• Tanja (10/5): Traumhafte Unterkunft - Wir haben gerade zwei Wochen in Sansibar verbracht und eine Woche davon in der Villa Citrus. Wir waren schon von der ersten Unterkunft beeindruckt, aber Villa Citrus hat alles getoppt. Die Villa ist wirklich riesig und besser wie auf den Bildern. Es wurde noch ein zusätzlicher Anbau angebracht mit Sitzplätzen, außerdem gibt es neben dem Pool mittlerweile zwei Sonnenschirme mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Ausblick auf das Meer war einfach atemberaubend. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt in der Villa und alle Angestellten waren aunglaublich freundlich. Unser absolutes Highlight waren die Massai Wächter mit denen wir uns angefreundet haben und die unseren Urlaub so besonders gemacht haben!! Und wer sich über Stromausfälle beschwert, sollte besser nicht in ein afrikanisches Land reisen, das ist ein Problem vom Land und nicht der Unterkunft!! Ein herzliches Danke für die tolle Zeit die wir dort verbringen durften, wir hoffen dass wir eines Tages zurück kommen können!!! Dass wir nicht länger bleiben konnten

• Rachel (10/5): - This villa is beautiful. All of the bedrooms are spacious with ensuites and sea views. The decor is gorgeous and it is clean and well equipped. The outside area and pool are amazing. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. We had a small problem on arrival and the masai sorted it out immediately. Calister is a wonderful cheerful host. We had breakfast on our first morning which was a full on feast and great value for money! Jambiani is wonderful and the people are so friendly. We felt safe for our entire stay . Its rubbish about being harassed, the people are friendly and leave you alone if you just say "no thanks" with a smile. We did use a beach boy called John for a sail on a dhow and taxis, he was reliable, cheerful and considerably cheaper than some other sources! If you are considering booking don't hesitate. We wish we had stayed longer!! Nothing not to like! Go there, its fantastic! Thank you Calister and friends, much appreciated x
• Elisabeth (8/5): Agréable et à proximité des commerces - La vue sur mer, le confort des chambres. La surveillance par un vigile 24/24 de la villa. Le personnel est très disponible, serviable et réactif La proximité de la plage, des commerces et resto. La piscine qui reste fraîche, la plage trop directe sur la piscine ce qui fait que l'on est très souvent déranger par les vendeurs de plage. Les canapés du salon à ras le sol et pas de coin repas en extérieur.

• Goiatz (10/5): Zanzibar mola pero con una villa así se vuelve inolvidable - El alojamiento es impresionante y con todas las comodidades que puedas imaginar. Nos trajeron el desayuno unos chicos majisimos y tienes todo a mano para poder disfrutar de una estancia inolvidable. Sin duda repetiremos

