- Arkadiusz (9/5): - Apartament przestronny - w sypialniach cicho (okna nie wychodzą na ulicę).
Wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne do spędzenia kilku dni w mieście.
Bardzo czysty i gustownie urządzony.
Blisko przystanek autobusowy (oraz Tesco) - parę kroków dalej tramwaj i pociąg.
Bezproblemowa komunikacja z lotniskiem.
Generalnie bardzo dobra lokalizacja - dzielnica spokojna.
Dobry kontakt z właścicielem - po godzinach pracy biura klucze można odebrać ze skrytki. Z poziomu ulicy do apartamentu trzeba wejść na piętro - dla nas nie było to problemem - ale może być dla ludzi starszych lub z małymi dziećmi - warto to ująć w opisie.
I druga uwaga (szczególnie dla tych którzy nie wstają o świcie) - w sypialniach są dosyć jasne zasłony - może warto by założyć rolety aby można było zaciemnić te dwa pomieszczenia.
Mimo tych dwóch uwag - apartament godny polecenia.
- Denis (9/5): Bel appartement bien placé - L'emplacement est intéressant car proche de moyens de communication (bus, tram vers l'aéroport). On est à 30 mn à pied du Château et d'Old Town, de New Town et du Water of Leith Walkway.
Le Wifi fonctionnait bien et la cuisine fonctionnelle. La taille des lits est petite. Il faut monter 2 escaliers raides pour accéder à l'appartement.
- Rathna (8/5): Room sizes, location and the facilities were over all very good. We enjoyed our stay for 3 days. - The apartment is in the first floor. One has to climb two stairs with roughly 20 steps. Old people or people carrying heavy baggages will find it difficult to get inside.

- Kelly (7/5): Good, basic, convenient place to stay for three adults. - Great location to the trams and busses at Haymarket, clean and lots of living space, good kitchen setup. This place is very convenient and I liked getting the keys from a lockbox and how responsive the property managers were with good instructions on how to get there and get into the apartment, etc. There is a Co-op grocery store not too far up Dalry road if you need to go get laundry detergent and food. The washer and dryer were great to have as well - but if you're not from the UK, you might have to do what we did and look up instructions on how to use them (the settings were a bit tricky if you've never used a washer like that before). There is no where to hang anything or put anything in the bathrooms - no shelves and no hooks. There was weirdly not enough toilet paper for each bathroom, but we figure that might have just been this one stay because everything else was well stocked. The mirror light in the bathroom was broken and the bedside table lamp bulb burned out, and it was quite dusty in the corners and the light fixtures in the kitchen/living room. Not too much to complain about though, it was a pretty decent space.

Cocina con todo lo necesario. Camas cómodas y baños completos. Cerca de paradas de guaguas,taxis y tranvías. LIDL y restaurantes a 2 minutos. Lo único, por favor, CAMBIAR LA CAMA SUPLETORIA. No se le puede llamar cama, es imposible que alguien pueda dormir ahí. Poner un sofá cama en el salón que es donde único cabría. El sofá que hay en el salón es muy incómodo hasta para sentarte. Poner un sofá cama cómodo y apartamento para 5. Nuestra hija durmió las 6 noches es el sofá del salón malamente. En la supletoria imposible.

There’s a café on the ground floor, and one night it smelled strongly of frying oil, so we couldn’t sleep with the window open

- Krzysztof (10/5): Polecamy. :) - Bardzo ładne mieszkanie, swobodnie zmieszczą się 4 dorosłe osoby. Super wygodne dwie łazienki do dyspozycji, oprócz tego dwie sypialnie, salon z wyposażoną kuchnią. Odległość przyjemnego spaceru do głównych atrakcji Edynburga. W pobliżu markety, sklepy z pieczywem, restauracje. Miejsce parkingowe blisko apartamentu. Nic nie przychodzi mi do głowy.

There was a problem with working the showers. Could not figure out how to get it to work properly, might want to have some instructions on how to use.

There are a decent amount of restaurants within walking distance Lack of shelf space in bathrooms and toaster doesn’t work on one side. Silly things really

Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would recommend this place! However, one small downside was that during our 4-day, 3-night stay, the provided tissues were not sufficient. It would be great if more could be supplied for longer stays.
- Tom (9/5): Superb - Brilliant location. Letting agent was very nice and good at his job Ok. Everyone probably says same thing but the price was a touch high for 5 lads sharing. 2 in a double bed. I know it was 6 nations weekend but it was a little high.

