• CARLOS (7/5): Apartamento Económico - El precio para dos noches estaba bien. Internet wifi gratuito. Parking gratuito en la calle. Se puede ir andando al centro, pero tomar en cuenta que hay que bajar o subir una calle en pendiente. Para mí no fue problema. Es necesario tener más cuidado con la limpieza: Debajo de la cama estaba muy sucio y hasta había un plato de anteriores huéspedes. Las cortinas están deterioradas y no cerraban bien. Telas de araña en las lámparas del techo. La ropa de cama y el colchón podrían mejorarse. Hubiera preferido pagar un poco más pero encontrármelo muy limpio. Y menos es más: Hay cosas que sobran en la decoración o el mobiliario.
• Zsanett (8/5): Ha jó az időzítésed és nem óriásiak az elvárásaid tökéletes hely. - Közel volt a mi uticélunkhoz. Ár- érték arányban tökéletes. A CFR stadion mellett helyezkedik el és pont meccs volt így az utca kissé járhatatlan volt és hangos. A szomszédoktól minden áthallatszik. Csendben beszéltünk a fürdőben és átdörömböltek gondolom azért, hogy hallgassunk el.

• Buğrahan (9/5): Fiyat ve baya iyi performans mekanıydı, konumu iyi değildi, hafif pisti, beklentileri karşıladı - Ciddi olarak tek ya da iki kişi olarak gidecek insanlar için mükemmel fiyat performans yeri, yerler hafiften kirli ama dert değil; mutfağı tam, banyosu temiz ama bizim bildiğimiz su gideri yok, burada insanlar sadece tuvalet kağıdı kullanıyorlar. Karşısında market de var ama konum olarak öyle iyi bir yer değil ama gezmek isteyecek insanların akşamleyin rahat rahat konaklayabilmesi için iyi Temizliği iyi değildi ve de televizyonu çalışmıyor(Televizyon izleyen bir insan değilim ama yazılan şey sunulmamış) Banyo için ekstra belki 1-2 tane duş jeli olabilirmiş (Opsiyonel)

• Terézia (4/5): - Az autóval szinte az ablak alatt parkolhattunk. A fürdőszoba teljesen felújított ,modern, tiszta. A fal vékonysága miatt minden áthallatszott a lakásból. Az ágy kényelmetlen. A wifit nem lehetett elérni.

• Iris (7/5): - Gute Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und ders Stadtzentrums, guter Preis Das Zimmer ist im Erdgeschoss direkt neben einer viel befahrenen Straße. Fußgänger können direkt in das Zimmer sehen und bei geöffneten Fenstern ist es sehr laut. Die Vorhänge scheinen seit Jahren nicht gewaschen worden zu sein.

• Valentin (9/5): Un loc frumos și civilizat ! - Am avut toate facilitățile posibile . O garsonieră mare , foarte curată , locație bună , un preț foarte bun , frigider , televizor LG , fierbător de apa , cafetiera . Totul la dispoziție . O să mă reîntorc , cu plăcere . Totul a fost ok .

• ferent (3/5): Prost - In holul comun de acces te asteapta un miros de fum de tigară, desi există anunt ca nu se fumează. Usa de la camera era deschisa asa ca acest miros l-am regasit si acolo. Curatenia lasă de dorit, incepand de la prosoape, pardoseală, perdele, geamuri,mobilier invechit. Orele de liniște nu se respectate, am avut parte de usi trantite, strigate si certuri intre cei care probabil locuiesc acolo pana tarziu in noapte.

• Cârjan (8/5): E ok , se poate sta - Locația de la "7 străzi " în Gruia face posibil să ajungi destul de ușor in centru, cam 15- 20 min. de mers pe jos, iar gara și autogara sunt foarte aproape , cu taxiul mult mai repede. .Gazdele sunt foarte amabile și au cumpărat chiar și un uscător de păr care lipsea din locație. Garsoniera are ferestrele la parter și chiar la trotuarul din stradă, deci poți vedea și auzi autobuzele , mașinile și trecătorii care te pot intrezări și ei pe tine.Cu toate acestea nu e un zgomot exagerat iar prețul e mai mic comparativ cu altele.Tot la aceeași locație se mai află 2 garsoniere: una locuită permanent ( persoană politicoasă și de ajutor) iar cealaltă pentru inchiriat chiar vizavi, toate fiind despărțite de un hol comun. Se aude dintr-o garsonieră în cealaltă dacă vorbești dar toată lumea care a locuit acolo a fost înțelegătoare.

