Appartamento fantastico, grande, comodo, pulito, dotato di ogni confort, terrazze bellissime, accoglienza calorosa, kit di benvenuto buono e graditissimo, facilità di parcheggio. Posizione strategica. Servizi vicini. Perfetto in famiglia, ottimo tra amici avendo 2 bagni completi. Volendo fare proprio i pignoli, a noi italiani farebbe piacere trovare una macchina da espresso con qualche cialda omaggio. Utensili e attrezzatura da cucina un po' troppo minimal, la splendida terrazza invita a preparare belle cene, ma avendo una sola pentola anche un semplice spaghettino alle cozze è risultato impossibile da preparare... o cuoci le cozze o gli spaghetti 😁
• Daz (10/5): we had a great stay in this amazing roof top apartment - The owner Fotios met us on arrival at the apartment and showed us around . The apartment has everything you need inside and more ! the views are beautiful with the all round balconies looking out to sea and near by beach ( 3 mins walk ) and the apartment is spacious and very clean . Fotios also gave us a welcome package of food and drinks and chocolate ..even an Easter egg as it was Easter week. There are supermarkets, shops, café and restaurants in walking distance from the apartment and a short 3 mins walk to a great beach with beach restaurants. All in all we would advise people to book this apartment with Fotios 100% Fantastic apartment great value for money and a fantastic host THANK YOU FOTIOS we will definitely book again nothing to complain about !

• Alena (10/5): EXCEPTIONAL - This is the most excellent apartment we have ever stayed till now. Perfect location, 3 min to the most beautiful part of Acharavi beach, 3 min to tavernas and shops. Two big rooms with AC, large terraces, perfect kitchen with many facilities, 2 bathrooms with WC, washing machine. What was the biggest pleasure for us, was fridge full of drinks and fruit , table full of snacks. Everthing was clean. Internet connection without any problem Owner is attentive, helpful and kind. For us , too soft mattress on double bed
• Tim (10/5): Beautiful apartment, in a beautiful place! Can’t recommend enough! - Beautiful apartment, located in the heart of Acharavi. All I can say is WOW! I stayed here with my wife and son for 7 nights. We were so impressed with the place. Everything was super clean, the facilities were perfect. And the location is superb. Big rooms, very well finished and well maintained. The balcony’s are amazing! Perfect for sitting out on in the daytime, or perfect for those lovely evening nights. The host was absolutely fantastic! Met us on arrival and showed us how everything works! And was a really nice guy. The apartment was fully stocked with all necessary equipment. And the host even filled the fridge with water, beer, wine fruit, cheese and lots more! The apartment is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach which is ideal. And is a 2 minute walk to the main road going through Acharavi. very close to all the shops and lovely restaurants. If you’re thinking about booking this place, all I can say is just go for it! You will not regret it! It’s one of the most beautiful and peaceful place you could stay! I most certainly plan on staying there again. Nothing
• Razvan (10/5): A moment in time - What a wonderful home! If you're looking for a place with personality, this is it. I cannot demote any points as everything was amazing, still I find it so hard nowadays to stumble across that feeling of "home". Many places today, although amazing, have that bland/industrial feeling to them, this is not the case here. The moment you walk in, you can feel the attention to detail that has been imparted to this home. The big terrace is obviously the main attraction - best place to have your coffee in the morning or enjoy a good wine at sunset. From the bedrooms you can hear the waves splashing on the seashore - a nice way to wake up in the morning. The view is truly amazing as there is a balcony to every bedroom, not to mention the main terrace. Apartment is nicely located midway between the main street and the beach, so you'll have no issues with traffic noise. Supermarkets are available close by, just a short stroll away. Beds are super comfy, the two bathrooms come in handy when there are 4 people staying and in terms of cleanliness the place is spotless. Only as a recommendation for the host: a couple of sunbeds (for the sun-loving creatures out there) would come in handy for those lazy mornings when you don't feel like going out at first light. Other than that I liked everything about this home.
• Bella (9/5): The property is stunning and has incredible views. Perfect for a chilled holiday :) - The property is stunning with 360 views of the mountains and ocean. The terrace is so pretty and has so much space in and out of the sun. It is a very green area and in a perfect space 2 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from a big supermarket. The host met us to give us the keys and we were shown that the kitchen was stocked with basic ingredients (sauces, coffee, tea etc), fruit, wine and basic medical supplies. The property was very clean and in a very quiet area. The beds were very comfortable. Transport around the island is very easy to some areas such as Kassiopi, Sidari and Corfu town but to other areas such as Paleokastritsa and the west coast you can’t get to unless you take two or three busses. Not a complaint but there are so many misquotes in this area! After sunset, they are unavoidable. The wifi dipped on one of the days but again, not a fault of the host. The toilet seat in the main bathroom wasn’t attached and moved around. Sometimes the water pressure was very low.
• Anita (10/5): Three 30-ish friends spent 4 days at this beautiful, modern and authentic rooftop home. - The amount of terras space was absolutely sensational. Both for being in and out of the sun, all day round. Our group liked to sit outside with some games, a few drinks and snacks, chatting away and just relaxing to the sound of the ocean. Yes we could hear and see the ocean! Pictures don't show it here but the 360 degree view from the mountains to the sea is even better than in the photos. Host was kind, met us easily to drop off keys and give simple instructions to ease us into our stay. Kitchen was stocked with lovely grapes, fruits and other things that made us feel at home instantly. We felt really spoilt! Supermarkets, beach, restaurants, ATMs, sunset bars, beach sports all within walking distance. For us without a car this was a great ''base camp'' where we never felt stranded. Beds were super comfortable, clean and of modern build. The home overall is very modern, clean and authentic feeling with fresh basil growing on the terras. (Smells divine up close). The home is beautifully built, stunningly renovated and well maintained, with two separate bathrooms with their own toilets and showers it made group travel a breeze. AC worked perfect and one can be found in each bedroom. Sleeping was no issue, the area has a mix of real homes and some resorts but much more local feeling so you won't hear late night partying here at this house specifically. Maybe if you live closer to a beach or specifically a late night bar, but this place is not directly close to either and after 11/12pm it is quiet and very relaxing. No complaints. Internet from the wifi didn't meet highest of standards but that was absolutely NOT the fault of the owner. At the time of our trip to Corfu a wildfire was active in the mountains (late July 2023) and it affected the network overall. So the wifi signal was actually very strong throughout all rooms, but the internet connection was a bit flaky only temporarily because of the fires. This affected the whole area and other stops on our trip through the island. Not any issue of the home or host. We were also kindly informed of this by the host so it didn't come as any shock.
