• Adriana (2/5): Es war extrem Unsngenehm ich empfehle es keinem dort zu übernachten!! - Nur das Aussehen der Wohnung sieht gut aus MEHR NICHT! Ich habe noch nie eine derart schlechte und unangenehme Unterkunft erlebt!!!!! Bereits die hygienischen Zustände waren unzumutbar: Die Handtücher waren fleckig und haben unangenehm gerochen, die Gläser waren fleckig, die deckel von der Pfanne und den Töpfen waren ebenfalls fleckig. Ein besonders großes Problem war die massive Lärmbelästigung. Über mehrere Tage hinweg waren sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts sehr laute, intime Geräusche aus der Wohnung über mir zu hören. Am 06.04 wurde ich erneut tagsüber damit belästigt. Diese Situation war extrem unangenehm und absolut unzumutbar. Auffällig war zudem, dass der Gastgeber an dem Tag, an dem diese Geräusche besonders stark waren, selbst eine Frau zur Unterkunft gebracht hat. Genau aus der darüberliegenden Wohnung waren kurz darauf die entsprechenden Geräusche zu hören. Als diese Person am darauffolgenden Tag abreiste, wurden mehrere leere Alkoholflaschen entsorgt. Dies hinterlässt zumindest einen sehr fragwürdigen Eindruck. Die Unterkunft selbst wies erhebliche Mängel auf: Die Dusche lief nicht richtig ab, sodass man das Wasser alle 30 Sekunden abstellen musste und mehrere Minuten warten musste, bis es abläuft. Normales Duschen war nicht möglich. Gleichzeitig war es im Bad extrem kalt, sodass man währenddessen gefroren hat. Die Heizung im Bad funktionierte kaum und wurde nicht einmal richtig warm. Auch die allgemeine Temperatur in der Wohnung war problematisch. Trotz eingestellter 23 Grad fühlte es sich deutlich kälter an. Das Verhalten des Gastgebers war ebenfalls äußerst unangenehm: Nach meiner Anreise wurden mir plötzlich Regeln auferlegt, die vor der Buchung nicht angegeben waren. So wurde mir untersagt, tagsüber Besuch zu empfangen, obwohl dies vorher nicht kommuniziert wurde. Kurz zuvor hatte der Gastgeber mehrfach von außen in mein Fenster geschaut, was ein sehr unangenehmes Gefühl hinterlassen hat. Als ich auf die Lärmbelästigung hingewiesen habe, wurde dies nicht ernst genommen.

• Bagavičienė (9/5): - Patiko vieta, jaukiai įrengtas, erdvus, tvarkingas butas. Puiki kaina. Labai džiaugėmės spintomis, kad buvo kur susikrauti rūbus ilgesnėje kelionėje atsivežus. Taip pat labai pasiteisino skalbyklė-džiovyklė. Buvo popkornų, arbatos, cukraus, 2in1. Virtuvėje reikalingiausi indai. Šildymas reguliuojasi, iš pradžių manėm, kad pakaks 21-22, bet jaukiausia buvo kai valdiklis rodė 23.5. Nesijautėme patogiai, kai norėdami svetainėje pabūti dieną ir matyti saulę, pasidarydavome žaliuzes lygiai pakreiptas, tada visas kambarys kaip ant delno iš lauko. Lova begalo kieta, mačiau keletą atsiliepimų apie tai, tačiau pagalvojau gal nebus taip blogai...Tai buvo labai blogas poilsis ant tokio kietumo lovos, sūnus žymiai patogiau ant sofos miegojo. Bet gal kaip kam įprasta, tikrai čia tik asmeniniai potyriai. Vonios durys neužsidaro, tad buvo nepatogu su mažu vaiku, nes vis taikėsi užbėgti, užsidaro tik iš vidaus su užraktu. Labai pavojingas ledas aikštelėje kur statėme automobilį. Kadangi oras šiltėjo jis tirpo vis, dienomis ėjome melsdamiesi, kad nesusižeistume. Tačiau čia laikina smulkmena, orui atšilus jos nebeliks.

