Susan (9/5): Classy and clean, a good introduction. - Very convenient location close to Teatro’s Massimo so a great place to start exploring Palermo if you are new to the city. Cinzia was extremely polite and helpful and helped solved problems like staggered arrivals and very early am departure. It was good but enclosed so not much aspect. There are small balconies but looking over a very busy area.
