• Alexander Sh. (10/5): Great value for money and comfort. - Excellent location, crystal clear cleanliness, comfortable beds, spacious rooms furnished with antique furniture. Great value for money and comfort. Occasionally you can hear the subway, but it didn't bother us much.

Сначала было немного прохладно, но газовый котёл прогревает квартиру, поэтому стало тепло и комфортно. Спасибо хозяйке за гостеприимство, быстрые ответы и подсказки. Очень приятно!

• sander (10/5): Perfecte plek - Perfecte plek, een heel ruim appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. Een heel aardige gastvrouw. Af en toe een beetje vreemd luchtje op de badkamer. De ingang van appartement was even zoeken.

• QIONG (10/5): - 位置很好，就在市中心，房间面积也很大，这是一幢老苏联时期的公寓，地板踩上去会吱吱作响，房间的家具摆设也充满上世纪的复古，有阳台，空调，微波炉等，设施齐备，房东是个可爱的奶奶，还提醒我们晚上去看“会唱歌的喷泉”😄

• Giorgos (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is clean, it's located at the very centre of Yerevan and it's equipped with all modern appliances. The bed is really comfortable. The highlight of my stay was my host, who was very friendly, kind and always within reach to solve any issues that might come up. My flight was late at night, so she offered me a late check out that I highly appreciated. I highly recommend this accommodation, flawless!
