- JACKIE (8/5): Bright clean apartment in friendly run rooms. - Clean well presented apartment. Fredi would always offer coffee in the morning and tasty Albanian delights with nuts. In a quiet part of town but close to beaches. Drilling downstairs in the mornings before 9 when still in rooms was not great. But I guess the work was urgent.

- Karol (10/5): Parfait - J'ai beaucoup aimé le séjour ici, l'appartement était propre et conforme aux photos. Les hôtes étaient très sympathiques et convivials. Le ménage est fait tous les 2 jours, même en restant 5 jours le ménage a été fait 2 fois, c'était parfait. Les hôtes nous ont beaucoup aidé, nous ont conseillés des plages, des restaurants, et nous ont indiqué comment se rendre à certains endroits. Le gérant Freddy nous a même proposé de nous déposer à Saranda pour notre retour afin d'éviter de prendre le bus. Je conseil cet appartement pour tout ceux souhaitant passé à Ksamil, je reviendrai à coup sûr. Rien, c'était parfait

- Sebastian (8/5): Sehr moderne Unterkunft. - Eine sehr schöne minimalistische Unterkunft mit allen wichtigen Sachen. Das Personal steht auch immer zur Verfügung. Es sind ungefähr 10 Minuten zum Strand. Leider etwas überteuert. Ich war in vielen verschiedenen Unterkünften in Albanien auch in Ksamil und hatte ähnliche Ausstattung zu einem besseren Preis.

- Miljana (10/5): The best apartment ever! - The staff is amazing! They are so welcoming and friendly, always there if you need anything. Fredi is the best!! The apartment was perfectly clean when we came, and they contunued cleaning it every 3 days. We had everything we needed in the apartment, and if we needed anything else, we could just ask and they would provide us. The bed was super comfortable as well! The apartment is in a calm area of Ksamil, and super close to the Paradise beach. Honestly, everything was amazing!

- Carla (10/5): Excelente y céntrico - El alojamiento es perfecto, con aire acondicionado en la habitación, terraza con tendal para la ropa mojada y mosquitera, secador, parking.. además estaba impecable: nuevo y limpio. Me gustaría sobre todo destacar la amabilidad y predisposición del personal: nos recibieron con dulces y una bebida típica. También teníamos café gratis todas las mañanas. Sin duda repetiría porque me sentí como en casa! Le pongo un 10 porque no puedo ponerle un 100 :)

Los anfitriones son encantadores y te ayudan en todo lo necesario, además te ofrecen café y bebida gratis todos los días del alojamiento. Los apartamentos están muy bien y limpios. Hay plazas de aparcamiento gratuitas para no preocuparte por el coche. Se puede ir andando a cualquier parte de Ksamil, tanto al centro como a las playas. Recomendable 100%. - Fazakas (10/5): - This hotel was the best choice we could have made for a comfortable stay in Ksamil. 1. The hotel is within walking distance of most of Ksamil’s main beaches, great restaurants, and mini markets. Although it’s only a few minutes from the bustling city centre, the neighborhood is calm and quiet. 2. Our room was more like a small apartment, fully equipped with everything we needed for our 4-night stay: even kitchenware, a fridge, an iron. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. 3. The entire place was spotless and furnished in a modern style. The air conditioner cooled the room perfectly, even during the suffocating heat outside. 4. While there are many things to praise about this hotel, the most valuable aspect was how welcoming and wholehearted the hosts were. They helped us with everything we needed and made us feel truly at home. We are grateful for the warm hospitality and hope to return someday. Bello il bagno, spazioso e con una grande doccia. Al più potrebbe servire qualche mensola in bagno . Comodo e carino anche lo stendino retrattile nel balcone, molto comodo per costumi e asciugamani. Il proprietario è meraviglioso, molto apprensivo nel chiedere sempre se andava tutto bene e ci ha offerto di continuo caffè e un dolcetto locale, inoltre ci siamo fatti anche diversi Brindisi con un liquore locale simile alla grappa prima di ogni caffè. Buona la posizione . Ci è piaciuto tutto, faccio i complimenti al proprietario.

