Очень внимательные и заботливые хозяева. У нас был поздний заезд- уточнили, во сколько будем, дождались, встретили. Прекрасное отношение к гостям. Номер чистый и аккуратный, есть все необходимое. Завтрак, такой же как и во всех небольших гостиницах: чай/кофе, блинчики, яйцо/омлет, сладости. Хорошее соотношение цена-качество. Рекомендую!

And the room was actually good to be fair (my only issues were a foul smell from the bathroom but I saw no mold; also the bed sheet was too small and did not cover the whole matress so it felt a bit unclean). 1) The host left me stranded and after a 6 hour journey from Dushanbe with no toilet I had to wait for 15-20 minutes for the host to arrive home. What really gets me is that I communicated so well. I sent a message 2 hours before giving a time estimate of my arrival. Then one hour before I arrived I sent a new message saying I would be there in approx 1 hour. The host apologized and took $2 off the price but it didn't help with my first impression. 2) The breakfast was the worst I had in my whole trip around the 5 Stans. I finished my breakfast in 1 minute because it was so tiny. My sister's 4 year old eat more for breakfast. Needless to say, I went out to buy breakfast. If you stay here, save yourself from the breakfast and just go to a cafe and eat...
• Boris (1/5): - Wir reisen seit etwa 40 Jahren um die Welt, und dies ist das erste Mal, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt vorzeitig abbrechen mussten. Kurz gesagt: ein unhöflicher, unfreundlicher Gastgeber, ein feuchtes Zimmer, ein schlechtes Frühstück! Der Gastgeber zeigte vom Moment unserer Ankunft an keinerlei Anzeichen von Gastfreundschaft. Das Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer rochen muffig. Wir baten ihn, die Heizung einzuschalten. Er weigerte sich und sagte uns, wenn wir mit seinem Service nicht zufrieden seien, sollten wir eine Übernachtung bezahlen und das Haus verlassen. Außerdem war das Frühstück für zwei Personen einfach miserabel (siehe Foto, unser Honig ist rot markiert): zwei Eier, zwei Mini-Waffeln, drei dünne Birnenscheiben, zwei kleine Scheiben altbackenes Brot, ein Keks in zwei Hälfte geschnitten, ein Löffel Instantkaffee, zwei Löffel Trockenobs Das war mit Abstand die schlimmste Erfahrung, die wir je in einer Pension gemacht haben. Wir können diese Pension niemandem empfehlen.

Есть индивидуальные завтраки, которые готовят под ваш режим. Если заселяться в нижние этажи, то можно слышать шаги соседей сверху. Но так как я не находился там постоянно, то для меня это не было существенной проблемой.

• Kazbek Tukubayev (10/5): - Путешествовал с Душанбе до Бухары, но из за позднего прибытия в Самарканд решил остановится, нашел данный гостевой дом и очень доволен проживанием, отличное расположение, прям за Регистаном, в пешей доступности от достопримечательностей! Хозяева встретили очень тепло, за что им очень благодарен, такого внимания нигде не видел, утром накормили вкусным завтраком, после чего я отправился в путь дальше! Хороший гостевой дом, соотношение цена/качество супер! Буду советовать друзьям и знакомым кто соберется в Самарканд! Рахмат🙌
• Utkirbek (8/5): - Локация классная, Жасур очень вежлив и это очень приятно. В комнатах тепло, чисто. Кровать хорошая, подушка неудобная, ну это больше каприз наверное. По поводу завтрака можно было бы немного разнообразить. Скудновато если честно. Но если судить по стоимости то наверное сойдет.

Pedimos un manta y todavía estamos esperando. Desayuno escaso, dos trozos de pan del día anterior, huevo. Ni mermelada, ni galletas, nada de nada. Tanto cuesta con poner pan del día que cuesta 5000 soms? El chico o dueño que nos atendió, apareció un día borracho por la mañana, algo de vergüenza. Mesas para desayunar pequeñas y compartiendo con otros huéspedes.

Colazione discreta ma non abbondante, poca flessibilità oraria.

• Maksim (10/5): Ощутить себя в восточной сказке, на старинных улочках - бесценно - Отличное и очень душевно и аутентичное место, расположенное в самом центре Самарканда. Буквально в двух шагах от площади Регистон и всех достопримечательностей. Очень внимательные и добрые хозяева, а уж завтрак можно сказать домашний. Несомненные плюс - собственный и закрытый внутренний дворик, где можно посидеть и отдохнуть после прогулок. Надо понимать, что это старинное здание и не отель 5 звезд. Но чистота и порядок на высоком уровне. Нам очень все понравилось!

