Guest Reviews
- Lezanne (9/5): A beautifully curated, luxurious escape with breathtaking views, elegant design, and the most warm, welcoming hospitalit - I had such a special stay. The host was incredibly warm, helpful and welcoming, and made the entire experience feel effortless from the moment i arrived. Check-in was smooth and easy, which immediately set the tone for a relaxing escape. The property is truly exceptional — the modern, quirky architecture is beautifully done, the decor is elegant and classy, and every space feels thoughtfully curated. The forest and mountain views are absolutely breathtaking and create such a peaceful, almost magical atmosphere. I especially loved the chef’s kitchen, outdoor shower, tub, the cosy fireplace, and the exceptionally spacious bedroom. It felt luxurious, intimate and deeply restorative all at once. There was very little not to love — it was a truly wonderful stay.
- Naidoo (10/5): - Amazing venue, furniture and asthetics were so well thought through and you could tell the host really put alot of thought and effort into your comfort .

- Kyle Van Der Colff (10/5): - Beautiful chalet. Very comfy and cosy.
Andreas, the host, was very friendly and accommodating.
- Mishkah (10/5): - Stunning and Andreas was very welcoming and great communication throughout Can be cold in winter upstairs in the bedroom, but we warmed up at the fire in the kitchen nicely
- Charl (10/5): Perfect stay in Noordhoek - Awesome stay at Granite Forest Chalet. The place is very spacious and decor and layout perfect. Very clean and comfy. Fireplace kept us warm on cold winters night and the big windows in the bedroom with views of the mountain and trees around created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Best was the bath and outdoor shower. Andreas was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend booking this accommodation.
- Riaan (6/5): Lots of potential but it's unfinished and too expensive for what it is. - The property is secluded and has a lot of potential when the construction is finished. No aircon for the hot summer. There were no fans and had to request one. The upper floor gets very hot in the Summer. The staircase is not for the faint hearted and way to steep for a older person or if you have balance issues. The outside area is unpaved and can be dirty when walking around. The entrance had a gate that you have to open manually, which for the price is unacceptable. The parking was surrounded by construction material which made maneuvering quite difficult. Having a wood fired hot tub is cool, but not when you have to do the work to fire it, and then have to pay for the wood.
- Kylan (9/5): Superb -
- Michael (10/5): Amazing. Definitely worth the trip - We loved the fireplaces and the comfort. Everything in the accommodation was of exceptional quality and condition. There were so many amenities as well. The host was so friendly and helpful. There was an issue with our original accommodation and the host bumped us up to their luxury chalet There’s nothing bad I could say about it
- Vicky (10/5): Exceptional -
