• MARZENA (9/5): Klimatyczny apartament - Niezwykły i bardzo duży apartament w starym stylu. Czuliśmy się trochę jak w muzeum. Może wymaga odnowienia ale ma niepowtarzalny klimat. Lokalizacja w części akademickiej w samym centrum Bolonii. W okolicy mnóstwo kafejek i pubów co było słychać w apartamencie. Zamieszanie przy odbiorze kluczy
• Emilio (3/5): No muy recomendable - El piso es muy grande y céntrico. Cocina bien equipada, con todos los utensilios necesarios y lavaplatos, lo cual se agradece si es un grupo grande como el nuestro La comunicación con el anfitrión no es muy fluida. Las llaves te las entrega un vecino que vive debajo, que sólo habla italiano, pero te entiendes más o menos bien con él. El piso es muy grande (éramos 8 personas) y está en una calle bastante céntrica pero en plena zona de fiesta. Al ser un piso antiguo, las ventanas no aislan y estás escuchando ruido de la gente que está bebiendo en la calle hasta las 5 de la mañana y, después, escuchas toda la limpieza de la calle. Imagino que si vas entre semana, es menos problemático este tema (nosotros fuimos de jueves a domingo) La limpieza del piso no es del todo buena, algunas toallas huelen mal también. La flexibilidad en el check in y check out es nula. Además, preguntamos si podíamos dejar las maletas en algún sitio el último día, unas 4 o 5 horas y nos contestaron que el late check out tenía un coste de 50€. Esa no fue nuestra pregunta, no queríamos utilizar el piso, sólo dejar las maletas unas horas en donde fuera. Después de haber pagado 877€ por 3 noches, que te quieran cobrar 50€ por eso, me parece muy cutre, cuando además no tienen ni el detalle de dejarte una botella de agua o un poco de café. Así que las dejamos en una consigna cercana por 40€. Otra cosa negativa es que sólo te dan un juego de llaves y, siendo 8 personas, es bastante incómodo porque, si alguien se quiere ir pronto a casa, te obliga a que todos se vayan juntos o a acompañar a esa persona al piso y volver.

Paid for whole house but was only allowed to use part of it. Wardrobes filled with crap. Paid for 4 nights - had to leave after one night to save our holiday experience. Sacrificed the non refundable cost. Language a barrier …or an excuse to not understand our concerns. Should I go on ???

• Brenda (4/5): Disappointing - The location was proximate to much of what we wanted to see/do in Bologna. The property advertised 2 bathrooms. Upon arrival we were told 1 of them was not functioning. It was not repaired during our entire 1 week stay. The 4 of us scheduled use of the only functioning bathroom. Upon arrival, there was no hot water. This was remedied the next day. Even though we contacted property about a slight delay in arrival, there was an attempt to bill us for it. The property was noisy - street noise and commercial recycling noise through the night. One of the beds was on a slant, -uncomfortable. One day, while we were out touring, without notice, or informing us, the owner entered the apartment, went into a bedroom and removed some furniture, leaving my belongings askew. There was no instruction as to what to do with garbage or recycling, so we left it as neatly as possible within the kitchen. This would be easy for owner to rectify.

Great if you were staying for an extended period with the large living area and well appointed kitchen Property was very dusty. Located in a salubrious area. Known for drugs. No coffee tea or sugar in the property.

• Daniel (8/5): Experiencia muy buena! - Casa enorme, baños increíbles y cocina inmensa. Salón y comedor enorme para cenar en grupo o en gran familia. Un 10 la ubicación y todos los servicios de la casa. Lo único “malo” que había una cama supletoria muy pequeña donde tuvo que dormir una persona compartiendo habitación con una pareja y no era lo más cómodo del mundo. Pero por lo demás un 10, ojalá volvamos😀
• Marife (1/5): Disappointed. - It was christmas eve and we have a family gathering .. of course were so loud while exchanging gifts .. but the owner live downstairs and we asked to pay 30 euro for our late arrival although i advise them were coming by 5 to 6 pm and we arrived by 7 .. 😅 and another 30 for the noise by 12:30 .. and our christmas became dull coz we might pay again if we get loud again 😅

• Regine (4/5): prijs / kwaliteit is dit appartement geen 8/10 waard . - De ligging in het centrum is positief , maar dan ook heel negatief want enorm veel lawaai van de studenten enorm veel nachtlawaai op straat , tot smorgens vroeg ( 4-5u ) , konden hierdoor niet slapen . Het ledigen van de glascontainer iedere morgen 6u , staat juist voor de deur veel lawaai van de bovenburen De hygiene in het appartement was ondermaats : overal stoffig , schimmel in de vaatwas , oven niet proper , geen plaats om kleren op te hangen / alle kasten lagen vol met van alles en nog wat . Men vraagt 40 euro voor het kuisen : geen probleem maar dan moet het wel daarvoor gebruikt worden .
• Zupo (7/5): Start of Italian vacation - Location was perfect. Living room furniture broken down and very uncomfortable. Host did not speak English as advertised.
• Joan (6/5): A reasonable property let down by poor communication. - It was large and clean, with comfortable living areas. It was a short walk to many areas of interest. The main problem was that we had to wait for over an hour for someone to let us in, even though we had an agreed time to check in. Communication was very poor and our messages went unanswered. When we tried to call, we were given a different phone number. The person who answered said he was on his way but we still waited another 40 minutes, just standing out on the footpath. The location is good, in that it is close to many things, but the street is very noisy, especially at night. One of the bathrooms feels a little like an outhouse (in contrast to the main bathroom, which is luxurious), but it was good to have a second toilet. There was not a second shower though.

