Und es ist völlig unmöglich, sie telefonisch zu erreichen. Die Situation ist irgendwie merkwürdig. Ich möchte die Bewertung des Aufenthalts ungern niedriger machen, aber ich kann nicht verstehen, wie es möglich ist, dass man innerhalb von drei Wochen keine Rechnung ausstellen kann.
