• Claire (9/5): - Beautifully clean and well cared for grounds a rooms. Relazing and secure. Perfect for families. You need your own transport. Pool water could have been cleaner.
• Maria (9/5): Buena ubicación y lindo entorno - La ubicación es muy buena, cercano a la catarata La Fortuna y con buenos restaurantes cerca. El entorno es muy lindo, con un jardín y una piscina muy disfrutables. La cabina es pequeña y los ambientes son pequeños pero cómodos. Está bien para pasar un fin de semana si vas de vista a La Fortuna. Los dormitorios son un poco estrechos, con las camas pegadas a la pared por un costado.

• Amon (7/5): Property was decent overall. Very clean, great AC, no bugs, not noisy. - Good pool and lounge area, very nice garden area with ponds, fish and birds. The bungalow “Gaspar” unit is a poorly built modular unit. The unit is on pilings and not level, preventing most the lower cabinet doors from functioning well. Unit is small with cheap furnishing.

• Heather (9/5): Great stay at Arenal Residencias! Would stay again. - The property is beautiful. It's better than the photos. We stayed in 'Gaspar' a small 2 br on the property. It had adequate bathroom and kitchen amenities and while it was small it was a fine amount of space. It's newer and everything functions well. The pool is nice and we enjoyed the pond at the rear of the property where two large goldfish hang out together. The flowers and landscaping are very well maintained. This was a good location between La Fortuna downtown and other attractions. The area was convenient and peaceful! Overall the property is nice and the parking situation is good. As you pull into the property the secured gate opening is just about 4 feet in from the street. It makes it difficult to pull in and enter the code because your car is half in the street to be able to do this. This was a little nerve racking pulling in and out of the property. We got missed by housekeeping in replenishing the towels but it wasn't too big of a deal. The host was apologetic and responded to concerns promptly. If you use Whattsapp, I found that most hosts and businesses in CR respond very promptly.
• Catherine (10/5): Exceptional - The pool was sooo nice! And the whole property is very pretty with lots of nature. The property was clean, with everything you need, we will definitely come back.
• Michele (10/5): Loved for price - close to everything - Lovely and worth the price! The pool is shared with other cabin people on property, so private shared. Eat at Chante Verde restaurant down the street so good and large amounts! Price and clean- had to hang beach towel’s in two windows which they provided.