Mobiliario viejo y lámparas rotas. Sofás con pelos de animales y sin apenas luz. La ubicación es muy buena pero el barrio es conflictivo.
• HANDANA (10/5): Kral dairesi gibi bir apartman dairesi - Dört odalı, büyük bir salona sahip, geniş mutfağı, büyük banyosu ve ikinci tuvaletiyle kalabalık seyahat eden aileler veya arkadaş grupları için ideal bir yer. Dekorasyon mükemmel, tüm odalarda klima var ve bu tarz evlerde çoğunlukla yaşanan oturacak yer bulma derdi olmayan, kendinizi kral gibi hissedebileceğiniz bir daire. Jakuzi çalışmıyordu, bir de iki günlük konaklamamızın son akşamı biraz sokak gürültüsüne maruz kaldık.

Az utcán mozgalmas az éjszakai élet, de az ablakok jól hangszigetelnek. A cím ugyan helyes a booking oldalán, de a térképen hibásan van jelölve a szállás pontos helye. Emiatt nehézkes volt megtalálni, a szállásadó telefonszámán jelentkező férfi minimális angol tudással rendelkezett. Minden helyiség légkondis, de a teljesítményük rendkívül gyenge, így hűvöset nem tudnak. A konyhából nyíló második mosdóból lehet kijutni a belső erkékyre, érdekes elhelyezés.

• Don (4/5): A very enjoyable property, but be wary of the temperature. - General layout, space, air conditioning. Good central location, 10 minute walk to Piazza Magiore, nice cafe near by. Landlord was very reasonable about when we arrived (1am) and let us stay until 3 when leaving. Very hot, needed air con going full blast. Couldn't sleep with windows open due to noise outside; narrow street, tall buildings funnelled noise. Also right in the edge of the university area, so lots of youngsters. Be very wary of the shower, the bathroom floor is very smooth and shiny, so easy to lose footing getting out. Have a towel right next to it to step onto.

Los clientes deberíamos tener esa información en las condiciones de reserva para valorarlo, no constaban. 15 euros por nuestro perro de aguas, cuando específicamente se indicaba GRATIS. Tras varios mensajes y aceptar por parte del dueño la devolución de dicha cantidad, son 15 euros, pero son míos, facilitar mis datos bancarios y varios mensajes dándome largas (tras 15 días de espera, creo sinceramente ha habido tiempo suficiente de hacer la transferencia), he optado por dejarlo constar mediante reseña. Maticen, aclaren y sobre todo no mientan en las condiciones, porque entonces, la decisión hubiera sido otra. No suelo hacer este tipo de valoraciones, y soy usuaria habitual de Booking, pero no me he sentido bien tratada en esta ocasión. PD. El congelador nos hubiera gustado utilizarlo, y no haberlo encontrado ocupado con una bolsa y un cartel "Don't Touch".

• Christopher (6/5): Never been to Bologna and needed a family apartment. Overall stay was good. - Overall a reasonable apartment which suited us. However, somethings like the TV did not work and there was not toaster that we could find. Comfortable. Great difficulty in getting in. Wrong or different telephone number and eventually we were let in. Tried to talk to the lady in the 1st floor apartment who we THINK owns it. but no English and unhelpful. The main issue really is the lack of communication. Also the second "bathroom" as advertised is really only a basin and toilet. The apartment is, nevertheless, is comfortable and convenient. Would not take much effort to make it very good!

• Robert (4/5): Hele erge teleurstelling - Locatie is goed, straat heel erg lawaaierig. Host spreekt alleen Italiaans, moeite moeten doen om op afgesproken tijd sleutels te krijgen. Op site staat dat huisdier gratis is, moesten alsnog €60,- betalen voor ons kleine hondje. Appartement was niet echt schoon, kledingkasten kon je niet gebruiken want die lagen vol met spullen van de eigenaar. Op tweede slaapkamer geen stopcontact.Matras paste niet op bed, was veel korter. Kerstversiering stond er nog in de woonkamer enz……. Het is onze vierde keer in Bologna en dit is alles behalve een deluxe appartement. Er is een lift aanwezig, heel erg klein waar geen rolstoel in past.

Purtroppo il caos non ha agevolato il sonno. Il vociare le urla di tutta la notte non ha fatto dormire le persone nella stanza matrimoniale verso la strada
