• Moschler (6/5): - Very convenient location. Parking options are pretty far from the home. The toilet didn’t work but maintenance did come to fix it. However,/the lights in the kitchen and in the bedroom did not work, which is fine during the day but at night made it pretty difficult to see.

La qualité de l’offre des appartements loués par cette agence, Algarve Dreams (plus - La situation est idéale, face à la mer, près du vieux Lagos et de nombreux restaurants. Manque d’équipement et de produits de base. Pas de sel et poivre, 2 fourchettes, une seule cuillère à soupe, pas d’essuie-tout, un rouleau et demi de papier de toilette…

• Alan (5/5): Disappointing Stay - The location was great on the main square, however we were there off-season when it was relatively quiet. The apartment was large enough. The wifi worked well. We were there for a week and and mid-week they cleaned and changed the towels and linens. If you book this place, make sure your reservation shows there is a balcony. Only one apartment has the balcony and this one does not. There is an outdoor eating area but it did not look like the picture and had a an old washing machine and sink there. Again, this was off-season, so hopefully that will be cleaned out. The master bed was uncomfortable and small for two. The sofa smelled and needs to be deep cleaned. The vent in the bathroom sounded like aplane landing, it was so loud.
• Chris (3/5): teleurstellend en ondermaats. - De start was al dat in de app stond aangegeven dat er gratis geparkeerd kon worden. Theoretisch klopt dit, maar in de praktijk niet. Je moet in de straat parkeren, maar daar is nagenoeg geen plaats. Dus een foutieve informatie. Het appartement was teleurstellend slecht. De kamer ongezellig, de bank was oud en doorgezeten. Badkamer goed. Keuken kon zo uit een museum gehaald zijn. Slecht en klein. Slaapkamers. Bedden beperkt van kwaliteit. Wel netjes opgemaakt. In de kast lagen wel extra dekens, maar deze stonken. Dus niet gebruikt. Er was geen verwarming in het appartement, dus zowel overdag alsook nachts erg koud. We hadden voor drie nachten geboekt, maar zijn na één nacht weggegaan en hebben ons verlies maar genomen. Daarna later alsnog wel in een goed appartement gelogeerd. Gelet de teleurstelling hebben we deze niet meer via Booking.com geboekt. Conclusie. Dit appartement was Booking.com onwaardig.

• S (4/5): Disappointed. Would not recommend. - Location. It had a washer, tho it was outside :(, and small capacity. I was very disappointed with the place. We stayed a week in winter cold. There was no heat. I noted there is no ac either...not that we needed it. Lacking normal kitchen essentials like cutting board, knife, frying pan, one towel was offered. We requested those and they did supply them. Rusted clothes rack was replaced at our request. No soaps or trash bags were offered. They charge a $20-40 fee, which is not mentioned on the site, if you show up after the check in time of 7pm. We got there at 8 pm with their knowledge and were charged $20 or no key, on a non refundable room. They blame booking for not exposing that. I will be contacting them. The beds were uncomfortable, and bad pillows. With some attention, it could be descent. As it was, it was very overpriced and uncomfortable in most ways. Would not recommend. :(

• Larry (10/5): - Location and ease of access. Needs maintenance: loose toilet seat, broken towel rack in toilet.
• phelim (5/5): lovely town and great variety of restaurants. - location was great and the apartment was spacious The system to register and obtain the keys is poor. The apartment, furniture and decor, is very tired, a handle came off one of the front windows. Operation of the TV and hob proved impossible without instructions, this type of provision is basic.
• Bronte (6/5): Great location but the apartment itself was dated and not the most convenient stay. - The location was excellent - right in the heart of Lagos, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. It was easy to get around on foot, and the balcony was a nice spot to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The apartment felt quite dated and could use some modern updates. The check-in process was inconvenient since it had to be done off-site, and there’s no lift in the building, which made carrying luggage up several flights of stairs quite difficult. Overall, the location was great, but the comfort and convenience could definitely be improved.
