• Fatima (8/5): Comfortable and safe - The responsiveness of the staff. Size of the rooms was great. Hot water was available all day long. Air conditioning was great. The room floor and sofas could use cleaning. They were quite dusty.

Charged us the booking.com commision also in addition to the room charges communicated at the time of booking, which is big scam, had to pay because time was odd for us. Will recommend future visitors to keep in mind they will charge extra 15 percent

The facilities was better. The staff when we arrived was available. However, in the morning when we have to leave, it took time for staff to be available and made us a breakfast. May be it was Sunday Morning.

The day before leaving the guest house they moved us from our room to another room because of some other guest's request because they wanted 3 rooms together. I found that really unconvinient. Otherwise it was good.

The room was exceptionally clean, and the pillow was so comfortable that it felt like a lifesaver after a long, tiring day. The staff was outstanding. I unfortunately don’t remember the gentleman’s name, but his service was remarkable. I asked him for tea with biscuits at 1 a.m., and while he mentioned it was too late to arrange biscuits from the market, he went above and beyond by offering me freshly made French toast, complimentary. That level of customer service truly stood out to me. I deeply appreciate the staff’s kindness and hospitality and will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming experience. Its was good, you have to park car outside but thats fine

When I arrived my room was not ready The bed sheets and floor were dirty The washroom was full of water and most importantly there was no electricity when I arrived and they didn't have any backup for it. And the worst part is I have to wait for the electricity to come for more than 2 hours

• Cherpillod (10/5): Perfect stay in Islamabad - I liked everything about the property. From the lovely staff to the room, it was amazing. They really know how to treat their guests, clients. My room was super comfortable, very clean, I had AC, hot water, WIFI etc. The place is really close to several tasty restaurants. The staff will help you to go to your destination. • Sohail (1/5): How can i saya something even they didn’t give me room - Nothing very poor - I want to file a complain against this hotel- First of all this is not a hotel this is house and 2nd i was booked a room from 31 july to 01 august and after confirm my booking they are calling me on WhatsApp that they want a advance payment otherwise they will not give me room . I was travelling and than I reply that i will give you rent on your property than they says no it’s not possible. I was late due to weather and when i was reached at property around 6 o clock early in the morning first of all they did not picked my call and even they didn’t open the door and after few time the manager come outside and says we don’t have a room for you because you didn’t give us advance . I was shocked that how’s possible that’s i have already booked my room and they says they not have a room so please do something for other people . Thanks

• Asif (8/5): A good stay! - The staff are very hospitable. Mr. Shahid is great and manages the guest house well. The staff were attentive to guests' needs. The room was also spacious and pretty nicely decorated. The cost is very reasonable. The location was nice, close to the airport. There are a couple of things that I did not like. First, the bed sheets and pillows were not clean enough. Same with the tower- not clean enough. I had to use my own towel. I did not tell the staff about the cleanliness things, I am sure they would do something about it. The staff were nice, but they woke up late in the morning. You will be served breakfast at around 10 AM.

• Kashif (10/5): Excellent place, location and staff. - Shahid Khan is an excellent host; he makes your stay as comfortable and homely as possible. We were welcomed despite reaching late in the evening, and our stay was ready. The daily breakfast is a bonus, and anything required during the stay was available.