• CHLOE (8/5): - Tres jolie maison avec un personnel absolument adorable. La plage en face est magnifique, nous avons eu peu de désagrément avec les marés (fin septembre) mais beaucoup de vents en soirée (plus que dans toutes les plages alentours). Beaucoup de coupure d’eau et d’electricité (plusieurs fois par jours) mais Callister est très réactive et efficace.
• Jessie (10/5): Great location on the beach - I like the fact that the Villa was on the beach facing the ocean. It had a lovely pool and a nice open lounge area. All the rooms had ensuites and ocean views. There were many restaurants around it too. Very charming!
• Katharina (7/5): Tolles Haus, toller Blick, netter Gastgeber!! - Wir haben die Villa 10 Tage gebucht, hatten einmal das Abendessen von dem privaten Koch gebucht, dieses war für den Preis allerdings nicht ganz so wie erhofft.. das Frühstück wurde von dem Hotel nebenan geholt und war viel zu viel.. aber in Ordnung. Das Haus ist schön, allerdings hat man wenig Privatsphäre, da der schmale Strand direkt vor der Haustür ist und man ständig angesprochen wird. Für uns war es leider nicht optimal, da wir gern vor Ort direkt kiten gegangen wären, das geht aber dort überhaupt nicht, oder nur bei Flut, da sehr viel Seegras angebaut wird und man aufpassen muss das man nicht in die Hölzer tritt. Die Massai die zur Sicherheit jederzeit vor Ort waren, waren sehr nett und wir waren froh darüber, da die ersten 4 Nächte das Schloss kaputt war und wir nicht absperren konnten. Callister und ihr Team sind mehr als freundlich und waren sehr bemüht!
• Mohamed (10/5): Absolutely loved it!!!! - Everything. The pool, the ocean right Infront of you. Every bedroom had en suite. Calister was an amazing host from before we checked in she checked up on us because we were running late and gave us directions to the villa. She gave us a welcome card water and fruits. Throughout our whole stay she was amazing and good to us. She provided us with a private chef that came to the house and cooked. Such fresh and amazing tasting food. This is the best villa we have ever stayed in. She even had couple board games we could play in the evening. We also felt very safe with our 24/7 masaii security on the grounds. All in all cannot put into words how me and my family loved this place. We will be back soon. Thanks for everything Calister. You made our stay that much better. Just that we couldn’t stay for more time.
• Laureen (9/5): Très belle villa, excellent service - Très belle décoration de la maison, équipements modernes. Notre contact était très disponible et très efficace. Possibilité de demander le petit déjeuner en supplément et d’organiser des excursions, ce qui est très pratique. Localisation sur la plage, la vue est donc magnifique mais ce n’est pas à l’abri des regards. Les environs de la maison qui sont un peu délabrés dès qu’on quitte la plage.

• Izalina (9/5): Het was geweldig! - Het huis is echt supermooi en ruim Pal aan het strand Iedereen was supervriendelijk Er werd elke dag schoongemaakt Dit is echt muggenziften maar we waren met acht dames en nergens was een staande spiegel te bekennen. Er zijn winkels op loopafstand maar geen plek waar je even lekker boodschappen kan doen voor een ontbijtje of hapje thuis. Paje is niet op loopafstand.

• Brigitte (7/5): Super amazing, an unforgettable stay! - The location is stunning, the ocean views were amazing! We loved the villa itself it is well done with lovely interior. The villa manager Calister is so friendly, easily reachable at any Time to solve any issues- she was super great. We loved the little gifts she gave the kids during checkout, so thoughtful and lovely- keep up the great spirit Calister. Not to forget the housekeepers who were so patient with us, thank you so much. I definitely recommend Villa Citrus for any stay. It gets quite hot in the rooms and lounge, the AC system needs an upgrade. The living room sofas also need a change? They are way too low and not too comfortable.

• Jonathan (10/5): Exceptional - We really enjoyed our stay here. The views from the property are wonderful - you get a beautiful sunrise and it was lovely sitting on the balcony watching it. The pool is great and we used it a lot because at low tide the sea is a long way out. The property is cleaned every day which we thought would be a luxury but it meant it didn’t get sandy. The Masai security were always on hand and we felt safe. There are other tourist properties around too and a few shops within a few minutes walk for basic stuff and souvenirs. Some very nice restaurants. Calister was really helpful throughout, including organising excursions so you know you are using someone you can trust.
• Ebru (8/5): Nice villa for short stay - We liked location, and we liked villa size. Iron machine and coffee machine could be better. And they didnt bring new towels everyday until we asked new towels. When we enjoy the pool, on beach most people coming to say hi to you. We didnt like it. There is no much privacy or space.

Calister is here to solve any problem at any Time of the day . All thé staff is very kind . Restaurants everywhere around on the beach and some can déliver you at home .
• Yves (10/5): FANTASTIC FANTASTIC FANTASTIC - we loved the lady attending to every one of our many needs....from excursions , to BBQ, and overall advise on the island Calister was on hand 24/7. many thanks to her. also, the villa is simply stunning. beautiful volumes, high ceilings in the Atrium, beautiful decoration (mix of old doors, wooden persian windows as deco on wall and smart red marble walls) you are on the Beach!!!! litterally....the ocean comes to lap at the base of the pool....quite an experience!!! welldone to you all!! the weather :-) as it did rain once over the week we stayed there. apart from it (and this has nothing to do with the property) all was perfect. many thanks for a great vacation.
