Clean, but not spotless (there was a woman's hair on the floor), but no complaints, likely an accident. The apartment has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. Quiet, cozy, and peaceful. No one disturbs you as you relax, cook, live, and spend time. I hope guests choose these apartments and enjoy their stay in Rome. Replace the sheet on the bed. It's better to use one with elastic or a larger sheet. While sleeping, the sheet kept slipping down and the mattress was visible.

• Zahid (5/5): If you plan to be out and about most of the day and just need a place to crash this apt is fine. - Excellent location, and the apartment is recently renovated and very clean. The bed is comfortable, and there is ample closet space to put away one's belongings out of sight. Management is responsive and helpful. There is regular noise coming in from the courtyard (apt is on ground floor) and from stairwell, and from the upstairs neighbor when they use their plumbing. The sofa is really uncomfortable and has stains on it (maybe because no coffee table or side table is supplied so people spill their drinks); the pillows smell of cigarette smoke. Harsh lighting, and the apt is not a comfortable place to spend time. We were out quite a lot, in part since it was less than ideal to hang out in the apt.

• Vaida (10/5): Exceptional - Nice modern apartment, self check-in and check-out. 30 mins walking to main attractions. Happy about the stay. A little dark if you prefer natural light, but wasn't a problem for us. Also noise because of construction nearby, but I believe this is temporary.

• Igor (9/5): Superb - The host is very quick and efficient to respond. Very easy check in, a couple of markets nearby and a real market (Testacio Market) is just across the street where you can buy fresh produce and local vine which is sold from the barrels. Walking distance to major places of interest, about half hour to Piazza Venezia. The apartment is clean, with new furniture, and everything necessary for self-cooking, internet works fine, sleeping quality is perfect. Coffee tablets, olive oil, salt and sugar and a bottle of Prosecco from the host really appreciated. Easy connection with the airport via Rome Trastevere station - half hour/8 euro by train every 25 minutes, then just 20 minutes walking to the apartment. I would definitely stay here again. There should have been left an indication (instruction) where to find the button to open the gate WHEN LEAVING the house, it is not easily seen. Otherwise, everything is perfect!
