Guest Reviews
- Ma. (7/5): Good -
- Guiller-kristoffer (8/5): It was convenient and good value for money, but the facilities can be upgraded - Very good location Old common facilities, the elevator malfunctioned during our stay
- Rainer (2/5): Run down hotel in need for repairs and renovation - Great location, spacious room, comfortable bed. 1) Elevator buttons did not work, had to call the reception every time to send the elevator to the floor
2) Water leakage in the bathroom, the floor never got dry, water even under the tiles.
3) No warm water for shower.
It seems that this hotel may be closing soon, possibly for renovation. In the entire hotel, there were less than 20 guests.
- Cristian (7/5): The price paid is not so aligned with the expectations - Ninety style but clean. Unfortunately the area is really dirty and noisy. The elevator had some problem, you had to call the reception to have it at the floor.
- Veronika (10/5): Exceptional -
- Charles (7/5): Good -
- Laraine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marco (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gregor (10/5): Exceptional - great hotel
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - affordable hotel
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - big rooms nice staff
- Raffaele (5/5): Very bad experience - Location A bug in my room they offered a renovated room on the 30th floor but no hot water in the bathroom (I don't know how they can sell it).
Very old rooms the other non renovated. There is no plug near the bed for charging phone. Not even in the renovated rooms.
At the check out if you leave early (7am) You have to wait when they have time to send someone to check the room while your car outside waiting to go airport. This is not a service
- Luisa (7/5): Good - The location The breakfast
It was an a lacart
I thought it was buffet dining
- Purpose (10/5): Exceptional -
- Keats (1/5): Make sure elevator is working before booking - The staff were friendly Elevator broken and was never informed before arriving. Staff apologized, but in the end, had to take stairs to the 17th floor or try to find a new hotel at around 430 in the morning. Because of the broken Elevator, we could not get luggage to room.
Alive and dead bugs under bed. Hotel was very dated.
- Angelo (7/5): Good -
- Fred (4/5): Disappointing -
- Vivian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hiroki (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mohammad (10/5): Great Value and Excellent Location - We were surprised by how spacious our room was—definitely more than we expected for the price! The furnishings were a bit dated, but everything was clean and functional. The front desk and housekeeping teams were top-notch, always greeting us with a smile. Location was excellent too—close to restaurants, shops, and public transport.
- Marcial (10/5): A Hidden Gem in the City - Infinity Tower Suites may not look modern from the outside, but it has everything a traveler needs. Our suite was huge compared to typical hotel rooms and had plenty of natural light. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful, giving us great local tips. We felt like we had our own little apartment in the heart of the city. Ciao
- Araga (10/5): Ideal for Extended Stays - We stayed at Infinity Tower for one night initially then extended for two weeks and were very impressed. The rooms are much larger than what you'd get at a modern hotel, and while some of the décor is older, everything worked well and was spotlessly clean. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the staff were always polite and responsive. It felt like a second home.
- Hamzah (10/5): Cozy, Comfortable, and Friendly - Infinity Tower Suites was the perfect home base for our Manila adventure. The suite had a lived-in charm and gave us plenty of space to relax after sightseeing. What really stood out was the service—every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! elevator
- Li-elle (10/5): Spacious Rooms and Great Hospitality - This isn’t your typical hotel.it’s more like staying in a serviced apartment. Our unit had a separate dining area, full fridge, and even a small kitchen, which made it feel very homey. The staff were the highlight: always ready to help, whether it was arranging transport or providing extra towels. A peaceful and pleasant stay overall.
- Laraine (10/5): Classic Charm with Modern Convenience - Infinity Tower Suites has that classic, slightly retro charm, but it's very well-kept and offers all the essentials. The suite was bigger than our apartment back home! Beds were comfy, the aircon worked perfectly, and housekeeping was efficient. Really appreciated the 24/7 front desk service too.
- James (10/5): Perfect for Families and Longer Stays! - We stayed at Infinity Tower Suites for a week and absolutely loved the space. The room was more like a small apartment—huge living area, separate bedroom, and even a kitchenette. It’s not a brand-new hotel, but it’s very clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly accommodating and made our stay extra comfortable. Highly recommended for families!
- Radu (10/5): Old School but Reliable and Spacious - If you're not hung up on ultra-modern design and just want a clean, spacious place with great service, Infinity Tower is perfect. Our suite had all the basics and plenty of room to spread out. We were especially impressed with how attentive the staff were—helped us with luggage, directions, and even nearby restaurant bookings.
- Easan (10/5): Exceptional - This was our third stay at Infinity Tower Suites, and they never disappoint. The rooms are consistently spacious and well-cleaned, and the front desk always remembers us. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s full of character and comfort. Highly recommend for travelers who appreciate space and service.
- Rendereza (7/5): Good -
- Mauro (8/5): Very good - There is only one elevator for 30 levels. You have to call the reception before leaving the room to get it, which is quite annoying.
- Vicente (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shotaro (10/5): Exceptional -
- Donald (8/5): All Good - Room, Breakfast and Location: Fix the elevator!!!
