• Julia (9/5): Nicht ganz günstig, aber traumhafter Ausblick!! - Der Ausblick vom Balkon und vom Bett auf das Meer, den Vesuv und den Hafen ist ein Traum. Es war immer sehr erholsam nach einem langen Tag auf den Füßen in das sehr schöne Zimmer zu kommen und sich zu erholen. Die Einrichtung ist schön, sehr modern und sehr sauber. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die Rezeption ist nicht immer besetzt, aber immer per whats App erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Im Zimmer gab es auch die Möglichkeit, einen kleinen Espresso oder Tee zu kochen. In der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft gibt es sehr gute Bars (Bar Napoli, Chalet Ciro) und viele gute Restaurants. Liste gibt es auch von der Rezeption. U-Bahn ist auch gleich in der Nähe. Wie meist auch in anderen guten Hotels fehlt es an Haken für Waschbeutel und vor allem die Handtücher. Angesichts des ohnehin schon hohen Zimmerpreises fanden wir den Preis für ein Miniwasser aus der Minibar mit 7€ reichlich überteuert. Leider ist es auch nachts ziemlich laut, leider konnte man die Fenster in der Nacht nicht offen lassen.

Best to give a heads up to the staff what time you need to check in/out. Small elevator...you will likely need to do multiple trips for 4+ luggage

They greeted us with Prosecco and a snack and the room was always spotless. They gave great recommendations for restaurants in the area and you truly cannot beat the sea view! So thankful we came across this property and got to stay here during our time in Napoli.

• Layla (10/5): Memorable & life changing - The view was the most amazing one I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. The balcony is a decent size and you see all of Naples and the bay including Pompeii and Capri. The bed and pillows were softest I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. The room was updated and felt modern and fancy. I also enjoyed the location. It’s in a very nice part of the city and feels like authentic Naples. Lots of safety to get to your room as a solo traveler I was never really worried about the location. It’s near a private marina so almost gives an expensive, Monaco feeling! I guess it may be a bit different for people, but it’s located on the 5th floor (there is a working elevator!) , but I think it adds to its character and exceptional views!!

Molto gentile l’accoglienza al check in con un cocktail di benvenuto sul terrazzino fuori dalla stanza con vista stupenda . disponibilità assoluta durante il soggiorno su informazioni dove mangiare ecc ecc . Camere bellissime, moderne e stra pulite che si trovano al 5 piano di un palazzo storico fronte mare. Veramente una struttura che consiglierò a molti . Colazione se si vuole la si può avere in camera. Noi abbiamo preferito farla in giro . Grazie mille per l’ospitalità . Io non trovo sinceramente qualcosa che non mi sia piaciuto

• André (10/5): Beautiful rooms in a lovely part of Naples - If you’re looking for a quiet, luxurious apartment in one of the nicer parts of Naples right at the yacht harbor, look no further. This place is marvelous and great value for money in my opinion. If you are in luck and can obtain a room with view over the harbor, then all the more. Highly recommended!

Nice location by the port (very close to one of the ferry companies) where we got to see some fireworks from our balcony. We were late arriving, but Demetra made sure to arrange everything for an easy self check-in (clear, friendly comms via whatsapp). We also mistakenly left something behind when we left next day but with their help, a courier was organised and picked it up so we were delighted. Needed to leave early next day so didn't have enough time to enjoy fully

• Judith (8/5): Very good - very elegant and modern interiors which suited the old city mansion very well and is absolutely fit for every travellers needs (decent space for luggage etc), clean, mosquito netting at all windows made it possible to avoid the use of the humming aircondition, have been welcomed with a prosecco, in a nice neighborhood right at the sea side, in the ground floor is a fantastic bar/restaurant which caters 24/7 all year round at a very good quality no complimentary water

The view of Mt Vesuvius was stunning and it was so easy to grab the Metro to get into Centro Storico. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable – I recommend it highly and will stay again if we are back in Naples!
• Marko (9/5): Superb - Beautiful small luxury hotel. Great value for money. Beautiful interior, very good location, great and helpful staff. Bed was so comfortable it was amazing, the room was spacious, everything was so clean, lots of coffee provided. Would also recommend asking the hotel to book taxi to (from) the airport to avoid being ripped off by the taxi driver. Which the hotel staff gladly did for us which was very helpful. Was expecting the balcony to overlook the harbour, bay of Naples, which it didn't. But it's not the end of the world. It was still a great stay and as we were exploring the city a lot it didn't matter much. So if you're mainly focusing on exploring, this shouldn't be an issue.

The location was perfect — situated in a vibrant area with great restaurants nearby and within walking distance to downtown Naples. The entire property is to a very high standard, and the staff are amazing, we were also given an upgrade to the beautiful junior suite when we returned for our second stay. The room had a fridge with a selection of drinks and the prices were very reasonable. Unfortunately the air conditioning did not work so we had 2 sleepless nights and there was a damp sewage smell in the room if the balcony door was closed.

• Mats (10/5): Magic staying in lovely Demetra Luxury Suites in Napoli /Mats & Anna Samaras, Stockholm, Sweden - These rooms/suites are about 3 months old and they are fantastically nicely decorated with the absolute highest standards regarding furniture, bedding, towels, mini bar etc. We had booked a room with a sea view and it was a fantastic view from the balcony which also contained two chairs and a table where we had apertivo, drink, coffee, breakfast. The staff (we had the most contact with the incredibly cute and nice Anna) was super good! My wife and I really want to recommend this accommodation if you are going to visit Napoli. Fantastic! Thank you Anna! Down the street there are two superb restaurants for food, drink and also a patisserie. We will definitely be back. Warm recommendations for this accommodation!!! Helped us with every aspect of our trip. - Location was excellent, Late check in was simple, Rooms were clean and modern. Staff went above and beyond to help us organise our trip. Ordered private taxis to and from airport and found a beautiful Lido to spend our last day. This was our first trip to Naples and our Honeymoon and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. • Anca (10/5): A beautiful location that made us feel like home. - The positioning of Demetra Luxury Suites is, for sure, one of the best in Napoli, close to the sea and in one of the cleanest and safest areas. Demetra Suites was really a great choice for our vacation. Already at our arrival, Luca welcomed us, offered us a lot of valuable information about the places worth visiting. He also offered us the solution for private tours etc. Actually, for every question we had, he was there with a solution. Just fantastic. The location is very clean and modern, close to restaurants and stores. The rooms are sound proof, so we could really enjoy a good night sleep. Thank you, Luca, for everything! Next time we will visit Napoli, we will stay, for sure, at Demetra Luxury Suites. There is nothing we did not like.

• Irina (10/5): Exceptional - everything was spotless!!! I didn't even imagine before the trip that everything would be so perfect. The owners really care about guests and offer amenities and small pleasures. the room, was quite large and spacious. It is especially important to pay attention to the interior: super cool materials and you feel like you're part of something marvellous. The aroma in the hotel is very pleasant. I’ve visited multitude hotels, but this one will remain in my memory for a long time. Thank u!
