tg putri syarizan (3/5): - the owner or agent should have told me earlier that the key is collected at the controller room..the staff there is not helping. keep asking me the room number..i booked thru booking. owner/agent did email me 'nak msk pukul brp ya?' not telling me directly to collect key at the controller room ,deposit and what so ever..modern life now, everything online..if u contact me earlier, ther wil be no hiccups or spoil..i was with my baby need quick check in during that time.. a hussle for me to contact the agent there and then..need to improve ur service please..