- Jérémie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hanne (10/5): Exceptional - Staff are helpful elevator issue
- Müller (10/5): Exceptional - Great hotel with large room
- Angelo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Piotr (10/5): Exceptional - the hotel is not perfect but it is super great still for the price you pay, it is worth it
- Tomas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Janice (10/5): Exceptional - I am very happy to stayed here at this hotel.
- Ruth (8/5): Perfect for those looking to be central in Makati, with a neighborhood feel - Stayed 2nights, booked a 3BR suite for a family of 6 adults + a baby & we were very comfortable. The unit was big, and we did not feel cramped in any way at all. There were 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms, and a sizable kitchen - we only used the microwave, but there was a complete set of cooking implements.
Also, location is a major plus as you’re within walking distance of the park, good restaurant options, a drug store, a convenience store, and a supermarket. The aircon unit in the Master’s BR was malfunctioning, but we refused to transfer as we had already settled in. We keep the door open instead and relied on the common area aircon units to keep the room cool enough.
1 of 2 elevators was broken / under maintenance, so you had to call each time for an assist to go up / down. The staff is nice & accommodating though.
Not a deal breaker, but it can be difficult having the main entrance security guard physically block the door with his body when questioning what room you’re booked in, much less being questioned on the number of people you have in your room.
- Larrazabal (1/5): Such a horrible experience in an otherwishe wonderful location in the city. - Infinity Tower Suites' saving grace is its location; otherwise, it was an awful experience. Elevators were barely working the entire 5 nights/6 days we were there. On our 4th or 5th day, my sister and my kids had to walk down from the 30th floor because their key card did not work and they had no way to contact front desk to send up the elevator.
Our first room had its airconditioning on full blast, the thermostat was not working at all. We had to call the front desk for assistance twice as the mechanic/maintenance staff they promised did not show up for another 45 minutes- we were freezing. The mechanic finally came and nonchalantly said (in Tagalog) that we were lucky because other rooms were very hot, that at least we got the cold one. Our toilet got stuck on the second day, and they could not fix it, so they provided a new room for us- similar to our first one but this time their AC would push out HOT air in the middle of the night. Their toilet again flushed very poorly. :(
- Jodel (9/5): Almost perfect stay, if not only for the elevator - The room was very spacious. It had all the amenities that we needed plus more. Everyone of us (wife and kids) loved it!
Location being in the heart of the Ayala CBD is a very big plus.
Staff was very friendly and courteous as well.
Loved the free breakfast. The elevator. Reviews as early as Feb 2025 already mentioned it, but it still wasn't fixed when we were there. There were a couple of hours during our stay (early afternoon) where both elevators were being fixed, and the only option was to walk down the stairs. We just waited for it to be fixed instead, as we weren't in a hurry.
The gym/pool area looked like it wasn't as well-maintained as the other areas. The gym wasn't airconditioned, and the pool chlorine smelled a bit stronger than what I wanted (we still swam in it though and had a good time).
- Andrew (8/5): Very good -
- Dylan (7/5): Great location but the hotel needs to improve in some areas. - The location itself is fantastic. Really beautiful tree lined streets and good walking spots nearby.
Our room had brilliant views of downtown Manila. We asked the reception staff 3 separate times to fix our broken toilet. Every time they said they would send a repair man, they hadn’t. Pretty poor being on the 19th floor and having to come to reception to use the toilet.
- Tess (10/5): Exceptional - Helpful staff, great location, delicious breakfast.
- Donald (8/5): All good except the elevator. Had to call the front desk to send it to your floor. -
- Donald (8/5): The Hotel needs to fix the elevators. - Breakfast was excellent.
- Katerina (1/5): NEVER AGAIN! BAD EXPERIENCE - Location was ok. The size of the room is good. Very old hotel. Water pressure very bad. Elevator NOT working. You have to call the reception to bring the elevator to your floor and wait for God knows how long. And couple times the card would not work so you have to go to the reception. Do not do the same mistake by booking this place.
- Dewale (1/5): A disgraceful, outdated hotel that ruined my trip—avoid at all costs. - The location. Absolutely the worst hotel experience in my 30 years of traveling. The property was filthy from the moment I walked in. The bathroom had leaks and mold, the elevator was borderline dangerous, constantly malfunctioning and trapping guests. As for “cleaning service”—don’t be fooled. They show up to swap sheets and towels, then vanish. That’s it.
The gym and swimming pool? Straight out of the 1930s. Rusted, outdated, and neglected—like everything else in this dump. They advertise a buffet breakfast, but what you actually get is a miserable excuse for a meal from a dingy restaurant called “The Wholesome,” staffed by some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered.
This hotel is a relic—and not in a charming way. It’s falling apart, misrepresented, and completely unfit for guests. My advice: STAY AWAY. You’ll regret every minute and every dollar spent.
