• Daniel (10/5): Kastal Hidden Modern Castle on the Sea. Everything you Need! - 15 out of 10! Beautifully renovated home with Everything and perfect location steps to beach! Host is so helpful and assisted with local food reservations and recommendations. Fully stocked kitchen. Nearby easy walking distance is beautiful historic waterfront town Kastela filled with Restaurants, Wineries, Gelato, Shops in a laid back local not overcrowded setting with clean and modern amenities. Next time we wouldn't rent a car. The meat Market and Plodines Market are the best for meeting all your culinary needs are a walk or bike ride away. The Modern comforts of this home including a bathroom in every room on second floor. Sound Proof rooms were really helpful with my singing nieces in the morning and evening 😅. A washer and separate dryer! Old town charm in a Modern beautiful home. Couldn't say more about how clean and comfortable the house was. Beds comfortable, AC was lovely on warmer days. Showed have rain shower and a separate hand sprayer. Hair dryers in rooms. They literally thought of everything! Even better than the pictures. Everything is very good quality. Love the Massive covered Veranda for grilling and family dinner. Loved Everything

• Carmen (10/5): Incredible! - Traumhaftes Appartment! Wunderschöne Lage, nur 50m zum Strand Fahrräder und SUP standen zur Verfügung, sowie eine Waschmaschine Jedes Zimmer hatte ihr eigenes Badezimmer, die Betten waren extrem bequem und die Besitzer sehr freundlich und hilfreich! Würde es jederzeit wieder buchen! Dadurch dass der Flughafen doch sehr Nahe liegt, hört man die Flugzeuge die abheben schon, aber das hat uns wenig gestört. War dann meist sogar interessant zum ansehen 😅

Hrozně milý majitelé. Kousíček od pláže, od baru, restaurace procházkou kousek, pekárna taky kousek. Za nás nejhezčí ubytování za naše dovolené.

• Lukáš (10/5): kouzelné místo - Ubytování bylo vyjímečné, krásné, moderní, čisté. Majitelé si dali záležet, je to vkusné, nové a praktické. Nejkouzelnější místo byla terasa.. útulná a nic jí nechybělo, paní to má vyladěný do puntíku:) Majitelé velice příjemní lidé, ochotni s čímkoliv pomoci. Apartmán má ideální polohu, je to kousíček k moři, k baru i do domácí pekárny a obchodu. Podniknout se dají i fajn výlety třeba i busem-Split, Trogir. Určitě se do tohoto apartmánu ještě rádi vrátíme:)Byli jsme opravdu nadšení! Není nic co bych vytknula!

В каждой спальне ванная комната, большая терраса с барбекю, где мы проводили вечера с видом на море. До моря 2 минуты ходьбы, дом прямо на берегу расположен. Мы очень довольны отдыхом и с радостью вернемся в эти апартаменты!

We stayed at so many holiday villas before but this apartment is even better than a villa, it exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect: very very clean, spacious and modern design. The apartment itself, as well as the sheets and towels smelled so nice and fresh. The location was ideal, a few steps to a beautiful beach. Special thanks to Nives, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our entire stay. She welcomed us with drinks and sweets for kids. Communication was perfect and super smooth from the start till the end. I would highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

• Jason (10/5): Exceptional apartment - The best apartment I ever stayed in extremely spacious and well equipped also very clean I especially liked the black out blinds and the communication with the brilliant owners who let me in early . The welcome drink’s were very much appreciated on arrival. My favourite restaurant was Konoba Pizzeria Lanterna . Absolutely nothing.
• Alja (10/5): Amazing - The location is great overall and in the middle of Split and Trogir (15min car ride) and the beach is 2mins walk, the shops are very close and the hospitality is amazing. I would always definitely come back. The interor and exterior is beautiful and modern. Most wonderful hosts and you they offer you everything (advice,drinks, bicycles, car chargers..) dream come true. Highly recommend if you want a life changing experience and great holiday.

• Hana (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very beautiful in a quiet environment, it has been renovated, so everything was new. Clean, beautifully prepared, air-conditioned spaces before prepared environment The equipment was above average (nothing was missing, on the contrary, there were things you wouldn't normally find). They were very nice and helpful, very fast communication, the owner Nives responds immediately (we communicated via the whatsapp application), she explained everything, she showed up when there was a complication, they came immediately and solved the problem, or filled in the missing requirements. There is a beautiful view of the sea, the beautiful beach was not crowded. The beach is about 1 minute from the apartment (about 50 steps). I can truly say that I have never experienced better access and equipment. There are also bicycles for rent, inflatable deckchairs on the beach and in the grill, where you can prepare food on the fire. I highly recommend the apartments at Parat Beach Resort! It is really worth staying here and enjoying your vacation! Thanks again to the owners for the opportunity to stay at this resort! There was nothing I could complain about

Very good choice for families with children. Absolutely recommended! Everything was great! From the very welcoming host to the utilities in the kitchen. The supermarket is 5 min walk away. Nives is nice and very helpful. She contacted us before arrival for any questions and also held us along the way with her recommendations. I would definitely recommend to stay at his place :)