The kitchen saved us a tonne on food rather than eating out. There wasn't anything to dislike, and I've been racking my brain to come up with something.

- Teresa (9/5): A nice, affordable stay in a very clean apartment! - The apartment was very clean and we liked the fact that there were two bathrooms. The check in and check out experiences were very simple and easy. The location was a bit further out from the city center than we liked but we were still able to walk. There were plenty of nice pubs/restaurants around although getting breakfast was a bit of a challenge as nothing opened until 8:00 or 8:30 am and we needed to meet for our tour and catch the train earlier which gave no time for breakfast.

- Carolyn (8/5): Very good - Grocery stores nearby, and lots of restaurants. Appreciated the washer and dryer and dishwasher. Loved all the windows, even though it's a noisy street, the light coming in is fabulous. Close to public transportation.
- Pk (8/5): Lovely location, but could be improved; not really suitable for us - the stairs, no dark-out blinds, - Loved the location. Check-in was easy and friendly, location just around from the Haymarket train station and on good bus routes - very accessible for travelling to the city centre. We liked the wifi, TV, kitchen (well - equipped for 4/5 people), one bedroom ensuite - good other full bathroom. Two good sized bedrooms, and with bedrooms at the back you don't hear the sound of the street. All windows could open so it let in air-flow on the hot day that we were there. Very surprised there were no coffee/tea/milk sachets provided, which is standard in the UK - like everywhere we have stayed had coffee / tea on offer in accommodation. The bedrooms do not have black out blinds and they let in light, and in the summer months in Edinburgh it can be bright all night - so that was not good - it was bright at 3 am in the bedroom! I don't recall reading that there are two long flights of stairs to access the apartment - which you enter from a door directly on the street - so make sure you lock your door at night because it opens right on the street. Did not like the two flights of stairs - my husband has problems with his knees and this was not good for carrying up the suitcases. Also when we checked out we could not leave our suitcases at the office because it did not open till 10 am and we had meetings from 9 am. So we had to take our suitcases (down those stairs!) and with us to the meetings in the town, then back out again to Haymarket train station - so no where to leave your cases. Also my husband forgot his metal water flask there and we phoned right away to ask if it was found - but nothing was returned to the office; they said it was likely thrown in the bin - although it is a fairly large metallic water / tea flask that is prominent enough. Wish they had returned that to the office as lost property.

- Judy (10/5): Definitely recommend great location and very nice accommodations. - Great accommodations, apartment was beautifully decorated and equipped with all essentials. The beds were comfortable and very clean. Location was off the beaten path yet very close to everything we wanted to see. Check in was a breeze and host was excellent. If stairs are an issue might want to reconsider there are stairs at front door to get to apartment, no issue for us.

Instead the host is expecting employees to use their own personal cards on arrival. Very easy to get to the apartment on the tram from the airport and again very easy to get into the centre either by foot or tram.
The apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The smell that came into the apartment from the nail bar below.

- Guldana (10/5): In general, my friends and I were very pleased with this accommodation option! 5 stars! - Very convenient location. Next to the train station and tram stop. Edinburgh Castle and the Princess Garden can be reached on foot and you can walk further to the Royal Mile. The apartment itself is very clean and cosy, especially the kitchen, with all the amenities of high quality. Of the cons, probably only the lack of slippers, as the floors are cold. And more bathing accessories could be provided. And there was no hair dryer, which was a bit tricky in the winter. But these are the little things that didn’t spoil our impression.

Found it difficult to control the room temperature as the thermostat numbers faded or not visible.
Problem with the main door. It’s very old and difficult to lock. Don’t recommend for families.
Office close by 5pm so if you arrive late then it will be bit difficult to get through even though they provide instructions.
Also they need to provide couple of photos of the apartment from outside.
Sometimes they respond very quickly sometimes not.
- Bridgette (6/5): Great location. Close to shops for takeaway and supermarkets. - The location was great and central to the Royal Mile, Princess Street etc. The beds were not comfortable as the mattresses were well worn and need to be replaced.
Door locking (entrance) wasn’t straight forward. Place needs a good spring clean. Shower in ensuite room was very small.
International visitors need to know there are steep stairs to access property as it is very difficult with cases.
