Guest Reviews
- Anonymous (8/5): Convenient central location in well equipped studio flat. - Fan was poor quality.
5th floor with no lift, when carrying items.
- Esther (1/5): No human being should sleep or stay in such an apartment. - The location of the accommodation was good other than that there was absolutely nothing else to like about the accommodation I was very disappointed to find out that the studio was completely uninhabitable. The unsatisfactory conditions, including ongoing renovation and even upon entering the apartment, the first thing I noticed was a bug-infested mattress, dirt on the stairs resulting from the renovation, and safety issues made it impossible for me to stay there. Additionally, the amenities inside the apartment were old and worn out; the hot pot and the microwave were rusted. The room was small, and the floor tiles were old and dirty, and the bed cover was torn. Further due diligence should be conducted by booking.com for their client's convenience.
- Clara (10/5): Perfect to enjoy your holidays in London. - The location of the accommodation is unbeatable.
- Sonal (8/5): Very good -
- Ryan (5/5): Passable - Tv not working on arrival. Cooker not working on arrival. Microwave not working.
- Domi (7/5): Good -
- Daniel (6/5): Close to tube station and all right price and okay place for a couple. But the plumbing and shower head holder needs upg - We got moved to Edgware Road. In a way it was good for close distance to tube station and there's heaps of lines. It's close to McDonald's, pharmacy and other awesome pretty cafes. The shower head holder is not screwed properly. Also to get the correct temperature of hot water requires a lot of finesse. The plumbing for the toilet and sink are also in need of fixing. Had to to flush multiple times and used the brush a few times to get the water flow again. Furthermore it's on the very top floor with no lift. So had to carry suitcases up and down 6 flights of stairs.
- Bart (5/5): Noisy. - We were relocated on arrival and did not enter the South Kensington Gardens on arrival (the key box was empty) which was disappointing. We discovered a last minute email to relocate us. The other flat was quite a walk away and located next to a red route, busy traffic and noisy from 3.30 onwards.
