• Areal (10/5): Maravilhosa e irei repetir. - Haver a parte do terraço para quem fuma, assim não tinha sempre que sair do alojamento e voltar. Era complicado chamar Uber, mas conseguíamos depois sempre, em si do alojamento gostei de tudo.

• Pau (1/5): Una casa bonita pero muy desatendida en un mal barrio y con mala limpieza. - El piso era bonito y espacioso Para empezar la limpieza fue horrible, nos encontramos el lavaplatos sucio lleno de platos, todos los grifos estaban oxidados, en el sofá y las sillas manchas de a saber el que... y la habitación con moqueta todo sucio y lleno de polvo, para colmo no había ni jabón para lavadora ni para lavaplatos ni para nada en general te lo tendrás que comprar tu.. finalmente cuando llegamos nos comento el taxista que la zona era bastante peligrosa y que no saliéramos de noche... vaya alegría.

• Dodson (9/5): Great homely stay in a decent location - I drive so the most important thing was parking and it was free and available everyday of the week. The next important thing is home facilities as I regularly cook using the oven / hob etc. All the facilities were great and allowed me to cook big and small meals. The walk in closet is amazing so much space for my and my wife's clothes and there is restaurant directly underneath for a coffee and grilled fish. The view of the city and the giant aqueduct is very very cool. On the bad side there was only small little details which are hardly worth the mention. I enjoyed my stay in the place and

• Fernanda (1/5): This was the worst apartment I have ever stayed in. - The kitchen. It’s obvious the owner tried to remodel a very old apartment, full of structural and plumbing issues, thinking that a nice kitchen and some decoration would hide the real problems of the place, but it absolutely doesn’t. The toilet didn’t work. I had to open the toilet tank manually to fill it and flush it. There was an unbearable sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The bathroom sink was clogged. The shower tray is loose. There was water leaking onto the floor, and every time the dishwasher ran, it spilled water into the living room. The entrance door of the building doesn’t lock, meaning anyone can walk inside. Also, the apartment is located in a social housing area, the Serafina neighborhood. When I arrived, the apartment was dirty, full of hair, and I even had to remove dishes from previous guests that were left inside the dishwasher. Chairs and bed sheets had stains, and there was dust everywhere. They provided only one toilet paper roll for a five-night stay, no trash bags, and not even a broom. The building is under construction, and from 8 a.m. there were constant hammering and drilling noises right underneath the bedroom. The noise was unbearable. I do not recommend this place at all.
• Eduardo (1/5): Una semana indeseable para otros - El apartamento a primera vista se ve bien dotado, tiene lavadora de ropa y de platos, nevera y en fin, todos los elementos necesarios para pasar tu estadía en Lisboa El barrio donde está el apartamento es un barrio popular en pésimo estado general, vías sucias, basura en la calle, mucho terreno baldío, jeringas usadas tiradas en el suelo, leí varios artículos y titulan el barro como “la última favela de lisboa”. https://www.publico.pt/2006/01/29/jornal/liberdade-a-ultima-favela-de-lisboa-60801 El transporte es fatal, solo hay un bus desde el Marqués de Pombal hasta allá, no hay nada más, los dos primeros días llegamos en Uber porque no sentíamos que pudiéramos llegar caminando. Había comida vieja de otras personas que se habían hospedado antenas, cajas de cereales vacías, el baño tiene olor a alcantarilla 24/7, llegar al apartamento en la tarde-noche y tener que lidiar con el olor a alcantarilla es detestable, solicité la devolución de mi dinero y no fue posible, al final pasé una semana allá y fue una experiencia que no le deseo a nadie.
• Petr (9/5): - Informace o předání klíčů dorazily na booking večer před příletem. Je nutné si zapnout upozornění na zprávy, neb jinak nevíte, kde a jak klíče vyzvednout. Skvěle pomohla telefonická asistence serveru booking, která nás upozornila na zprávu, která dorazila před pár hodinami. Telefonování majiteli, ani zaslaná SMS, nic neřešila. Telefon nikdo nezvedl a na zprávu neodpověděl.
