• Mcsorley (9/5): - We liked all of it was very nice fully equipped and had lovely views. Also very spacious bed was comfortable .shower was good woulve preferred walk in shower more accessible for older people. The couch wasn't very comfortable and pillows coulve been softer also a bottle of water for a cup of tea after a late flight would've been welcoming as supermarkets were closed.

V kuchyni by mohli byť aspoň základné potraviny ako soľ, olej a pod. aby ubytovaní nemuseli zbytočne kupovať celé balenia v prípade kratších pobytov.

• David (10/5): Sitio perfecto, cómodo y limpio para disfrutar de unas relajadas vacaciones - Apartamento vacacional muy amplio, Muy limpio y bien situado. Era la segunda vez que veraneábamos en la zona y elegimos este apartamento por primera vez. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Uno de los dosificadores de gel del baño estaba roto y Alvaro nos lo cambió rapidísimo (excelente trato y comunicación) . Al contratar 13 noches, a mitad del periodo nos cambiaron sábanas, toallas y limpiaron el inmueble. Destaca la terraza perfectamente equipada con piscina comunitaria prácticamente al lado. Amplio salón y cocina con todo tipo de enseres y electrodomésticos. Muy recomendable para disfrutar de unos días en la Isla Por decir algo que la TV no tuviera antena, que solo hubiera un botellín pequeño de agua a la llegada en el frigorífico y que en ocasiones las tuberías del inodoro desprendían algo de mal olor
• Helen (9/5): - Very clean had everything you needed bed very comfortable, spar only down the rd and nice restaurants in matagorda communication with owner was excellent. Pool was small and not clean,not much privacy outside on patio and neighbours were noisy not apartments fault .

• Ahmad (9/5): Exceptionally clean property and suitable for couples andfamilies. - Property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Location was within 10 minutes walking distance from the beach and close to few attractions we planned to go to. The fact that swimming pool was clean only one day during our stay but the overall positive points about the property overcame the swimming pool issue, and seaside is within the reach, so no complaint!

• Norbert (10/5): Pleasant stay in Puero del Carmen - Beautiful and spacious apartment very close to Los Pocillos beach and 15 minutes walk to the strip. It is well equipped. Great value for money, would highly recommend and gladly stay again.

• Sarah (4/5): Not worth the money, apartment not cleaned or looked after, not suitable in winter - Location was good, short distance from some restaurants along the beach and from the main strip. Strong WiFi for working. Very disappointed to arrive to a dirty apartment 😞 the couch cushions and throw smelled really bad as well as the cushions on the bed, which hadn't been washed. The towels were also dirty so luckily there was a washing machine which we had to buy detergent for to clean them. Bad condensation on windows in the morning, ventilation not good. The listing said there would be cleaning equipment and toiletries but the apartment was very poorly stocked (2 toilet rolls for a week, no basics like rubbish bags or anything in the kitchen so factor in having to buy all of the necessities on top of the cost). When I told the owner about these issues after the first night, he came over and told us we could go somewhere else if we had a problem with it... he did arrange for a cleaning the following day, but the cushions and throw were never brought back and it was a colder week there in the evenings, no heating so not suitable off peak. Pool is also freezing so wasn't suitable in February. I should have known with not so many reviews but overall very disappointed with the dirt of the place and not enough basic necessities for a week stay.

• Patrick (8/5): Modern Apartment just up from the Beach - The Apartment was spotlessly clean, well decorated and the facilities were excellent. It has a lovely kitchen and 2 smart TVs. It is also relatively close to the beach and shops. There are some gorgeous restaurants just down the road. Finally we found it to be a very quiet area and safe. Thanks for a lovely stay! If I was being picky, I would mention a few things. The pool was smaller than expected and not very clean. Also the Apartment is up a slight hill which could bother some people. Finally if booking for the summer time, be aware there is no air conditioning.
• Laura (10/5): Peaceful and relaxing stay - Beautifully clean and spacious! Wonderful view down to the sea. Very quiet and peaceful. It is a little bit of a walk down to the main Puerto del Carmen strip.
• Sheila (10/5): My lanzarote stay - I liked where the property was situated. The property had everything I would need for a great holiday. It was cool and airy with lots of space. It was quiet. There were family members staying nearby who said they would book my accommodation next time as it was so good 👍 The fact that I had to leave and go home.
• K&m (6/5): Beautiful, BUT... - The apartment is beautiful and well equipped in a nice location a bit afar from town so better have a car. Everything you need, Super clean with amazing sea view terrace. The mattress is a shame and need replacement ASAP (big hole in the middle) very inconfortable. The neighbours... We hear everything, chairs moving, bathroom flushing... And screaming... a lot of kids in the estate awake very early. Not ideal when you came to rest but that's no fault of the host. Maybe insulation could be better. Note that you must pay a 150e deposit which I didn't notice when booking. For the price 95e/night we truly expected better.

• Ross (10/5): Excellent Apartment - We recently stayed at Apartamento Costa Mar (couple) and we were very impressed with the apartment. It was well-fitted with high-quality amenities and was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for a self-catering stay, comfortable bed room, bathroom to a high specification and the outdoor terrace was spacious and provided comfortable seating for relaxing (both outdoor sofa and table). We had access to the communal pool, which was located just outside our door and own sun loungers. The key collection process was very straight forward and the host was great to ensure we had everything we required for our stay or any local advice that was required. We found the location was very convenient. With a supermarket, restaurants, bars and the beach just a short walk away. Additionally, the main strip of bars and restaurants in Puerto del Carmen could be reached either by either walking, hiring an electric street scooter or taking a taxi. Additionally, a short taxi ride (costing around 6 Euros) would take you to the old town harbour. The apartment is only a 10 minute taxi from the Airport which is also convenient.
