• Nguyen (10/5): - Michael was an exceptional host. Very accomodating and responsive. Our flight was significantly delayed, and Michael was more than happy to accomodate our timeline. The location is great. A short 8 minute walk to a nearby Ralphs, Starbucks and lots of asian place

• Stettler (10/5): It felt safe and the host was very kind and polite. Nice air conditioning and our bed was comfy. - We were able to drop off our luggage early before normal check, which was great. That let be able to go to Long Beach 🏖️ and enjoy the day laying in the sand. Thank you for the early check in.

• Donald (10/5): Great downtown Toorance location - Michael, the host, is very attentive, and it is very apparent that he continues to make improvements and upgrades. I am looking forward to staying there in the future. The exterior landscape is a little rough, but he is in the process of making improvements.

• Menezes (7/5): decent for a stay especially if you have a dog. - There’s outdoor space right in front of the cottage to relieve my dog. The cottage is also quite spacious. The outdoor space looks like it’s either in progres or undone so it looks a little run down, the low metal fending makes the property looks like a run down place from the outside, I actually checked the address twice because I thought I had arrived at someone’s house. The cottage provides a water filter for drinking water but the it is weirdly located outside on the wall outside of the cottage where the area looks like there’s spider web around and there’s not much water that came out of it when I tried getting water. I still think it’s a nice gesture to provide that water filter though.

• Carlos (10/5): Great place to stay and get away from the bs - It’s very discreet and tucked away in the city and very private no neighbors and the owner does live on the property but he’s always doing his own things and he’s very friendly I have no complaints other then their is no tv in the house
• Torres (10/5): Great place to stay with a dog! - Spacious for 2 of us and our small dog. There were 2 beds in the “living room” in addition to the bed in the bedroom. The apartment is on a quiet and safe street, with lots of parking! There are also so many amazing Japanese restaurants nearby, as well as a supermarket, making it very convenient! Only the living room had a heater. We needed one at night because we stayed in December. The heater was also very loud at night. The bathroom was also small, and the door doesn’t open all the way because of the toilet. The microwave made scary noises, and may not be safe to use.

Too many people walked around the property. Room per night was bit pricy for not having towels, washer and dryer. Shower curtain keep falling do not stay in place.
• Bernhard (10/5): We'll be back. - It's not that easy to find, but once you're there, it's nice. Just everything was perfect. It's surprisingly spacious. Interaction with hosts is very friendly. It's a pet friendly place, without any extra fees. Not much to dislike, really. Things which aren't perfect will be taken care of, we're sure.