- Lyndsey (10/5): Super clean, comfy apartments with wonderful hosts and a great nights sleep 😀 - It’s not often I take the time to write a review but Freddi absolutely deserves all the paise he can get. From the moment my friend and I arrived Freddi was a wonderful host, instantly treating us to fresh coffee and handmade sweeties. Our room was on the ground floor and comprised of three rooms one with two couches (could be turned into beds) a fridge ( with bottles of water provided) and a table, a well appointed bathroom with a built in hairdryer and a large bedroom with plenty of storage space. The rooms that were so clean you could have eaten off the floor! Added to this we had a large balcony. The beds were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was fantastic and not overly noisy as some can be. Wi-Fi was fast and never faltered. The location of the property was way better than we both imagined - an easy walk to the beach, a crepe place next door, a small shop opposite and lovely tavernas. I can throughly recommend the one almost opposite the creperie (Freddi recommended it) I would say this area of Ksamil is perfect if you prefer a quieter area. I felt there was still plenty to choose from (eating and drinking) but the main extremely busy area was only a very easy 8 minute walk away - so all the amenities without the noise and bustle of actually being in the centre. Freddi and Lucy were the perfect hosts and indeed every time Fiona and I walked by reception we were offered coffee, Raki and sweeties. Nothing was to much for them and Freddi even kindly gave us a lift to the bus stop on our departure (think he saw the size of our rucksacks 😂😂 and felt sorry for us in the heat) I cannot recommend Relaxing Escape Rooms enough and would not hesitate to stay there again. In fact my friend and I are already planning “next year” There was nothing I disliked about Relaxing Escape rooms.
- Vitalina (9/5): - Дуже привітний персонал, завжди був радий допомогти при будь-яких питаннях. В номерах було чисто, зручно і хороше розташування до пляжу, ресторанів та інших магазинів. Загалом рекомендую дане помешкання. Не вистачило місця для зберігання речей (якщо номер на 3-4 осіб), так як невеличка шафа є лише в спальні. Також вайфай був посереднім, дуже часто вибивав і не завантажувався.
- Fabian (9/5): Appartement gut -Ort kacke - Das appartement wa sauber und wurde alle 3 Tage gereinigt plus Handtücher wechsel sowie Bettwäsche. Das Personal bekommt von uns eine 1 mit Sternchen, sie haben immer geholfen egal was wir brauchten oder gefragt haben und sie waren super nett immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen! Man kann seine Wäsche waschen lassen für 5euro. Die Zimmer Ausstattung ist eher spartanisch aber reicht an sich aus , villt könnte man die Küchen Utensilien noch ein wenig ausbauen z.b Wasserkocher Zur Lage, wir fanden sie super da sie in einer gepflegten strasse wa ruhig ist und ein paar leckere Restaurants wo man auch in Ruhe essen konnte fern ab von dem Massen Tourismus! Parkplatz wa vorhanden! Bergblick. Check-in und check-out ist auch easy gewesen! Manko am Zimmer, klima wa nur im Wohnzimmer wo durch es im Schlafzimmer nicht so angenehm wa und das sollte im hoch Sommer schon sein um optimal schlafen zu können! Jetzt noch ein kleines Fazit zum Ort, (dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts) Grauenhaft!!!!! Wir haben albanien als Geheimtipp gesehen und auch im Netz wird ein das blaue vom Himmel erzählt und klasse Videos von geilen Stränden gezeigt, das entspricht aber nicht der Wahrheit in der hauptsaison ist es überall brechend voll ,liege an liege , kosten von 10 bis 50 Euro..totale abzocke keine Plätze vorhanden wenn man keine Liegen nehmen möchte, jeder Strand spielt seine eigene Musik und das so laut wie geht, in jeder bucht sind boote soweit das Auge reicht, jetskys ballern den ganzen tag in den buchten rum also nix mit entspannen am Strand!! Überall ist Müll, ich habe noch nie so ein vermülltes Land gesehen...Grauenhaft! Überall Touri-Preise!!! Das einzige was preiswert ist, ist das Essen und Zigaretten! Also wenn ihr ksamli sehen wollt dann September oder Mai! Strände weit außerhalb suchen !!!! Es gibt natürlich auch schöne Ort und Stellen aber schwer zu finden! Fazit ...albanien nie wieder, sehr schade!

