Tables and side tables were not wiped in ages (I wiped them myself and they were very dirty). No tissues in the room. No hand towel.

Anil (5/5): Passable - Toilet was clean Almirah was not clean and did not have hangers. Bath towel provided was one for two people. There was no lift had to walk all the way up the third floor with the baggage. The name continental used with the name is misguiding as it qualifies as a clean lodge.

The Most popular facilities they publicised. Free WiFi- NOT AVAILABLE. They said it was not available. Non-smoking rooms- We are not sure Room service, NO service. As senior citizens, we had to go down the steps two floors below to buy a water bottle. Free parking- It is a street side where anyone can tow away your vehicle. Property Highlights- Free Private Parking is Available On the Site I am disgusted with Booking.com for proposing this property.