- Müller (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicholas (2/5): Worst stay in asia - Nothing Nothing is designed properly tv too low ! Shower smell like mold and leaking floor and also no single amenity no fridge and also lift not working sruck on level 30
- Eleanor (10/5): Exceptional - rooms are nice and big
staff are great and healpful
- Samir (10/5): Exceptional - very good hotel for the price
- Mati (10/5): Exceptional - no problem encountered during my stay
room and people are nice here
- Paloma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Steevenson (7/5): Would recommend for a big family group - The 3 bedroom suite was huge and more than enough for our large group.
We were in the heart of Makati. Walking distance to some great local restaurants.
The restaurant which supplies the included breakfasts ‘The Wholesome Table’ was exceptional. They catered for our diets well (vegan and vegetarians within the group) and the food and drinks were tasty and varied.
The pool was good, as was the gym.
The beds were very comfy and the bedrooms were clean, tidy and well presented.
The air con was very good.
The staff were friendly especially the security guards. Charging us for checking in early (by only 50 minutes) seemed to be steep and unfair especially when after payment - they didn’t even have the room ready for us - despite many conversations in advance about the potential for us wanting to check-in early.
Cockroaches in the kitchen.
The kitchen facilities were sparse, stained and breaking in various places and definitely needed an upgrade.
The pool floor was dangerously slippery. My son fell onto his back despite only walking poolside.
- Erika (10/5): Exceptional - The space and the ambience! A lot of sunlight and the aircon is so cool! Maybe the toilet can use a little renovation.
- Catherine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marco (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sebastian (10/5): Exceptional - affordable apartment
kinda dated but still ok
- Reyad (5/5): Passable - Location is good The internet was only in the living room, and sometimes there was non,
despite informing the reception about the cockroaches spreading in the apartment, the situation did not improve,
the dirty sheets were not changed throughout our stay
- Golda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Linda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kaye (4/5): Disappointing Stay - Indoor pool, spacious room, king size bed Only one Ramp to and from parking and was very narrow. Ramps to parking levels was narrow and short. Elevator is old and key card access is not working. First room aircon was not working. I reported it 4X before someone from engineering checked the unit. Aircon filter was so dirty. They transferred us in a new room with aircon working but the bathtub was leaking on the side and white paint or adhesive was peeling off from the tub. So disappointing! The room was renovated but the toilet and bath remains old and in poor condition (chipped/cracked tiles, rust on shower partition, faucets are leaking). Not booking this property again!!
- Romane (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vicente (8/5): Very good -
- Gregory (1/5): Bad -
- Richard (8/5): The room was very clean and room service was always prompt. - Breakfast was excellent. Room Service was very good. Everyone was friendly. No Fridge or Microwave.
- Reece (5/5): Room is fine but didn’t like being locked in the hotel against our will. - Reasonable location, comfortable bed, spacious room. Could use a bit of a clean in the bathroom. Very unhappy about the check out process. We had a taxi waiting and a flight to catch, but when we returned the key were told we had to wait “five minutes” for the room to be checked. This time continued to increase.
While we were waiting, despite repeatedly telling the staff that we were late for our flight and keeping the taxi waiting, the staff did not listen. The security guard at the door locked us in the hotel and wouldn’t allow us to leave. The whole experience was quite distressing. I’ve never experienced anything like this before at a hotel.
- Alexandra (7/5): Good -
- Joshua (8/5): Very good -
- Berwin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mila (5/5): Good location. Upgrade the room essentials. And eradicate cockroaches. - Toiletries not complete, missing vanity kit, slippers. We saw some cockroaches lurking at the kitchen area and bathroom . Not enough electrical outlets near the bed.
- John (6/5): Zero bang for the buck - Great location, attentive staff, very comfortable beds, but lacking some of the amenities that even basic hotels would provide. When i arrived, there were no hand towels, facial tissues, and just an almost used roll of toilet paper, with no spare. Just two thin pillows on the comfortable queen bed. When asked if i could get more than the two water bottles provided per day (i won't use the tap water to drink or brush my teeth), I was told there was a fee. The elevators were inconsistent, at one point waiting 15 minutes from the 18th floor.
Oh yes, i paid almost $300 US for 2 nights.
- Victoria (8/5): Nice value for money, great location, helpful staff - Cold shower
- John (8/5): Very good -

- Bianca (10/5): Exceptional - everything nothing
- Nicole (10/5): Exceptional -
- Turner (10/5): Exceptional -
- Akriti (10/5): Exceptional - Great room and restaurant below!
- Matias (9/5): Good option - It’s very close to restaurant and bars. The personal and attention is very well. The hotel facilities are old, as are the rooms. The air conditioning is old and noisy. Only one elevator works, and it's very slow.
- Tim (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rob (8/5): Very good -
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- German (10/5): Exceptional -
- Luiza (6/5): Pleasant - Location was good, lots of restaurants and cafes around. Staff were friendly and helpful Unusually for a hotel, they lock the main door after every guest’s exit and entrance. I’m pretty sure that’s a fire risk

- Manuel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Neil (3/5): Staff were very accommodating as we had cockroaches in the bed.they changed are room immediately - Cockroaches in the bed
