11 AM, lo stesso é accaduto per il parcheggio, ho dovuto pagare un biglietto poiche la card della camera non mi permetteva più di accedere al parcheggio. Che dire, rapporto qualita prezzo assolutamente non idoneo.

• EAF06 (9/5): Sonesta Super Great & Fast - Quick and easy, super close to the airport. Clean and very professional staff. Checkin lasted only a few minutes and checkout lasted only a few seconds. I was not able to figure out how to turn off the lights behind the TV. Didnt bother my sleep much, but my room was well lit throughout the night. I tried every single button i could find.

A equipe toda, desde a recepção até a de cuidados com a habitação, foram muito cordiais e prestativos. Ficamos satisfeitos. Alguns itens do café da manhã não são repostos quando acabam. Hóspedes que chegam para o breakfast 10h da manhã não vão encontrar frutas e alguns itens. Experimentamos essa situação duas vezes durante nossa estadia. Entendemos que são itens perecíveis, mas , caso solicitados, deveriam ser repostos, evitando desperdício.

Nice large tv and clean rooms with beautiful big bathroom. Pool was down due to being maintenance. However you could use the pool next door.

• Niels Gertjan (8/5): Perfect start voor vakantie na een late vlucht. - We hadden een late vlucht met twee kleine kindjes en konden met de gratis shuttle naar het hotel. Perfect geregeld. Het zag er netjes en verzorgd uit. Fijn ontbijt. Geen op- of aanmerkingen. Het zwembad kon niet gebruikt worden tijdens onze nacht daar maar hier hebben wij geen last van gehad.

• Karen (7/5): This was a good hotel with a seaport and airport shuttle - It was a nice comfortable property that was centrally located to the seaport. We were able to order DoorDash and get all of the necessary items and our driver found us just fine we however we’re not able to find anything open to eat after 9 o’clock at night. Everything had to be DoorDash. They offer a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. There also is a shuttle from the hotel to the seaport at a charge.

Room was spacious and bed was comfortable and we had great sleep whilst we stayed here. Room cleaning was only done every 3rd day of your stay which was a bit weird to us. Would have been nice to have regular daily housekeeping. Pool was closed when we stayed, told we could use pool next door but anytime we went it was full and nowhere for people to relax and enjoy time there.

• Connie (9/5): A beautiful oasis to stay while visiting Miami. - The Sonesta itself and staff exceeded our expectations. We booked the room because it was close to the Cruise Port and they had a shuttle available. There was a restaurant on site. All we had to do was get there and all our needs were met. The beds were dream worthy and we slept so well. When we come back to Miami, we will choose the Sonesta. The breakfast buffet was a little pricey for what was offered. When we visit the Sonesta again, we will skip the breakfast buffet and go elsewhere.

• Daniel (4/5): - The stay itself was fine, but the post-stay experience has been frustrating. I requested an invoice in my name for reimbursement purposes, as I personally stayed in and paid for the room. However, the hotel refused to issue the invoice and directed me to Booking.com. Booking.com, in turn, stated that the invoice must be issued by the property. This resulted in a back-and-forth situation where neither party took responsibility, leaving me without a valid invoice. For a hotel of this level, I expected a much more professional and efficient handling of a basic administrative request.
