• Vesna (8/5): Ako ponovo budem dolazila u Rim, izabraću isti smeštaj, ako bude slobodan. - Lokacija, okruženje, blizina javngo prevoza, komunikacija za domaćinom, jako slatka zgrada i dvorište. Nije bučno, iako su velike saobraćajnice u blizini. Internet je jako dobar. Ima dovoljno ormara za smeštaj garderobe. Zapravo je sve ispunilo očekivanja. Nema ništa što bih mogla navesti kao veliki nedostatak.

• Kachmar (1/5): Complaint, I demand a refund. - In fact, there was no declared house at this address. The embassy was located there. The owner did not respond to the message for a long time. Then, he wrote that you need to register at a different address. This is in Rome, when it is 30 degrees, with 2 children, to drive to addresses that do not exist?
• Anna (3/5): slabo - lokalizaja korzystna, blisko watykan i stadion. przed przyjazdem zero kontaktu z wlascielem. pol godziny przed przykazdem zostal mi wyslany inny adres aby odebrac klucze. obsluga nie mowi po angielsku. nie ma zadnej komunikacji. wlasciel odpowiada na wiadomosci z duzym opuznieniem, nie odbiera tel. nie dziala toster, nie dziala ekspres do kawy a w kuchni tylko mrowki, naczynia brudne, nie bylo cieplej wody w dniu przykazdu, na drugi dzien wysiadl prad. personel jest kompletnie bezradny.

• Kornél (8/5): Very good - Good location. There is a convenient store nearby and a fantastic pizzeria. There is everything in accommodations. The shower is small, as for me it wasn't a problem, but it can be challenging for over average people. I was confused about the size of the apartment, but it has only three rooms: kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.
• Chanaka (4/5): DO NOT GO TO THIS PROPERTY. IT IS IN ANOTHER LOCATION AND NOT AT THE GIVEN ADDRESS ON BOOKING.COM - BASICALLY NOTHING.... Contacting the host of the apartment was a real nightmare ! When I reserved this apartment, the address of the property on the booking.com was "101, via Trionfale, 136 Italy. I got ourselves dropped at this address by a taxi on our arrival in Rome. But there, we found an African consulate office and not this apartment.....CAN YOU BELEIVE how irresponsibly booking.com works ! I then immediately called booking.com customer services (a number in Netherlands) I was kept on hold for 21 minutes and finally a lady answered the phone. When I explained the situation, she promised me to call me back, Then I asked how long will it take as we were just waiting out side the consulate office with 2 kids..... She shamelessly replied "within 48 hours sir" then I cut off the line as I did not want to continue this conversation with them any longer. I went there on the 15th April, today is the 24th April and still I have been waiting for the call from booking.com customer care with the correct address...... Anyway after I understood that contacting booking.com is useless, I called the number which was given on the property. It went to Malta and person who answered the phone gave me another Italian number. I called that number too and informed the guy that we are at No 101, Via Trionfale, but it's not your apartment ! Then he replied that address mentioned in the booking.com is wrong and please go to N0 33, Borgo San Lazzaro. then only we found the place. Luckily it was around 1PM. If it was in the night and in case if I did not have international roaming....... UP TO YOU TO DECIDE MY DEAR FRIENDS ...... Both communication with Booking.com and host of the apartment