- ΑΓΓΕΛΙΚΗ (10/5): Αριστη φιλοξενεία - Άριστη σχέση ποιότητας τιμής και εξαιρετική φιλοξενία με χαμόγελο, κεράσματα και εξυπηρέτηση! Πεντακάθαρος χώρος με άνετα κρεβάτια. Εύκολη θέση στάθμευσης εντός του καταλύματος! Πολύ κοντά στις παραλίες και στα εστιατόρια/καφέ.

- Ohiana (9/5): Sitio recomendable - Al llegar el primer día fuimos muy bien recibidas por los propietarios. La chica de recepción siempre estaba atenta de que no nos faltase de nada. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y el baño está muy limpio. La zona es muy tranquila, se descansa muy bien también por qué las camas son confortables. A la hora de irnos, la chica nos ofreció acercarnos a la parada de bus, todo un detalle. El aire acondicionado está orientado a la cama, da justo en la cara y resultaba algo molesto.

Proprietario molto gentile e di valore aggiunto. - Il proprietario della struttura è stato particolarmente accogliente per tutto il periodo del soggiorno. Al memento dell’arrivo abbiamo ricevuto un benvenuto caloroso con l’offerta di dolci e liquori tradizionali fatti in casa. L’appartamento era particolarmente pulito e l’attenzione al dettaglio buona. Bagno spazioso con altrettanto di box doccia molto ampio. Letto particolarmente comodo e fodere di pulizia impeccabile. Sicuramente il proprietario è di valore aggiunto al soggiorno presso la struttura. Se dovessi indicare spunti di miglioramento sarebbero sicuramente quelli di sostituire il divano in un divano letto e di cambiare il piano cottura ad induzione permettendo a a disposizione più fonti di calore nel piano cottura e non una singola. In ogni caso questi sono elementi secondari di minore rilevanza che non hanno influito negativamente durante il nostro soggiorno.

- Joline (9/5): Erg fijn en gastvrij verblijf!! - Het was een hygiënische, en fijn appartement! We eigenaren waren erg vriendelijk en hielpen je graag. Je kan altijd gratis koffie krijgen en we kregen bij aankomst wat lekkers. Het was 10 minuutjes lopen naar de restaurants en bars. De weg er naar toe is vlak, dus prima. Het was erg licht in de kamer, gordijnen zorgde niet dat al het licht buiten bleef. Gehorig, je hoort in de ochtend de kinderen gillen en mensen praten.

До першого пляжу 5 хв пішки Час-від-часу, мабуть через зміну тиску повітря, було відчутно неприємний запах із каналізації. Трохи мало місця для спільного застілля, якщо приїхати компанією, у номерах суто місце для себе, зате тихо)))

- Brijitte (8/5): Cheap and cheerful - Compact kitchen and bedroom. Air conditioner great location A bit of a noise coming from above my room from a machine of some sort. Don’t stay on the 3rd floor to avoid this. Also it would have been nice to be served a coffee in the morning

- ROBERTA (10/5): Loved it!!! - We loved our staying! Fredi was super receptive! I totally recommend it and I would stay again at Relaxing Escape Rooms! They also changed our towels after 2 days what we really liked! The place is close to everything! Super nice vibes.. The apartment is super clean and new! The AC was a life saver with the 40 degrees outside. Having a kitchen is also good if you dont feel eating out every single day. We stayed 3 nights and loved it! The best apartment we have staying in Albania.