You have a bus stop right next to the accommodation or you can even walk from the property to city centre. We stayed only for a night, but if I go back to Cluj, I’d like to stay again at Luna Gruia.

• Manxtiger (10/5): Great value and location. - Exceptional value for money. Great location near the city centre. Close to convenience stores. Large open plan room with comfy beds, decent kitchen and bathroom. Fluffy towels. HDTV with all the usual subscription channels/providers. Easy remote check-in. Soundproofing isn't very good. I was woken up having fallen asleep watching Netflix about 2230 by a neighbour/another guest in a nearby apartment knocking on the door to tell me that I needed to be quiet as there is a 2200 noise curfew.

• gabriel (7/5): - Where the apartment was situated very close to center cluj(15/20 mins walk). Very good internet and good staff Some neighbors noise, not working hair dryer, bed wasn't that comfy and had to always adjust it.

• Manole (8/5): - Amenajat cu bun gust. Patul foarte comod datorită topper.ului pus. Baia foarte spațioasă. Bucătăria dotată cu veselă și tacâmuri. S-a auzit mult timp gălăgie din hol pe timpul serii, si se auzea si din celelalte apartamente. Perdelele la ferestre nu erau suficient de late și nu acopereau bine geamurile. Check-in la orele 16 e destul de incomod, a trebuit să mai hoinăresc prin oraș până când am putut intra.
• Róbert (7/5): Egy két napra tök jó hely lehet - It could be a great place for a couple of days. - A szállás nagyon közel van a belvároshoz is és a vasútállomához is, a városi tömegközlekedés öt-tíz perc alatt elérhető. A szállás maga egy felújított régi háztulajdonképpen minden van benne, ami egy pár napos ott tartózkodáshoz kell. Két élelmiszerbolt is van egy perces távolságban (hideg sörrel). The accommodation is very close to the city center and the train station, public transport is available in five to ten minutes. The accommodation itself is a renovated old house, with everything you need for a few days' stay. There are also two grocery stores within a minute's distance (with cold beer). Apró problémák voltak (például, hogy a fürdőszobában egész éjszaka kattogott az egyébként elromlott szellőző elektronikája), de ezeken túltettem magam, nagyobb problémának látom, hogy morzsát találtam a lepedőn, ami szerintem annak a jele, hogy az nem volt kicserélve az előző vendég után (és csak remélni merem, hogy, egy csinos, szőke hosszúcombú, dúskeblű csaj aludt benne előttem, nem pedig egy hozzám hasonló szörnyeteg). There were minor issues (for example, the electronics of the otherwise broken ventilation system in the bathroom kept clicking all night), but I got over them. I think the bigger problem was that I found crumbs on the sheets, which I think is a sign that they hadn't been changed after the previous guest (and I can only hope that a pretty, blonde, long-legged, busty girl slept in them before me, and not a monster like me).
• Camelia Hudson (1/5): The most horrible place to stay - There was nothing to be likeable in this accommodation. I would suggest this place to be closed. The house is old and unpresentable. The parking is unsafe, on a very heavy traffic street. It was so dirty and unhigienical, with noises from the heavy-traffic street and from the co-accomodating guests and the owner living next door, continuously slamming doors, HEAVY HOME-DUST, HAIR EVERYWHERE AND MOULD, convenient colourfull bedsheets DIRTY no kitchen utensils like at least a mug for preparing a tea or a microwave oven to warm up your food. There was nothing to like in this place. I would suggest an inspection and to shut down the facility altogether. This is definitely not a safe place where to accommodate people. Maybe it is good as an animal shelter.

• Catalin, Vlad (8/5): O camera cozy decenta - Este frumos amenajat, si amplasarea, este aproape de centru, cetatuia, tot ce ai nevoie in Cluj Apartamentul este de fapt o camera intr-o casa (din camera, este o usa sigilata care da in restul casei). In fata camerei, este un antreu mic, unde se fumeaza si intra fumul in camera, eu fiind nefumator. Becul la baie din cateva incercari cupleaza, iar la capitolul curatenie, se mai poate lucra
• Janneke (7/5): Spacious comfortable room, pets allowed - Really spacious and well-decorated room with all amenities. My cat loved it too! There is clearly mould in the room and/or bathroom. You can smell it and see it in places. Mattress is very soft, might need replacing. One of the window hinges is broken, hard to open/close properly.

