• Traeder (8/5): Aufgrund der sehr guten Lage und dem sehr freundlichen Personal würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen. - Wir waren eine aus 8 Personen bestehende Gruppe und hatten 2 Einzelzimmer und 3 Doppelzimmer. Ein Doppelzimmer was die Luxus Suite. Diese besteht aus einem großen Wohnschlafzimmer mit Esstisch, Kamin und einen Bereich mit einer 2 Sitzer Couch und einem Sessel. Das Bad hat 2 Waschbecken und sogar 2 getrennte Duschen! Die Lage ist im EG. Das Frühstück konnte vor Ort für 15,- Euro pro Person und Tag hinzu gebucht werden. Eierspeisen konnten am Tisch ohne Aufpreis bestellt werden. Das Buffet war ausreichend und wurde nachgefüllt. Die Lage des Hotels war optimal in der Altstadt gelegen. Die Lage der Luxus Suite war an der Hauptstraße. Schlafen bei geöffneten Fenster quasi unmöglich. Die Vorhänge dunkeln nicht ab, mit einer Schlafmaske kann man diesen Nachteil umgehen. Der Frühstücksraum war im Keller, ohne Fenster und nur über eine steile Treppe zu erreichen.

Good location for everything though. we booked the hotel on the grounds that it had a spa, when we got there the spa was closed which wasn't mentioned on any of the booking information, so a little disappointed in that.

Автомат для чистки обуви при входе в гостиницу Очень не удобное расположение комнат. коридоры и перемещение без лифта. Завтрак вроде и не плохой. Но все пересолено. Комната очень маленькая. Санузел при этом большой и достаточно удобный. кровать маленькая. окна выходили прямо на улицу с достаточно оживленным движением транспорта. Шумоизоляция недостаточная.

• DesislavaSt (3/5): - Донякъде местоположението. Не получихме стаята, която бях видяла в Booking и заради, която реално резервирах. Вместо приятните стаи със зелени пердета, бяхме в стая, на която съм сложила снимки. Стая е силно казано - нещо като две тесни части с по едно легло. Прозорецът гледаше към вътрешен двор, в който има заведение и имаше маса точно под прозореца. Отваряхме да проветрим само рано сутрин, докато не е отворено заведението, защото влизат миризми , чуват се разговорите на клиентите и музиката. На рецепция не ни дадоха обяснение защо така се е получило при положение, че съм резервила в началото на януари 2026. Не ни позволиха да говорим с мениджър. Рецепционистката говори с някого и повтаряше само, че били напълно резервирани и нямало как да ни изместят. Целият престой беше по време на рождения ми ден, но това също не ги трогна. От другата страна прозорците бяха на самия тротоар и пак не смеехме много да държим пердетата дръпнати. Нямаше компенсация, защото не смятам, че стаята, която получихме струва същите пари като тези, които реално са снимани в Booking. На самия ми рожден ден картата за достъп до стаята не работеше и трябваше отново да се разправям защо не мога да вляза, какъв е пак проблемът и т.н

C'était bruyant. Par ailleurs, il y avait beaucoup de marches pour aller à la chambre et à la salle du petit déjeuner.

Номера новые, есть все необходимое, в том числе холодильник, чайник, а в душе очень удобно что есть полочка куда поставить свои баночки. Еще в холле возле ресепшена есть кулер с питьевой водой, тоже очень удобно - можно набрать в свою бутылочку. Есть лифт, но до него нужно преодолеть несколько ступенек - если тяжелый багаж, то не очень удобно. Окна выходят на довольно шумную улицу, может быть не очень комфортно отдыхать днем. В номере нет отдельного шкафа, но есть на стене крючки и вешалки - в принципе достаточно.

Sängar sköna kuddar något för höga. Rent och tyst rum. Spat var litet, men mysigt. Dock var det stopp i avloppet vid duschen och poolen kändes något ofräsch då det luktade annat än klorin. Vattnet blev grumligt. Bastun var fock toppfräsch!

• Laima (10/5): Meets the expectations - The breakfast was good, the room overall was comfy, not so big, but also I don´t care for this. I only stayed one night as well. The location was really nice. I didn't have time to enjoy the SPA, but it is already a really extraordinary thing they have it and they even contacted me to offer some time in it. I got lost a few times in the hotel, but nothing to complain.

