- Alan (10/5): Outstanding. Associated Stained Glass workshop as good as you will find for the size - Eggscellent. Slightly bigger room would be preferred, difficulty getting around bed etc.
- Kath (10/5): Fabulous! - Superb breakfasts with lots of choice, served in a lovely dining room overlooking the garden.
The room was clean and comfortable with every need catered for.
The property is at the end of a lane off the main road. Parking was good but the local bus services go from the end of the lane towards Bridlington in one direction and Scarborough in the other; perfect for coastal path walkers. I could not think of a thing which could have been improved upon.
- James (10/5): - Room was very clean with excellent facilities. Bed was extremely comfy and was able to sleep very comfortably on it. Cafe was only next door and although we didnt eat there the prices and produce from there looked to be excellent.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming and whole experience was fantastic (as this our stay for 10 year anniversary we were very pleased with it).
Would highly recommend this B&B to any couple looking to get away. We ordered poached eggs with breakfast which were very well done and hot, but the rest of the breakfast was a little on the cooler side. This may have been down to the time it takes to poach eggs and wasn't cold enough to ruin the breakfast but would have been nicer warmer, however breakfast was not greasy as it can be sometimes at other venues and this was greatly appreciated.
- stephens (10/5): Very relaxing stay - Lovely peaceful location . Rooms decorated to a very high standard. Excellent breakfast in lovely conservatory over looking gardens . Stayed many times and never fails to please . There is nothing to dislike .
- Keith (10/5): Ideal place for a relaxing retreat! - The perfect guest house! Great, peaceful location, with welcoming hosts. Clean and well decorated throughout providing a full and enjoyable breakfast. We will be back!
- Nicola (9/5): Highly recommend. Would definitely return. Comfortable, homely, gorgeous breakfast and lovely host. - Very homely.
Lovely host.
Breakfast was fantastic.
Great location and met our needs for the stay perfectly. N/A
- Yearl (10/5): The best B&B in Scarborough! - We were given the warmest of welcomes from Karen, and she showed us to our lovely room.
We were in the green room which looks out onto the beautiful gardens.
The room was beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need for a lovely stay.
The welcome tray was exceptional with lots of different teas, coffee, biscuits, fresh milk and even delicious fudge placed in a good sized fridge.
The bathroom had both shower and bath plus the luxury of underfloor heating which was so nice. Nice toiletries provided plus other little touches.
The bed was super comfy and the bed linen great quality.
We didn't think it could get much better until we went down for breakfast! It was of exceptional quality and so delicious an absolute treat.
We would highly recommend a stay here and can't wait to return.
Thank you Karen and family for your amazing hospitality We could only stay one night!

Everything you could need and the little touches, lik - Such a beautiful property, our room was perfect size, really nice bathroom. Bed was very comfortable and we both slept soundly. The gardens looked amazing but sadly we didn't get enough time to spend sitting in the sun there. Nothing we didn't like
- Stevenson (9/5): Excellent - Breakfast was very good .selection and quality. Homemade fudge š staff very friendly and helpful The size of room .we stayed for 4 days was alittle on small size

- Amanda (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely B&B highly recommend, beautiful breakfast, Karen made us so welcome, comfortable clean room and beautiful gardens, would definitely return and recommend.
- Helen (10/5): A fantastic Yorkshire welcome in an excellent B&B - This has to be one of the best B&B stays weāve ever done in the UK. The location was perfect tucked away down a quiet lane, but within easy access of the main A165 linking many of the attractions of this beautiful Yorkshire coastline. The property was spotlessly clean and, even though it is situated next to a train line, there was no noise overnight after about 9.45pm and 6.30am. Thereās plenty of free parking, the facilities are great and the breakfast was outstanding. Our hosts were very welcoming and we wouldnāt hesitate to stay there again. One very small niggle was that the temperature of the shower in our room seemed to fluctuate from quite cold to very hot whilst in use.
- Chris (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kirsty (10/5): Idyllic spot, lovely warm welcome, great facilities , would return in a heartbeat - Great location Nothing

