Konstantin (8/5): - For the ones who want to stay in the heart of Batumi tourist center on a budget it’s really a good choice, 5-10 minutes walk from the sea and a lot of places to and sights to explore.
Maria (2/5): - Нас встретил очень приятный мужчина в возрасте, который всячески пытался нам помочь. На этом плюсы закончились. Люди держат 4 квартиры для сдачи на одном этаже. Нам попалась с ужасным запахом затхлого белья и очень грязная. Много плесени в ванной, жира на кухне, пыли в спальнях. Было страшно до чего-либо дотрагиваться. Белье было с волосами, сразу попросила дать другой постиранный комплект, на 1 полотенце были чёрные следы от плесени. Кондиционер весь чёрный внутри, мы побоялись его включать, пришлось открыть балконную дверь. На балконе стоит 2 газовые колонки, которые ужасно шумели всю ночь. Односпальные кровати громко скрипели при малейшем движении. Спать было невозможно. Это было худшее жилье, которое мы снимали. Это квартира для пыток.
