• Ivana M. (10/5): Spokojenost - Protože jsme cestovali s batůžky, tak jsme ocenili , že byla k dispozici káva. Peníze jsme vložili do schránky na klíče. Mohli jsme přijet později, protože probíhalo předání klíčů bezkontaktně. Nelíbilo se · Větší vzdálenost od centra, ale tam už jsme jít nechtěli, tak nám to nevadilo.

Additionally, the streets feel safe to walk through, and the route to the center follows a main avenue. However, the accommodation had the following issues: Dirty ashtray Broom in poor condition Dirty terrace (it hadn't been cleaned in days) Stained sofa Electrical outlet in poor condition Other than that, everything was fine; the owner was friendly and the bed was comfortable.

• Walker (7/5): Comfortable apartment in Skopje - The apartment was modern and comfortable with a balcony with table and chairs. A parking space was provided under the building. There was a supermarket (Kipper) opposite. A washing machine/fridge was provided. The sink tap in the bathroom was very stiff and difficult to turn on. Could have been a little cleaner in areas, such as the shower cubicle, balcony floor and furniture.

• EVANGELIA (1/5): - Δεν μείναμε στο διαμέρισμα γιατί καθυστέρησαν να μας δώσουν τις οδηγίες για το check in. Μας είπαν ότι θα μας στείλουν τις λεπτομέρειες και τους κωδικούς 10:00 το πρωι την μέρα της κράτησης. Προσπαθούσαμε να έρθουμε σε επικοινωνία, στέλνοντας συνέχεια μηνύματα και παίρνοντας τηλέφωνα. Φτάσαμε έξω από το διαμέρισμα και περιμέναμε μήπως κάποιος φανεί και τελικά πήγαμε σε ξενοδοχείο. Οι οδηγίες στάλθηκαν πολύ αργά

• Anna (10/5): Skopje warte odwiedzenia! - Bardzo ładne mieszkanie wyposażone we wszystko czego potrzeba na kilka dni pobytu. Balkon na którym w słoneczny dzień można zjeść śniadanie czy wypić kawę jest dodatkowym atutem. Na przeciwko bloku jest market spożywczy czynny do 21.30, w niedziele nieczynny. W bliskiej odległości jest świetna restauracja Venice Fontana, polecam. Do centrum pół godziny na pieszo. Jedynym mankamentem jest trudne otwieranie skrzyneczki na klucze. Po ustawieniu kodu i przyciśnięciu przycisku nie chce się otworzyć, trzeba się na majstrować aby załapało.

Fica perto da estação de comboio eautocarros, a uma pequena caminhada de 15min. Ideal para quem chega mais tarde. A zona é tranquila. O Google maps está Fica a cerca de 25min do cetro, mas não tem problema, faz-se bem a pé.
• Maaike Cornelia (10/5): Fijn appartement waar je zelfs voor langere tijd zou kunnen verblijven - Een ruim appartement met alle benodigde voorzieningen. Zelfs een balkonnetje met zitje en ruim uitzicht. Het was tevens heel stil in het appartement. Heerlijk. Makkelijk toegankelijk en op loopafstand van zowel het centrum als het bus/treinstation. Ivan is een aardige, behulpzame host. De mogelijkheid van luchthaventransport vond ik erg fijn bij aankomst in de avond.

• Hümeyra (8/5): - Eve giriş yaparken anahtarı vs kendiniz alarak giriş yapıyorsunuz bu anlamda gerçekten iyi. Evin imkanları da bizi yeterince memnun etti. Onun dışında herşey düşünülmüştü ihtiyacınız olan herşeyi bulabilirsiniz. Herhangi bir sorun olduğunda ev sahibiyle iletişime geçmek kolaydı. Fiyat performans dengesi olarak memnun kaldık. Konum olarak merkeze uzaktı, yürüme mesafesi eski türk çarşısına neredeyse 30 dk sürüyor. Fakat eve girdiğimizde yerde saç kılları vardı ve nevresimler yeterince temiz görünmüyordu ve eskiydi. Fakat eğer aracınız yoksa ve gezmeye geldiyseniz konum olarak çok memnun etmeyebilir.

The place was perfectly situated—not right in the busy center, but not far either. You can reach the center via a pleasant walk, and there are markets right across and all around the property. Plus, the cleanliness was top-notch

• Krithika (7/5): Decent stay half an hour from the city Center - The host Ivan , is super nice. He is very responsive and makes you feel very comfortable. There is a market right in front of the apartment. The apartment is about 2.5 kms from the city centre. It is easy to get there on foot or by public transport. There is a lot of construction going on around making it dusty. I stayed in the apartment of 3 nights. It was a decent stay . There could be more cutlery. The booking rating said that the apartment was super clean And it was rates 9. Personally I don’t feel that it kept up the mark. There were stains on the couch and not as clean as it is portrayed. Nevertheless, still pretty good for a few days

• Claudia (10/5): Fantastic !! - I can honestly say that whenever we plan on visiting Skoplje, I will certainly book here, be it one night or more. Communication with the host was very easy. Clear instructions on entering the building, taking the keys, parking the car in the garage. Location is great. Apartment was spacious. I highly recommend this property. Balcony was lovely. Absolutely nothing to dislike.

The apartment is very nice, well equipped, separate bedroom, balcony access from both the living room and the bedroom. I recommend visiting the city center, 20-25 minutes walk (after eating at Bratski Merak Restaurant)

• Sonja (4/5): Not good for the price - Actually, we didn't like it much. First of, when we arrived, we received instructions for apartment #28 and our booking was for apartment #29. The apartment was extremely dirty - especially the floors. The balcony hasn't been cleaned in months, I think. We found a bunch of hair in the bedroom. We were very disappointed! The location is terribly noisy due to the traffic. Also, the sheets were missing as we booked for two adults and two kids (who sleep separately), but the sheets were provided only for three persons. The host was indeed very kind and brought the sheets within an hour. This is not exactly the place for four adults as you cannot sleep on the sofa (only a child can). The kitchen equipment is poor and also not very clean - cupboards had hand prints on their fronts, teaspoons missing, kitchen cloth. This sort of cleaning doesn't give you quite a nice feeling to spend a night.

• Benoit (10/5): Exceptional - I had a very good experience at Ivan's apartment, in a building that looks very recent and modern. It was comfortable and the private parking is just perfect. The location was very convenient, rather close to the city center, and for a good price. I could do everything by foot, just leaving the car in the parking below the building. Ivan has been very available and answered every question ver fast, and he also fixed any point I could raise. He really cares of his guests, wanting them to have a good stay, and it is really very appreciable.