• Krzysztof (6/5): - Lokalizacja - wszystkie najfajniejsze miejsca dostępne spacerem. Bardzo duży, przestronny pokój rodzinny. Parking - nie jest przy samym hotelu, informację i płatność trzeba załatwić w recepcji, więc wcześniej trzeba gdzieś zaparkować, a pod samym hotelem nie można, trzeba trochę pokombinować. Pokój - duży, wygodny, ale na poziomie głównej, ruchliwej ulicy - hałas całą noc i spojrzenia przechodniów za oknami. SPA - wymagana rezerwacja godziny, okazało się dopiero na miejscu, dostępny był już tylko jeden termin. Śniadanie - ok, ale sala, w której podawane są śniadania jest bardzo mała, zero swobody i duża szansa, że trafi się na zajęte stoliki.

Ótimas instalações no hotel, ótimo café da manhã, tem elevador e quartos muito limpos organizados e confortável. Super recomendo este hotel tanto para passar uma noite ou semanas. Nada.

Cold rooms, not accessible with luggage, having to navigate several flights of stairs with large cases. Unhelpful staff, didn't direct to room, left to try and find it yourself.

• Nen (4/5): U get what u pay for- if not for loud drunkards & tiny breakfast, it might be a decent 3 star hotel - Reasonable price, good location if one wants a short distance to the train/bus station and downtown. Overall clean facilities and clean room, if we do not mention black mold in the somewhat tired shower cubicle. The room was bright and nicelly decorated. A friendly guy in the reception. I can confirm what many other guests had noted: this is definitelly not a 4-star hotel. Why Booking.com is allowing this deceptive claim, is beyond me. Had the hotel declared being a 2 or 3-stars hotel, my feedback woudn't be so judging, but now I'll evaluate it as a quest who was expecting 4-star facilities. There's no hall or lounge, except for a tiny sofa by the reception. There are also some 3 couches and a tiny fridge with beverages, strategically placed in the stairway between 1st and 2nd floor. Not surprisingly, at 01:00 AM I was awaken by a lively chatter from the same "stairway lounge". A gentleman from some far away exotic country had namely found some common grounds with an obviously tipsy local guest, which made the whole stairway and the rooms adjacent to it, reverberate to their lound discussion. Just like one other guest before me wrote in his comments, I too succeded in chasing the drunkards away from the stairway, and thus lost just 1 hour of sleep. A large sign asking "Please, no drinking or hanging out here after 23:00 PM", might help solve this recurring problem. Breakfast was served in a tiny room in the cellar, where some 6-7 tiny tables were squeezed in a tight row. The portions of the food on the "swedish table" were very tiny as well. I alone could have easily eaten all the warm food. No wonder other quests had been complaining about the food having run out. During my first morning in the breakfast cellar, I was entertained by loud and juicy profanities in russian with ukrainian accent, coming from a very tempered woman behind the curtains that separated the dining room from kitchen. During the second morning, the profanities were replaced by loud jazz music. The volume was way beyond the "background" level, and concequently forced all the guests to activelly listen.

• Mate (2/5): - The room itself was clean and, although quite small, perfectly suitable for one person. I would not recommend this room at all for anyone who wants a quiet night’s sleep. The property is located right next to a very busy intersection, and the room itself is on the ground floor, just a few steps from the street. Throughout the entire evening and early morning, it honestly felt like being at a car racing event – constant engine noise, loud music from passing cars, and traffic that never really stopped. Unfortunately, the sound insulation is almost non-existent, so everything outside comes straight into the room. I also had an issue with the check-in process. When I arrived, there was no one at reception. I rang the bell several times and tried calling the phone number provided, but received no response. Eventually, it turned out there was a shift change – it seemed the previous receptionist had already left and the next one had not arrived yet, so I had to wait. In total, I had to wait for more than 30 minutes just to receive my room key. Overall, the biggest problem was that I couldn’t sleep at all, not even for a minute, due to the constant noise.

• Karl (5/5): - Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels in der Innenstadt ist hervorragend. Man kann zu Fuß alles erreichen. Das Frühstück ist seinen Preis nicht wert. Einmal hat Butter gefehlt, das andere Mal war die Kaffeemaschine defekt (keine Milch Aufbereitung). Der Hauptfrühstücksraum war im Keller.

• Bianka (10/5): - Igényes, jól felszerelt, a wellnessben csak mi voltunk. Hangulatos, minden megtalálható a szálláson. Az elhelyezkedése is szuper, a reptér, központ, látnivalók, éttermek a közelben. Nekünk meleg volt a klíma ellenére is, de egyáltalán nem volt zavaró.