• Thomas (10/5): Sehr empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt in hochmodernem Apartment - Das Apartment ist hochmodern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Terrasse, die sehr einladend ist und von uns rege genutzt wurde. Die Lage war sehr ruhig und im Verbund mit den komfortablen Betten war es sehr erholsam. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in einer Entfernung von etwa 1,5 km gegeben. Es gibt keine wirklichen Kritikpunkte. Das Apartment ist nur etwa 2 km vom Zentrum entfernt, allerdings in ruhiger Lage auf den umgebenden Hügeln. Wir hatten mit unseren Fahrrädern keine Mobilitätsprobleme aber man sollte sich darüber im Klaren sein, dass in Kaunas, vor allem zur Hauptverkehrszeit, ein massiver Verkehr mit häufiger Staubildung existiert.

The space was nice – spotlessly clean, modern, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was fine for us. Special thanks to Host for their hospitality. Little touches like welcome snacks with bottle of water as well as quick responses made our trip extra comfortable. We’d gladly return and will recommend this place to our friends! Unfortunately guard and fire alarm sounded twice without any reason. Once it was at 23:00hrs and 2nd time it was sounded at 4 o'clock in the morning, when everybody was sleeping and it waken us up. Probably some sensor has bad connection or already failed and needs to check/change by specialist. Another thing - automatic lights in the bath room and corridor. That said, the automatic lights in the bathroom and corridor were a bit frustrating—they didn't turned off for a long time, which was inconvenient for us.

• Antonia (6/5): Nice but.. - I loved that it was a very modern and tidy apartment and we could cook, freeze the food and washing our clothes. The owner seemed helpful and ready to help. If you are by car it is very good as it is very far from everything and the busses runs not that often. Parking spot was in front of the main door. Despite it was very tidy, it was very dusty! Dust was on the table when we arrived and all over the apartment there were grey old "balls" of dust, there is no vacuum cleaner and the mop does not solve the issue at all. There is no Detergents to clean the floor or the toilet. The pans are very scratched and old so very dangerous for the health. The sun shutters are very thin, so you see the outside lights and the sun. In the very nice bathroom there is a curtain hanging on the shower that does not protect the floor from water, so it is a disaster, and we had to clean every time. Both sinks (kitchen and bathroom) were clogged.. Very disgusting. I would not recommend this apparent for families with kids as the couch is too hard for them and there are silence hours and with a small kid, unfortunately, you cannot avoid noises. All of these, as been written on the evaluation paper we received the first day of our stay.

• Sheila (8/5): Suitable for Brief Stays, Less Ideal for Extended Stay - We enjoyed our week-long stay at Botanical Garden Loft in Kaunas. The house layout is modern and well-maintained, and everything was spotless. Although it's not in the city centre, the peaceful location was perfect for relaxing and going on walks. We didn't use the park, but it looked great. Highly recommended for a tranquil getaway. One notable issue was with the electrical system. We found that using both the kettle and microwave simultaneously resulted in a power outage, necessitating a trip to the neighbouring garden to reset it, a minor inconvenience, but disruptive nonetheless. The comfort of the bed left something to be desired after a week, quite thin matrass. Furthermore, we were a bit disappointed with the late check-out process. Although we were initially informed of the option to extend our stay for an extra charge, the execution fell short. Despite our repeated attempts to confirm the arrangement, we were left waiting for a response. Ultimately, after multiple follow-ups, we were only able to secure an additional hour by directly contacting the provided phone number.

• Tadas (9/5): Easter holidays in Kaunas - The apartment is new, clean, spacious, has a terrace. The bed is wide and comfortable. There is no shortage of space in the wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of storage space. The washing machine with the drying function works perfectly. Free parking at the door, good Wi-Fi. The keys were easy to pick up and return. The host responds quickly to questions and requests. Two small things were a bit annoying. First, when taking a shower, it splashed a lot and the water can run out into the corridor. Some sort of elevation would be nice. Second, the automatically dimming light in the bathroom. After taking a longer time in the shower, it went off too quickly, because the shower curtains cover the motion sensor from the person.

WC door was not closing properly, there was no big pot, neighbors were load, WC ventilator was not working, no groceries near-by (closest 1,5 km), district is remote from city center, not nice place to walk around.

• Liva (7/5): If there were no noisy neighbors, then a good place for a reasonable price - Neighborhood was good and peaceful. Convenient location. Free parking is a big plus. An apartment of sufficient size for a family. The upstairs neighbors did not respect the night time, we stayed for two nights. On the first night they had a loud drinking till at least 2am, on the second night the drinking ended with a loud scandal and things being thrown from the balcony.