Beautiful garden and surroundings Everyone very friendly Farming connection suited us
- Brian (10/5): A perfect stay. - It was easy to see why this property has such a good review rating. The location is amazing, set at the end of a quiet lane & within easy reach of so many locations. The hosts were fantastic, warm and friendly & even put up an easter card and chocolate easter treats in the room which for two chocoholics were gratefully received. The room we stayed in was of good proportions and had both a bath and a shower. It overlooked the beautiful garden complete with an amazing water feature. Beyond the garden was just farmland & we watched birds, rabbits and other wildlife. The room was lovely and warm and welcoming & the TV had lots of channels available.
Breakfast catered for everybody with many cooked options offered plus an array of cereals, fruit, yoghurt etc also. We had the traditional English which was cooked to perfection and served on a platter to put out your own portions. All around the house are pieces of beautiful glass work to help tempt you to visit the glass studio attached to the property. When we next visit the area we will not even consider staying elsewhere as I doubt we could find a better experience. N/A
- Karen (10/5): Exceptional - Superb hoists nothing was a problem beautiful room great night's sleep breakfast fabulous everything you needed was catered for definitely will go back
- Kevin (9/5): Superb - Place great, breakfast good very clean and comfortable
- Samantha (10/5): Perfect 𤩠- The fudge 𤩠breakfast was amazing, room comfortable and clean. Perfect spot and the hosts were lovely.
- Patricia (10/5): A hidden gem - A thoroughly warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble the room was stocked with tea and biscuits and fudge! Hosts went above and beyond and gave us a lift into the village. Breakfast was beautiful. We ordered a full English and they cooked the eggs how ever you wanted them and toast on white brown etc and made some beautiful sweetcorn fritters which are a must try! The breakfast table was presented beautifully overlooking the rear gardens. Itās Christmas time so they put out hats and crackers and played Christmas music. I cannot recommend this place enough we will be back! This is totally minor just would have liked a plug socket near my bedside table. Thatās all that was wrong!
- Lesley (10/5): Relaxing and pampered with delicious breakfast - Easy to park, friendly welcome , beautiful room , lots of choice on the drinks tray with biscuits and the most delicious sweets

It was warm and welcoming with a fully stocked tea tray, lovely china cups nd a range of drinks on offer. Milk was kept in the fridge. The bathroom was a lovely size, shower ws nice and toiletries and fluffy towels provided. The bed was comfy and luxurious bedding. Nothing, it was perfect.

Breakfast room was lovely, and there was also a beautiful garden you could have sat in had the weather been a little better. We had no complaints at all.

The room had everything we needed.

- Sophy (10/5): Perfect, clean, quiet B&B with lovely staff and great breakfast. - Karen was great. The stay felt very personalised. She was so welcoming and lovely. The room was spotless, I felt like I was in my grandparents house. It was so cosy and homely. She offered to upgrade us to a bigger room but we were really happy in the room we had. It smelled lovely and clean. The decor was beautiful, there were toiletries and fresh milk, chocolate fudge, Easter eggs and fresh flowers in our room! Breakfast was sensational, a massive spread of continental and then a perfect cooked to order breakfast, also a big choice of coffee, tea, juice, including decaf! The staff had organised gluten free cornflakes & bread for me which was really appreciated. The area and the B&B were really quiet and we had a great sleep. - Peter (10/5): Lovely countryside bed and breakfast convenient for Scarborough and other Yorkshire attractions. - On arrival at Killerby after a long journey, we were greeted by the owner who very showed us our room and kindly offered us tea and homemade cake in the lounge once we had settled in. The location of Killerby Cottage Farm was excellent for our needs, but exceeded expectations by the beautifully maintained gardens in which it is located. Our room was light, spacious and very comfortable and included a fridge with fresh milk for the tea and coffee making equipment. A comprehensive range of cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts and juices was available in the breakfast conservatory and a very full menu of cooked breakfasts was available to pre order, those my wife and enjoyed were excellent. The cottage is located next to a railway line but it didn't cause any disturbance at all. The bathroom was great but the shower was a bit temperamental.
- Hazel (10/5): Perfect quiet overnight stop - It was spot on in every respect. Quiet excellent breakfast cooked to order.