• Madalin Ion (2/5): CU GREU AM REUSIT SA SUPRAVIETUIESC TREI NOPTI ! - Locatia amplasat aproape de centru. De cant am intrat in locatiea aflata intr-o casa veche la marginea trotuarului, m-a izbit un miros insuportabil de mucegai si un aer inchis irespirabil. Locatia este suficient de mare dar nu se face curatenie. Peretii prezinta mucegai si urme de degradare accentuata. *NU SE FACE CURATENIE!*, probabil doar se schimba prosoapele si lenjeria deoarece praful este stapanul acestei locatii (nu a fost sters de multe luni sau chiar ani de zile). Unde dadeai cu degetul plecai cu patura de praf. Aplicele de pe perete aveau margine negre iar becurile abia ca se mai zareau fiind invelite intr-un strat gros de praf. Proprietarul a SUSTINUT ca se face curatenie. Sa trecem si la piesa de rezistenta "BAIA"! Pe fainata si gresia din dus si pe langa, ciupercile, mucegaiul, mirosul de urina si mizeria erau la ele acasa. Nu as recomanda nimanui sa se riste, sa faca dus fara papuci, intrucat poti pleca de acolo cu toate ciupercile posibile. A doua zi dimineata a venit la usa un alt domn care s-a recomandat a fi gazda. Cu toate ca, cu o seara inainte, o alta persoana a venit sa constate reclamatiile facute. Nu am inteles cine este cu adevarat proprietarul si cine administreaza locatia. Pe timpul sejurului la cel mai mic zgomot, gen suflatul nasului sau vorbit la telefon incet, din garsoniera aflata in partea din spate a casei, tot batea cu pumnii in pereti un domn care comenta si parea foarte deranjat. *S-A CALMAT :))) * doar cand am reactionat la fel, satul fiind sa suport timp de 2 zile cam 3-5 evenimente de genul. NU RECOMAND!!!!! ***CAND POZELE VORBESC DE LA SINE!*** Mentionez ca, unele poze sunt facute dupa ce apucesem sa sterg pentru a putea vedea diferenta.
• Jim (10/5): - I liked staying here, nicely decorated room and bathroom with high ceiling. No airconditioning i stayed there at the end of summer and it wasn't that hot but the room got very hot. Had to open windows in the evening to cool down. If airconditioning was added would be perfect.
• Jan (7/5): Akzeptable Unterkunft - Freundlicher Vermieter und gute Kommunikation. Reagiert sehr schnell auf Nachrichten und kümmert sich sofort um die Anliegen. Das Bett ist bequem, groß und sauber. Die Lage ist super, um schnell in das Stadtzentrum zu gelangen. Das Internet ist schnell und die WLAN Verbindung stabil. Preis-Leistung ist Ok. Leider war der Boden sehr schmutzig und es sah aus, als hätten die Vormieter einen Hund gehabt, da viele kleine Stücke herum lagen, die wie Hundetrockenfutter aussahen. Auch im Bad war der Boden leider sehr schmutzig, sodass ich als erstes einen Staubsauger zur Hand nahm, um die ganze Wohnung zu saugen. Positiv ist, dass der Staubsauger vorhanden war. Die Wohnung ist schlecht Schallisoliert, sodass man auch nachts recht lauten Verkehrslärm hat, was einen ruhigen Schlaf stört. Zudem ist es nachts sehr hell, da die Strassenlaterne direkt vor den Fenstern die ganze Nacht durch sehr hell leuchtet und die Wohnung sich lediglich durch Vorhänge abdunkeln lässt, die leider viel Licht durchlassen. Teilweise stehen aus dem Boden Nägel heraus, die Verletzungsgefahr bergen. Mir hat es zum Glück lediglich einen Socken aufgerissen. Mit Kindern würde ich daher jedoch von der Unterkunft abraten.

• Hervé Nataf (8/5): - Appartement propre, bien équipé. Emplacement à proximité des magasins d'alimentation. Check in uniquement à partir de 16h00 : j'ai demandé un check in anticipé de quelques heures... Demande restée sans réponse pendant plus de 2 semaines. Finalement, la veille de mon arrivée, on me signifie que si je souhaite un check in anticipé, il faudra payer un supplément. Procédé peu apprécié et assez gonflé : si ce n'était pas possible, il suffisait de répondre assez vite et de le dire.
