Gaayathrey (7/5): Safe and practical - I enjoyed that the living room was spacious, there were many beds and the area was in a safe housing development. The house was dusty and the kitchen appliances such as forks and spoons and cups were very dusty.
Suzanna (8/5): - As we had a wedding to attend at the Tawau Sports Complex, location wise, the house was perfect. The house is big and spacious. Except for a few hiccups, instructions given were clear. Owner was really responsive. When we arrived, there was no electricity. I thought we needed to on the fuse box but as it turned out, the whole area was affected. Not the owners' fault. Water pressure for the shower in both toilets was really low. There was a pail and water tipper, but it didn't do much since the pail was small. There was no actual bed in the masterbedroom, just a mattress and a spare -no issues there but might be a little incovenient for those with knee problems.
Hasdi (4/5): More than meets the eyes (in a bad way) - The location 1) The house seemed clean, but there was cob web on every corner of the house. Fine dust was apparent on most furniture. 2) There's dried hairs on toilets, speck of coarse dust in the kitchen, and plenty of died ants on kitchen's utensils. 3) There's foul smells in the refrigerator, including inside the chiller. Apparently, some food leftovers were left there (chicken wings). 4) The towels were hanged on the towel hanger, which left us guessing, were the towels used prior? 5) Security deposit was only refunded after 3 days, a far cry from 24 hours refund stated by owner.
