• Fergus (1/5): - Absolutely nothing The fact that I paid for a room and was told it was overbooked without any reimbursement. Basically I was robbed and booking did nothing despite my numerous messages to customer service. This place is a scam and should be investigated by the authorities

• Jasmine (10/5): Beautiful, comfortable and clean accommodation. - Spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed and great facilities in the room. Lovely leafy area in Clapham/near Brixton. Shared bathroom, but that's the norm in London for this type of accommodation at this price point. The check in instructions were a little confusing. I was in room 3 but the lockboxes outside a different apartment (also run by this company) have numbers 1,2, 3 and I was very confused trying to get in as those weren't the correct boxes. There are lots of other doors with lock boxes. I think the apartments could have different names outside their main front doors to make it easier.
• Robin (9/5): Very happy overall, would 100% recommend to anybody. - Very clean, great facilities. Easy access. Not a lot I didn’t like, and there’s nothing much you can do about the walk distance to the underground.
• Cheryl (9/5): Charlotte Double Room made my stay a great one! - The room was lovely, clean and warm and the bed was super comfortable, there was also an air conditioner appliance in the room of it got too hot. The price of the accommodation was excellent value for money, and the communication from the owner was brilliant, everything was explained to me very well, and all my queries were answered within a day or sooner, which was very helpful. I would definitely book this accommodation again if staying in London. It didn't have an ensuite, which is my preference, instead there was a communal bathroom with a bath and shower but I realised this before booking and didn't have a problem using the facilities when I was there, bathroom was clean, and shower worked well.

• Christian (8/5): Pleasant stay in Charlotte Room - The room was very nice and newly furnished. Super clean! WiFi connection didn’t work properly. Bed not so comfortable.
• Edward (7/5): Served its purpose for a short visit for a festival 🥳 - Facilities were spotless on arrival and cleaned regularly during my stay. It was just about within walking distance of Brockwell Park / Brixton (20-25 mins). The host was very helpful and friendly over message and responded quickly to my queries. The room was very hot at night and although there was an air conditioning unit in the room, it was very loud and I didn't feel like I could keep it on all night in case that disturbed other guests. You are also sharing a bathroom with people in the other 2 rooms in the flat. This meant there was sometimes a queue (not the end of the world) and on one occasion, the remains of someone's vomit. This is obviously not the host's fault, but it may be worth bearing in mind that people may be booking this place as a reasonably priced option for festivals / nights out. You could also hear a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms/flats/the road and the open door leading up to the flat from the car park gave me some security concerns.

• Jessica (8/5): Great stay with a welcoming and friendly host. - Bright and clean room. Great in room facilities - fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave, air con unit. Great location too, bus stop outside and stations not too far away. Also close to parks. Check in was really easy and host provided helpful instructions and was quick to reply to messages. Also very friendly and welcoming. I didn’t realise it was a shared accommodation, I had my own room but the rest of the apartment was shared. Not something I normally go for, but it was fine in the end. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as my room, but again it was fine.

• Wahida (9/5): perfect for one night stay. and the cats! - it was perfect for one with good amenities and privacy. plus the owners had two cats who were so cute! location was a bit far from station but no problem for me. really comfortable bed and clean facilities. the owners were lovely and had great communication. nothing not to like as I only stayed one night so it’s served it’s purpose to me. if I had stayed longer maybe the shared access to the kitchen might have bothered me.
