• Hao (3/5): So với giá thì tốt hơn hết nên chọn chổ khác, giữa đêm nhà bị cúp nước nhưng đv quản lý không giải quyết, phải tự đi làm - Vị trí tiện Phòng/căn hộ quá nhỏ, phòng không có tủ, máy đun nước bẩn, nhà vệ sinh nhỏ, nệm mềm lún

• Chau (2/5): We won’t recommend or come back. - Location was convenient. Building was easy to access to. Good amenities are nearby and within walking distance. No clear stated rules and prices posted. Kitchenware was limited. Staff was rude and had no customer service skills when interacting with guests. When learning that guest washed one of the towels using their washing machine and using the other towel to dry the floor, she raised her voice, rude and demanded compensation which guest had no problem with. On check out date, she brought back the same towel and threw on the floor asking for money after guest already received confirmation from the owner that no compensation was needed. This raised questions whether the employee intended confrontation with guest or no consistency in communication between the owner and employee. At the end, the owner did apologize and showed effort in solving the issue. However, the employee’s behavior really left a bad taste in our mouth.
• Phan (6/5): Decent Stay. - The view was great and while staff were initially had to reach, they were accommodating. Upon arrival, we were unable to get in contact with the staff to check-in. Overall the place was not as clean as photos had portrayed. The bathrooms were both very wet and there were too many ants. Hopefully these things can be improved upon.
