• Azita (4/5): Not 2 bedrooms - The location was good and the lady who provided the keys was trying to be helpful. The flat is not 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! The 2nd bedroom is the living room with 2 sofa beds, one which you couldn’t close! There was no sink and mirror in the 2nd bathroom! No bedside tables in the living room next to the sofa beds, no reading lights, no hooks on the wall or in the bathroom! No mirror in the bedroom!!

• Wendy (10/5): Home from home, in a perfect location - The property is in a nice area in Rome in easy walking distance of most attractions and a short distance from the metro for anywhere else. The flat is within a secure, clean building with lovely features. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, and looks just like the photos provided by the host.

• Hauke (6/5): This is not a luxury apartment as advertised. Very expensive for what was provided - Good location in Prati and quiet We were 2 couples but the apartment is only 1 bedroom with 2 sofa beds in the lounge room / dining area hence no privacy for second couple. They really need new mattresses on the sofa bed as soft and they sink in the middle. There are 2 toilets but one doesn’t flush properly and no hand basin in one toilet area.. Shower area with second toilet needs a curtain as floor got saturated after showering. The kitchen is a weird layout with minimal utensils , insufficient and incomplete set of small plates with really high cupboards difficult to reach. Only one tea towel provided for a whole week. All cups, glasses , bowls and plates had to be rewashed before use as dirty. The freezer completely blocked with ice build up. For the amount of money paid minimal condiments ( only salt) provided compared with other airbnbs we have stayed at.
• Zdenka (9/5): Great time in Roma - There were five of us: two married couples and one single person. The apartment has one separate bedroom and one large room with two sofa beds. It is suitable for a family of five, but only for individuals who are not sensitive to sleeping and snoring with others. We were not bothered. The Location and neighborhood are great. There are two restaurants in the building. I recommend it for an easy lunch or dinner.
• Mary (7/5): Overall a pleasant visit. Bright, cool apartment. Close to main attractions, plenty of local eateries. Avoid the bar bel - Location . Plenty of great eateries in back streets of the apartment. Buzzing suburb. The sofa beds. The photos were deceptive. I was under the assumption that there were 2 separate bedrooms. I didn’t realise the second bedroom was also the living room and therefore no sitting area unless the sofa beds were dismantled and remade each morning. After a long day of walking it would have been nice to come in and relax on the sofa without any hassle . Lack of basic facilities ie water in fridge on arrival

• Paulina (10/5): Perfect! - We were here with 6 people, and each of us really enjoyed it. Everything is beautifully decorated, the kitchen has a great vibe, and it was great that there were two bathrooms. The contact with the owners was very smooth, we have nothing to complain about. Additionally, the location is perfect – close to the metro, with restaurants and bars nearby. The weather was great, so we explored all of Rome on foot, and returning to such a cozy apartment was incredibly satisfying. Nothing!
• Anastasia (9/5): Great apartment, very comfortable. - Good kitchen for basic cooking. Comfortable bed in the bedroom though we had to ask for the second duvet. In the bedroom sound isolation was good. Great WiFi. Good coffee machine, basic kitchen. It was warm after we turned on radiators & aircon, very nice for winter in Mediterranean No toiletries. My friend who was sleeping on the sofa said she woke up from loud doorbell noise every morning so sound isolation in the living room is not great.

• Artur (10/5): Exceptional - A very spacious apartment, ideal for 5 people - cleanliness and comfort of rest are the most important throughout the entire apartment, excellent Wi-Fi regardless of which part of the apartment you are in. The beds are very comfortable and the entire apartment is perfectly equipped for a long stay. There is a washing machine on the balcony, which came in handy during the high temperatures outside.

• Sebastian (8/5): The place met our expectations with some minor flaws. - Nice, charming spacey appartment at a great location in Rome. Close to the Vatican, but at the same time close to the major sight seeing areas within 10-15 mins walking distance. The hosts are super nice and always very fast to reply and help with any questions you may have. One of the bathroom doors did not have a lock. If you stay there more than two persons, be aware, that the other beds besides the master bedroom bed is fold out sofa beds in the living room that are not super comfortable.

Mini markets, restaura - Very spacious apartment, perfect for our family, 4 adults and 2 kids. 2 bathrooms, 1 shower and 1 bathtub. Location was excellent close to the Lepanto metro station.

The apartment is very spacious, clean, and stylish! Location was fantastic, as well -- easy walking distance to Vatican, Hop on/Hop off bus stop, etc. There's also a great restaurant just down the stairs and next door to the apartment. Fast WiFi and two smart TVs made it easy to use screen mirroring to watch movies from our phones. We loved it and would 100% stay here again!! Nothing. It really was perfect!

• Jennifer (9/5): A very spacious and high quality apartment in a loveky area of Rome! - This property really is beautiful. Very spacious, especially if there are a few in your group. We had a few teething problems but Naima had someone on hand within half an hour to remedy the issues. She also gave us fantastic dinner recommendations and even booked the restaurant for us. The apartments is cosy and comfortable, having two bathrooms is great, luxury to have a bath, the kitchen was fine for our requirements, and superb location in lovely area of Rome with great breakfast place downstairs. Highly recommend. More instructions required. A welcome pack? Wasn’t clear that there was coffee, extra toilet paper, what to do with keys, city taxes, how to access apartment on check in, the knack of how to flush the slightly tricky toilet. This would greatly enhance the experience and remove some of the stress for guests.
