• Thomas (9/5): - Hervorragendes Quartier in zentraler Lage. Es ist ja eine ganze Wohnung mit Küche, Esstisch, Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Nett eingerichtet, alles vorhanden und mit Irene eine aufmerksame Gastgeberin die viele Tipps für Malaga gibt und auch aktiv Interesse zeigt ob für den Gast alles in Ordnung ist. Wir würden es wieder buchen und werden im Freundeskreis dieses Quartier wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Irene, Danke nochmals.

• Lea (10/5): Wunderschönes Appartment im Herzen Málagas! - Wunderschönes Appartement in zentraler Lage. Die Absprache war super unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Ales war sehr neu und sauber, es roch gut, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Das Bett war sehr gemütlich, es gab eine Kaffeemaschine inkl. Kapseln, ein Bügelset etc., alles was man braucht und wir haben sogar eine zweite Bettdecke auf Anfrage bekommen. Vielen Dank! 😊
• Luka (5/5): - Free parking is advertised, but in reality there is no guaranteed private parking space, which left us feeling misled. We have traveled across almost the entire region, and everywhere “free parking included” meant a reserved spot for guests. In this case, it refers to public street parking, which was not available at all. The streets are narrow, the nearest reliable option is a garage about 200 meters away, which comes at an extra cost – we paid €25 per day. The apartment itself is decently furnished, but it has no balcony, and the view from all windows faces a building just about 2 meters away, which significantly reduces the sense of privacy and overall comfort.
• Veronika (9/5): - Apartman byl velmi čistý a prostorný. K dispozici Nespresso. Ke všem turistickým cílům velmi blizko.mozno se během dne i vrátit na odpočinek. Perfektní instrukce a doporučení od ubytovatele.. Matrace velmi měkké, někomu muze vyhovovat. Okna do úzkého dvora, odkud jde občas hluk.Parkovani je mozne pouze v přilehlých placených garážích- 25Eur den.

• Veronika (7/5): - Easy to find the keys in box, enabaling us to come late night. Prompt communication with the owner. Good location We were three persons, however only two beds were ready. We had to find all belongings in the flat. The electricity was switched off, we had to find the fuse box (very unpleasant situation at 11pm) There were homeless people sitting by the house's entrance. Loud neighbors one night, otherwise quiet.

A localização é excelente, a uma curta distância do centro da cidade. Valorizámos muito a limpeza impecável de todo o espaço. Devido a um problema de última hora com outra reserva, tivemos de reservar este alojamento à pressa, e a Irene foi fantástica: respondeu rapidamente e aceitou o nosso pedido de imediato. É uma anfitriã muito atenciosa e ágil. Para quem quer visitar Málaga e ficar perto de tudo, este é o alojamento ideal."
• Raluca (8/5): For anyone looking to stay close to Málaga’s main tourist area and who values location above all, this apartment is a go - The location is very convenient, close to the central area and within easy walking distance of many shops and services. Communication with the hosts was very easy, and we had no trouble following the directions they provided. The apartment is on the second floor and comfortably sized for two people. The kitchen and living room are well presented, and the bedroom was clean The apartment itself looks very good; however, the building where it is located is not well maintained. On two consecutive mornings, we saw a dead rat in the hallway, and there was quite a lot of noise coming from the building. This is not related to the apartment itself, but it did affect the overall experience.

Die Wegbeschreibung sowie die Bilder von Irene waren äußerst hilfreich und perfekt gemacht - so war die Anreise ganz unkompliziert. Auch die Kommunikation mit Irene war jederzeit herzlich und außergewöhnlich angenehm. Besonders klasse waren ihre Restauranttipps - dank Irene waren wir nicht nur in Touristenfallen, sondern auch richtig gut essen. Danke Irene

• Radia (10/5): Súper bien, super beau, súper calme et super propre !! - Très bel appartement, lumineux, bien décoré. Très facile d’accès, proche de la plaza de la merced. Vous avez tout à proximité. Endroit très calme, pas de bruit ni dans la journée ni dans la nuit un luxe pour un repos total et on y dort très bien. Il y a un parasol, idéal quand on va à la plage avec les enfants. La cuisine bien équipé, tout est très propre. Il y a également le nécessaire pour la douche 🚿 Súper échange avec Irene, bonne communication très clair et super efficace et arrangeante ! On a adorés, nous reviendrons merci 🙏 Ríen

Exceptionally clean and very well presented. Some bottled water in the fridge would have been a treat! Not a problem for us or anyone mobile but access into the apartment is via a steep staircase.

• Laura (8/5): Fairly pricey but great location - Great location. Car park nearby. Owner is incredibly responsive. It’s a small apartment but worked for our family of 5. The kitchen is well stocked. The shower was lovely. The main bed was very comfy. The sofa bed wasn’t set up for our 3rd child. We had to request bedding and even then we were just given a bottom sheet and extra towels. A bit disappointing when we paid for 5 people to stay, and it isn’t a cheap option.

• April (10/5): Amazing, will definitely be back - Everything! Very spacious, very comfortable and clean. Walking distance less than 5 mins the main square and the all important Christmas lights. Such good value for money for a family.

The photographs are a true representation of the apartment. Irene, the host, was lovely and very helpful in her messages. One member of our party found the stairs challenging due to reduced mobility, although it was clear from the description that there is no lift, so this came as no surprise
• Anonymous (10/5): Short, but sweet stay in Malaga :) - It’s so lovely and tastefully done. There’s enough to feel comfortable and at home to self cater or use as a base to travel around where you like. We had forgotten to buy shower toiletries so naively came in thinking there would be shower gel but it’s fine as we made do - but to be honest this is so small in the grand scheme of how lovely and attentive the host was.