• Maisie (3/5): The Twilight Zone - The room itself is fairly priced and the location is a walkable distance from the Registan, bazaar etc… however our stay was otherwise bizarre and uncomfortable. Although not the host’s doing, we were loudly awoken to aggressive banging on the door and someone trying to force our door open for two minutes straight at 06:00 one morning. Someone must have thought our room was a lobby but considering the curtains were drawn, the fact it was early hours and check in isn’t until 12:00, the anti social behaviour is inexcusable and left us shaken up. We thought we were being broken into. Besides this uncomfortable encounter, the hosts are generally hostile and rude. Although it’s possible for manners to be lost in translation, attitude is universal. Despite the host not clarifying when we should pay - at check in we said we could whenever, but need to get cash out - he knocked on our door two days before check out essentially demanding we pay right away. After politely replying that we would get cash out when we went out later, the host launched into a patronising speech along the lines of “This is different to Europe you can’t just pay whenever” as if we had tried to swindle him or something. When we said we had no issue with this, he continued and grew confrontational in tone. Even stranger was the fact that the guest who had been banging on our door that morning was stood beside the host for the duration of this exchange - like a weird side kick. Zero hospitality. Zero professionalism. He even tried to up the price upon us paying, despite our previous verbal agreement. His manner was slurred, accusatory and created a horrible atmosphere for the rest of our stay. Furthermore, laundry costs $5. We’re tourists, not idiots.

Отсутствует 1) Холодильник, даже общий на всех проживающих. 2) Нет воды ни в бутылках, ни в кулере 3) Дверь в санузел абсолютно прозрачная, т.е видно человека внутри. Свет из ванной мешает спать людям в комнате 4) очень скудный завтрак: вареное яйцо, поджаренный кусочек хлеба, арбуз, вафелька маленькая. Завтрак с9 до 10, что очень поздно, время изменения завтрака не обсуждается хозяевами.

• Dallas (8/5): Good value and easy to get everywhere. - The location was superb, easy walk to just about everything. Quiet street. You get what you pay for and this was basic but really good value. Really clean and the owner let us in At close to 1am and also let us store our bags after we’d checked out. Homemade pancakes at breakfast was yummy. Nice spacious patio.

Un jour il y a pleins de choses bonnes à manger, le lendemain on a trois œufs durs chacun et un demi mini de pastèque. Le petit déjeuner est quand même essentiellement composé d'œufs durs et de biscuits apéritifs. Si on souhaite quelque chose d’additionnel on se fait fusiller du regard et fâcher en russe. De manière générale la grand mère présente fusille du regard et dispute en russe. On a un peu l’impression de devoir être la sur la pointe des pieds. Mais c’est plus drôle qu’autre chose au final car le lieu est vraiment très agréable. La plupart des lits dans le pays sont très durs donc c’est très appréciable de bien dormir. Et puis l’emplacement est vraiment top.

The grandma who serves the BF is really stingy, we asked for an extra piece of watermelon and she asked us for 2$ - seriously ? All that they serve is 2 boiled eggs, 4 pieces of dried and old bread ( no butter or jam), 4 pieces of watermelon 🍉 and some peanuts 🥜— this is for 2 people. So do not expect your tummy to be full

Je n’ai pas aimé que l’employé me dise qu’il n’y avait pas de Yandex disponible la nuit pour essayer de me vendre un transport cinq fois plus cher que ce que Yandex demande. Cette information était fausse. Depuis une petit-déjeuner est très ordinaire. Il s’agissait d’un œuf dur, d’un bout de pain et de melon.

С самого начала меня поразила теплая атмосфера и дружелюбие хозяев. Они были очень отзывчивыми и готовы помочь с любыми вопросами, связанными с моим пребыванием в городе. Гостевой дом расположен в тихом районе, что обеспечивало спокойствие и комфорт. Номера были чистыми, уютными и хорошо оборудованными. Я особенно ценил наличие бесплатного Wi-Fi и кондиционера, что сделало мое пребывание еще более комфортным. Завтрак был разнообразным и вкусным, с традиционными блюдами, что позволило мне лучше узнать местную кухню. Расположение гостевого дома также оказалось очень удобным — в шаговой доступности от главных достопримечательностей Самарканда. Это позволило мне легко исследовать город и насладиться его красотой. В целом, я осталась очень довольна своим пребыванием в Lstirohat Guest House и с радостью рекомендую его всем, кто планирует посетить Самарканд. Это отличное место для отдыха с замечательным обслуживанием и уютной атмосферой! Все хорошо

Öğle saatinde uyumak zor çünkü avludaki tüm ses sizin odanızda. Özbekistan genelinde yataklar sert evet ama buradaki yatak buharada kaldığım yine fiyat performans olan otele göre daha sertti. Duş jeli ve kullan-at oda terliği bulunmamaktadır.

• Anastasia (10/5): Отличный гостевой дом! - Удобное расположение, всего пару минут пешком до Регистана. Территория гостевого дома уютная, ухоженная. Очень понравился завтрак на свежем воздухе, рядом с цветами и в тени черешни. Ребенок был в восторге от попугайчиков, которые здесь живут. Гостевой дом расположен в стороне от городского шума, здесь приветствуется спокойный отдых, а ведь это так важно, когда едешь в отпуск с малышом. Хозяева приветливые и гостеприимные, организовали нам две экскурсии: в Шахрисабз и по самому Самарканду. Подсказали где вкусно поесть местную кухню, куда сходить погулять и где приобрести сувениры. Благодаря им наше короткое пребывание в этом прекрасном городе было очень приятным и интересным. С удовольствием будем рекомендовать этот гостевой дом своим знакомым и сами надеемся однажды вернуться ☺️
