• Life (1/5): Definitely not recommended..very dirty and extremely old place..it doesn’t not worth a single penny.. - One word, NOTHING Nothing..very dirty ..every where messed up..picture is totally fake not showing reality..very bad and unsafe neighborhood..owner is telling a lie..I will close my booking app, will use Airbnb..booking.com also failed to manage this process..

• Luis (1/5): Horrible - All is bad. I didn't stay in that house because of its poor conditions and how filthy it was. The owner is rude and arrogant. Never in your life should you stay there. I'm leaving you the photos so you can see the reality of what the house is like. The pool is green with mold, it's impossible to stay there. See it for yourself. I had to rent another property due to the unacceptable conditions of the first one, and now Mami Stays Vacations is refusing to refund my money, despite their responsibility for the situation.
• Shantea (7/5): It’s was ok we made do with where we were. But we left 7 hours before check out so go figure. - The inside was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. And the house had everything u need. The pool need to be cleaner and repainted. And the patio furniture need new pillows. Couldn’t sit out there because they were dirty and wet. The neighborhood was quiet but not very clean. And for my first time booking to visit Miami I was kinda disappointed for the money I spent. Have ik I would’ve booked the Downtown area preferably Ocean Drive Area.

• Mamiko (7/5): Nice for group trip - Lots of beds, being spacious, quiet neighborhood The neighborhood may not be a very safe area, beds and sofa were a bit smelly

• Xavier (3/5): Poor - I didn’t like the air went out. And the owner will continue stopping by while you’re in the reservation. The Internet bill wasn’t paid so the Internet the first night said prepaid not activated. The sink in the back room was makeshift. The beds were horrible. The back room tv wouldn’t connect to watch. The house got hot in the front room after being there a day. The host was very nice and responded quickly personally I wouldn’t stay here again but maybe by the time another guest comes he’s resolved these things.

• Thompson (8/5): It’s was okay… - The location, very spacious and clean. Limited access to WiFi and Televisions. WiFi went out and was unable to watch TV. Some of the remotes didn’t have batteries.

• Valdez (9/5): Great for big groups or families - Plenty of space and beds. Beautiful and spacious backyard Not enough blankets, sheets and pillows for the air mattresses included.
• Princess (4/5): It's an ok place but the mice and smell made my stay uncomfortable. Not satisfied. - The location was perfect. The sizing of the house is perfect as well. So you have to pay a $250 cleaning fee but the house could have been cleaned a lot better before my arrival. The master bedroom air conditioning has a stinky smell. So it was uncomfortable sleeping in there it smelt super weird. The place has mice. I was petrified my entire stay. I am horrified by those things. If I would've known this place had mice I wouldn't have booked here.
