En las habitaciones al no tener cortinas opacas a las 5 de la mañana entra la luz de lleno No hay un solo armario para poner la ropa. etc etc
• Tas (8/5): - A szállás tágas, igen jó beosztású, két toalet. Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, közel a tenger és az óváros, szinte mindenhova el lehet gyalog jutni. Tágas belső terek, a gyermekek tudtak kényelmesen játszani. Volt parkolási lehetőség közvetlenül a szállásnál. Jó a fűtés, kellemesen meleg van. Kényelmesek az ágyak. Nagyon jó a szállás hangulata. A tisztaság nem tökéletes, sok helyen beázás nyoma látszik. A wc és a kézmosó billegnek, egyes radiátorok csöpögnek. Hatan szálltunk meg, de csak 5 személyre volt ágynemű előkészítve, amit a szekrényben találtunk annak kétes a tisztasága, mert vasalatlanul csak be volt dobva. A konyha felszereltsége nagyon rossz, csak 3 lapos és 3 mély tányér van, 10 kávés vagy teás bögre, de csak 1 pohár. Van valamennyi edény, de nincs merítőkanál amivel ki lehetne szedni a levest. A fürdőkád az átlagosnál magasabban van. Nincs fogas a kabátoknak és nincs ruhásszekrény az ingek és öltönyök felakasztásához. Nincs hajszárító. Nincs tepsi amiben esetleg lehetne sütni valamit. Az ágyak mellett nincs mindenhol konektor, sőt az egész szállásban kicsit kevés a konektor.
• Noel (1/5): DO NOT BOOK THIs PLACE. It’s a scam. - The host did not get back to us so we couldn’t access the property. We only found out after arriving so had to book different accommodation. Looking at reviews this has happened before. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. It should be removed from booking.

• Veera (3/5): Had to book another place for the night - The host didn't give us instructions on how to get the keys to the apartment and wouldn't answer the phone or messages when we arrived. We waited for 1,5h and booked another place for the night. She gave us our money back when requested later so over all score 3/10.

• Angel 🇺🇦 (1/5): - Doar primele impresii, ca într-un muzeu, dar... Apartamentul era murdar, patul era vechi, era fum, fiind alergic îmi era foarte greu să respir, a trebuit să dorm toată noaptea cu ferestrele deschise și, cel mai rău lucru, am găsit o ploșniță în pat.

И беше идеално отоплена. Ако някой търси супер лукс не е това мястото, но ако търсите изживяване - няма да сбъркате. За втори път отсядам там и съм много доволна. - ГК

Totul vechi și neîntreținut, mobilă frumoasă dar neitretinuta, pereții murdari, bucătăria a fost groaznică , nu aveai hârtie de bucătărie, un burete de spălat vase care era vechi și impurități, veselă era murdară, nu aveai un cuptor cu microunde, aparat de cafea nu, la baie era totul ruginit etc

• Raluca (10/5): - The design is absolutely wonderful, keeping the authentic vintage looks. Veeery spacious, 2 toilet rooms, separate from the bathroom itself. Although it was a sunny warm day, the heaters were on, so it was cosy- warm inside. The host was welcoming and friendly. She made us a brief story of the building (that she owns entirely) with interesting information, plus, she painted all the pictures on the walls, which made everything even more authentic. There was no open shop at 22:30 in the neighbourhood. The TV doesn't belong there, could be easily replaced by a radio and some books 😀

Merită recunoscut curajul celor care redau viață unor astfel de comori.Iar pentru turismul modern,are toate facilitățile, acces imediat la restaurante, plajă, magazine și obiective turistice. Spațiul este mai mult decât generos dar nu se adresează celor care-și doresc un confort absolut. Eu nu am ce bifa la această rubrică.

• LudaSt (1/5): Треш Константа - Місто розташування топ 10. Нікому не раджу. Дійсно гарне місто розташування, але все інше просто жах. Від поселенням до виселення. При поселенні ми чекали щоб власник скинув нам пароль від ключів , який він так і не скинув . Ми його отримали завдяки жінки яка працює в цьому будинку. ми дізнались пароль, коли Ми заселились, холодильник не працює дверка відвалюється, всі туалети теж шатаються, скрізь безлад ,навіть ми хотіли відкрити вікно але завдяки тому що воно було погано під'єднано частина вікна звалилось на голову моїй дружині осколками стекла розбила їй голову.. Коли намагались щось приготувати витяжка над плитою просто звалилось. Це просто треш нікому не пораджу.

The smell in the house was hard to breathe

The toilets especially were a very poor standard - dirty, smelly, cramped and junked up either cleaning tools. The electrical sockets were exposed and unsafe. The carpets were in very poor condition. Most of the furniture was either broken or on poor condition. The windows were difficult to open and when opened exposed pigeon poo. The container on top of the fireplace in the lounge room had dirty and used cotton buds inside. The towels were smelly and very old. The spa was just a bath. No bath mat and no shower screen or curtain. There was no attachment to hold the hand held shower rose. Apartments like this one give booking.com an extremely bad name.

• Alexandru (9/5): Diamond in the rough - great bones and great location - The location was fantastic. The building itself is a gem and so is the apartment. It was spacious, had two water closets separate from the bathroom, and had a great vibe. While the place can use some restoration, the marble fireplace and the bedroom fireplace really added flair to the place. It was a great aesthetic experience and pet friendly too. Two things I can complain about. The first is that many of the updates or repairs that were done were shoddy. The WC furniture moved (yes, toilet and sink, and the toilet moved with me on it - it was clean though) and were generally the cheapest possible investment. Some of the power outlets were hanging a bit outside and were old. The second thing I can complain about is the lack of thought given to usability. For instance, there is no dresser where you can hang a suit and some shirts. You could have had some discreet wire furniture (so not a wardrobe) just so someone can hang their stuff. I came in December, I was obviously not going to go for a swim and business travel is a useful off-season source of income for the hospitality industry in places like Constanta. Thank God I had a 2nd bedroom with two beds so I could spread my shirts there and minimize wrinkles. No ironing board and iron either. These are little things, fixable with a 100 euro investment total. Also, you have a big TV in the living room but not actual sitting space to sit and watch. The nearest chair is on the other side of the room. This feels like bad planning. Just because you want to keep the original furniture doesn't mean that a cheap IKEA wardrobe and couch will ruin the vibe completely. Usability matters. Lastly, the wifi password is on the bottom of the router behind the TV in the corner of the room. They could have written it on a paper somewhere visible rather than having to sit on tip toe to grab it from behind the TV.

We were met late by the host and were made to wait outside in the heat after a long journey . The host was uninterested in giving us any restaurant tips. There weren't enough towels and we were accused of taking one of their basic towels instead .. The TV didn't work. No Internet password given to us. The hot water didn't work in the shower. With one of the large beds the springs could be felt making for an uncomfortable night. No complimentary coffee. Construction work going on from 8:00 am

• Miruna (10/5): A night at the museum! - Me and my friend loved the fact that this place is just like a museum, with old original furniture and also that it's so big. It has a wonderful vibe. The location is also excellent, right in the city center and close to the beach. If you enjoy old houses, museums and such, do not miss this place. I gave the highest score as an encouragement, this place surely deserves more attention. Indeed, the cleanliness is not perfect, some of the furniture is not in the best condition and yes there are pigeons at the windows, so of you're looking for top hotel standards, this is not for you. This is for you if you enjoy museums, art and old things in general.

Beautiful old furniture and whole place kept as is from 19th-early 20th century I suppose. Furniture and electricity need some repairs. Kitchenware and dishes were less than minimal, luckily we did not need them much.
• Ionb (2/5): Uncomfortable! - The location I didn't like a lot: I start with the building (it is in an advanced state of wear and tear), the reception, the cleanliness and the smell of status and old on the stairwell, the lack of an elevator, the entrance door to the apartment, the smell of status, old and pigeon droppings, the beds in the room, the bathroom, the kitchen. In a word, NOTHING inside. I could NOT recommend this apartment!
